In 2023, "Gulf Sands" launched an initiative called "Project Hope", which aims to invest oil resources in a legitimate and transparent manner in line with Security Council Resolution (2254), and to provide revenues of $15-20 billion annually that can be directed towards humanitarian projects and early reconstruction programs.
