The Islam-loving people of Bangladesh reject the July Charter, which is based on Western secularism and its false democracy, and demand the Medina Charter, which is based on their pure Islamic faith
On October 17, 2025, the country's power-hungry elites signed the July Charter (a political settlement written in light of the beliefs and false secular democratic system of the Western infidel colonizers, especially America and Britain) and set another ugly example of betrayal of Islam and Muslims, and loyalty to the West. This secular capitalist human system has failed in every country around the world, and this is as clear as the sun at high noon: this oppressive system protects the interests of the ruling class and a minority of capitalists and Western colonizers, and exploits the general public. We are witnessing how Generation Z in many countries is rebelling against the capitalist ruling class and overthrowing rulers one after another.
After the July 2024 uprising, the power-hungry political classes did not care about the people's demands for ruling by Sharia law, nor about their Islamic feelings and beliefs; rather, they separated from it and forced it under the leadership of the Americans and signed the "July Charter". Allah Almighty said: ﴿Do they then seek the judgement of (the Days of) Ignorance? And who is better than Allah to judge for a people who have firm Faith.﴾ Apart from changing the state of the people, this political settlement will only improve the continuation of the current oppressive regime. As a result, the people have no confidence in these democratic farces, nor do they need these things.
O people: You must have witnessed how the Arab Spring has started a wave of toppling tyrannical rulers, but under the guise of state reforms and new political settlements led by the West, the failed secular capitalist system has remained in place. As a result, the suffering of the people in these countries has not changed, but rather the West's control over them has increased. In our country, too, you see how America and Britain are trying to control our politics, economy, and army through their agents. How can such a charter unite people when it has not even been able to unite these political classes of agents?!
O people: You should know how the Medina Charter, which was based on Islamic faith, laid the foundations for the Islamic state in Medina. Under it, people enjoyed fair rule regardless of religion or race and lived a prosperous life. Later, the Caliphate spread this just rule throughout the world. As for the Western democratic system, it quickly spread exploitation, injustice and war throughout the world. Therefore, in order to restore our dignity and glory, we must demand a political settlement based on the Medina Charter and unite to establish the Caliphate.
O sincere officers in the army: At this political juncture in the country, we remind you of the Second Pledge of Aqaba, when the people of power and might, led by Sa'd bin Muadh (may Allah be pleased with him), gave victory to the Prophet ﷺ, to establish the Islamic state. Ibn Ishaq said: When the Ansar gathered to pledge allegiance to the Messenger of God ﷺ in the Second Aqaba, Al-Abbas bin Obada bin Nadla Al-Ansari said to them: O people of Khazraj, do you know what you are pledging allegiance to this man for? You are pledging allegiance to him to fight the red and black people. If you think that if your wealth is exhausted and your nobles are killed, you will surrender him, then from now on, it is, by God, the disgrace of this world and the hereafter. But if you think that you will fulfill what you have called him to, at the expense of wealth and the killing of nobles, then take him, for he is, by God, the best of this world and the hereafter. They said: We will take him on that basis. They said to the Prophet ﷺ: What will we get for that, O Messenger of God, if we fulfill it? He ﷺ said: Paradise. Join Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood and give it victory without fear of America, Britain and India. We assure you that the entire Islamic nation is waiting for the establishment of the Caliphate. Moreover, if the cohesion of foreign agents unravels, these great powers will have no way to interfere in our country.
