The Two-State Solution is the Farce of This Century

﴿Allah mocks them and prolongs them in their transgression; they wander blindly.﴾

Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Bangladesh strongly condemns what Professor Yunus said at the United Nations General Assembly: "Only on the basis of the pre-1967 borders, with Israel and Palestine living side by side in peace, can justice be achieved." While the Palestinians are being exterminated before our eyes and Jews are usurping 78% of Palestine, how can justice be achieved by allowing their entity to live next to the State of Palestine?! Why do we call some pockets inside the usurping Jewish entity the State of Palestine, when it does not even have its own army?!

This farce reminds us of Yasser Arafat's theatrical declaration of the establishment of the State of Palestine on November 15, 1988, from Algeria. It was a state on paper, but the fruit of the Oslo Accords was a weak authority under the guns of the Jews. Nevertheless, the contemptible rulers of the Muslims, as well as the Organization of Islamic Cooperation and the League of Arab States, welcomed this declaration. Surprisingly, it was welcomed by Palestinian organizations that considered it the fruit of their steadfastness, as if Palestine had been liberated and the Jewish entity had been removed! ﴿May Allah destroy them; how are they turned away?﴾.

The two-state solution designed by America aims to normalize relations between the usurping Jewish entity and the Islamic countries. Without the support of the treacherous Muslim rulers, this entity would not last a single day, even with the billions of dollars in military aid it receives from the West, ﴿They will not harm you except for [some] injury; and if they fight you, they will show you their backs; then they will not be aided.﴾ America, in particular, began to exert its influence for the two-state solution in the 1990s, and exploited it to serve its geopolitical goals by strengthening its proxy, the Jewish entity. It is working to keep the Islamic Ummah divided by keeping the Jewish entity militarily strong and creating tension with its surroundings. At the same time, it is keen to maintain a balance that prevents the Jewish entity from igniting a conflict that could disrupt the entire international order. This system of checks and balances is a cover for its hegemony in the Middle East. It is not an impartial mediator that balances between the powers; rather, it is the manager of a system in which the Jewish entity dominates the Arabs, and it controls it directly, and sometimes by pressuring it indirectly through Iran, and everyone remains dependent on it.

O Muslims: Britain, Canada, Australia, and Portugal have recognized the so-called "State of Palestine," followed by several countries at the high-level international conference of the United Nations General Assembly held from September 22 to 30, 2025, chaired by France and Saudi Arabia. It is clear that Britain, the former head of disbelief, and other countries of disbelief recognized the so-called State of Palestine to hide their ugly, deceptive face from all people, especially from their own people. Several news reports confirm the continued military support for the Jewish entity; for example, Anadolu Agency quoted the country's media as saying that "Britain sent more than one hundred thousand rounds of ammunition to Israel in one month (last August) amid the massacre in Gaza. The shipments in August included tanks, sniper rifles, and rifles, in addition to various types of explosives."

Through the deceptive Balfour Declaration of 1917, the cunning colonial Britain initially granted parts of the Ottoman Caliphate (Palestine) to the Jews. After the Second World War, America took over the scene in the Middle East and became the superpower when Britain went bankrupt. Since then, America has worked with the West on these deceptive traps, which give the Jewish entity permanent rights to abuse and plunder the Ummah. As part of this effort, they are now planning to form an international body called the "International Transitional Body for Gaza," which will have a mandate to be the "supreme political and legal authority" for Gaza for up to five years, headed by Tony Blair, the former British Prime Minister who participated in the invasion of Iraq in 2003.

O Muslims: The genocide in Gaza is not a distant tragedy; rather, it is the burning front of our Ummah's conflict in that blessed land. Our brothers and sisters in Palestine are not fighting for authority or fleeting possessions; rather, they stand as guardians, sacrificing their lives for every inch of the Muslims' land, defending the sanctity of our Ummah in the face of the attack of the criminal disbelievers. The bottom line is that Muslims must remember that the two-state solution means recognizing the Jews' usurpation of the blessed land, and this is a major sin in the religion of Allah, as the Companions and Mujahideen narrated it with their blood, and it is also the third of the two Holy Mosques, to which Muslims travel from all over the world. From it was the journey of Isra and Miraj. Since it is an Islamic land, it is not permissible for Muslims to give it up or even an inch of it.

The greatest calamity that has befallen our Ummah is its rulers, who keep our brave sons in the armies locked up in the barracks. Instead of sending them to fight under the banner of Islam to save the Muslims from extermination, protect their first Qibla, and liberate our blessed land, they send them on missions affiliated with the United Nations under the leadership of the colonizing disbelievers. Since the fall of the Caliphate more than a hundred years ago, the Muslims have missed their Caliph under whose banner they unite and by whom they are protected, as the Prophet ﷺ said: «The Imam is but a shield, behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected» narrated by Bukhari and Muslim. Therefore, we call on Muslims everywhere and the sincere officers to join forces and restore the Caliphate under the leadership of Hizb ut-Tahrir. Allah Almighty said: ﴿Fight them; Allah will punish them by your hands and disgrace them and give you victory over them and satisfy the breasts of a believing people.﴾.
