Al-Radar: The Caliphate Does Not Allow the Existence of Distorted Copies of the Army in the State

On October 26, 2025, the city of Al-Fashir, in Darfur, turned into an open crime scene. This happened as soon as the armed forces division in the city withdrew, and the Rapid Support Forces entered. Within a short time, the scenes coming from the city shocked the world, as they documented mass killings, torture, and humiliation of victims, in a scene that was not an exception, but rather an extension of an established and repeated approach of violence followed by these forces since their inception 22 years ago.
Al-Fashir is not the first, and will not be the last, unless this expanding cancerous body, called the Rapid Support Forces, is stopped. Since its involvement in the armed conflict with the Sudanese army, in Darfur in 2003, mass killing has been an essential part of its tactics, and rape, displacement, systematic torture, looting and arson have been part of its military plans. In Darfur since 2003, hundreds of villages have been destroyed, using the same violent method. In the General Command sit-in in Khartoum in 2019, the Rapid Support Forces participated in dispersing the sit-in and its members documented the atrocities with their own hands. As for the city of Geneina in 2023, United Nations reports stated that between 10 and 15 thousand people were killed, then in memory are the crimes and disasters in the cities of Khartoum, and the villages of Al-Jazeera State, all the way to Al-Fashir, which is still suffering from the scourge of the Rapid Support Forces!
Thus, the Rapid Support Forces, which were established to be an arm of the army, have turned into a parallel military force, thanks to the expansion of their resources and status to the point of competing with the army. This was done through state institutions. From here, it can be affirmed that legalizing militias, whatever the purpose of their establishment, does not mean controlling them, but as happened in the Rapid Support Forces model, legalization led to their independence and provided them with the legal cover for expansion, so they became a cancer used by other countries to implement their plans.
The sincere people in the army still have the opportunity to prevent fighting between Muslims and prevent the fragmentation of the country through the militia mechanism, by completely controlling the country and taking the hand of Al-Burhan, who creates a new militia every morning, some of whom are even being trained outside the country. The correct and legitimate procedure is to dissolve and liquidate all those militias, especially the Rapid Support Forces, and bring all their leaders to fair trials. All militias and armed movements must be immediately integrated into the army, their flags dismantled, and a single regular army established based on the doctrine of Islam.
The Caliphate does not allow the existence of distorted copies of the regular forces, used from abroad to dismantle and weaken the state, but stands in the way of anyone who dares to tamper with the security of the country and its people.
