August 5, 2024, is the Day of the People's Uprising Against the Tyrant Hasina and Autocratic Rule

and the "July Declaration" is a Treachery Document Issued by Pro-American Political Parties to Thwart the People's Uprising

A full year has passed since Hasina's fall in a mass uprising on August 5, 2024, when the repressive autocratic regime she represented fell. But the people, at the height of their despair, found that America's agents and political parties coveting power had taken over the reins to determine their fate, putting obstacles in the way of fulfilling their hopes and aspirations, and are still desperately trying to hijack this uprising. The so-called "July Declaration" was a shameful step in this evil path.

The people rejected servitude to America and the misleading political circus with all hatred. This "declaration" does not reflect the aspirations of the people at all, but does not even recognize serious events such as the Indian conspiracy in Pilkhana, or the massacres against Muslim lovers of Islam in Shapla Square. They evoke the years 1971, 1975, and 1990 as references, in which the face of the ruling class changed, but their fate did not change, because the general political system did not change. In fact, this declaration was drafted to maintain the continuity of the current secular capitalist system, and to submit to the hegemony of America and its regional allies such as India.

The people also witnessed that the treacherous leaders of the so-called anti-discrimination movement, who claimed to lead the student movement, were celebrating in Cox's Bazar with Peter Haas on the day the July Declaration was issued ﴿May Allah fight them; how deluded they are﴾. We remind the intellectuals and politicians who are suffering from democracy fever, that democracy itself is a form of dictatorship, because it gives people absolute sovereign power. Even Abraham Lincoln, who is considered the greatest democratic president in the world, suspended civil laws in some areas in 1861 and turned into a dictator by violating the constitution. In 1862, he suspended the "privilege of not being arbitrarily arrested" and arrested 13,000 opposing Democrats under martial law, just because they opposed the war. When the Chief Justice declared these actions unconstitutional, Lincoln issued an order to arrest him even though he was 84 years old!

This incident reveals that no matter how the balance of power is "reformed" within the current system, the ruling elites remain at the center of power, and their colonial masters - the Americans - will support them as long as they remain squatting on the chests of the people. If the people overthrow those elites through a popular uprising, America will return to hijack the popular movement again under false promises of democracy. This reality has been witnessed by the people of this country repeatedly over decades. Allah Almighty said: ﴿They want to refer to Taghut for judgment, although they were commanded to reject him; and Satan wants to lead them far astray﴾.

The people have experienced the rule of democracy, so one of their most prominent demands after the popular uprising was to get rid of the secular constitution and introduce an alternative Islamic constitution. However, the interim government, along with the pro-American political parties, took a public stance against Islam and Muslims, describing the demand for the establishment of the glorious Caliphate as extremism, and presented its commitments to America to combat Islam. Instead of strengthening the army to confront the Indian enemy, they caused the Pilkhana tragedy. The reality is that India is one of America's main allies in the Indo-Pacific region, so the pro-American parties adopt a policy of subservience towards it.

The people of this country have abandoned democracy and these treacherous parties, and they are now united in their struggle for the establishment of the Islamic system, i.e., the Caliphate. Only the Caliphate will establish an Islamic constitution, guarantee just rights for the people, liberate the country from the hegemony of the colonialist disbelievers - America - and consider India an enemy state, and eradicate all its influence from this country. ﴿Then if there comes to you guidance from Me, whoever follows My guidance will neither go astray nor suffer﴾.
