Report: Devastating losses in Iraq elections.. Senior politicians failed and candidates only got their own vote!
RT, 11/15/2025 - The results of the Iraqi parliamentary elections held on November 11th revealed major surprises, as a number of senior political leaders were unable to win seats in parliament.
Among the most prominent losers is Mahmoud al-Mashhadani, the current speaker of parliament, who ran on the National Sovereignty Alliance list and received only 3,864 votes, an insufficient number to win. Likewise, Salim al-Jubouri, the former speaker of parliament (2014-2018), who ran on the Our Falcons list in Diyala, only garnered 5,767 votes without achieving victory.
Raed Fahmi, Secretary of the Iraqi Communist Party, also failed to obtain a seat, as did Major General Yahya Rasoul, the former spokesman for the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, who ran on the State of Law list in Baghdad.
Iraqi Oil Minister, Hayyan Abdul Ghani, who ran on the State of Law Coalition list in Basra, did not succeed in winning a seat. The failure included prominent members of the current parliament, and the results even showed that 56 candidates received only one vote, including eight in Basra, while 54 others received only two votes in different governorates, and 51 candidates received only three votes!
Perhaps these elections reveal the cessation of Iranian or American support, or both, for many candidates amidst the ambiguity surrounding American-Iranian relations that extends to include the Iraqi arena. These elections reveal that the democracy being promoted in our country is merely a big deception through which agents are brought to power. For instance, in Iraq and Lebanon, people were demonstrating against corrupt politicians, all of whom are not immune to corruption, and when elections take place, these corrupt individuals succeed! This raises confusion about the nature of the applied democracy and the high degree of its politicization. The time has come for the West, the master of these agents, to realize that the nation rejects it and its cronies, without implying that those who succeeded in the Iraqi elections this time are sincere.

After contacting America: Egypt calls for a comprehensive humanitarian truce in Sudan
Anadolu Agency, 11/15/2025 - During a phone call with the Senior Advisor to the American President for Arab and African Affairs, Mosaad Boles, the Egyptian Foreign Minister, Badr Abdel Aati, called for "the implementation of the Quartet's statement in all its clauses," including achieving a comprehensive humanitarian truce in preparation for launching a sustainable political process that paves the way for the secession of the Darfur region from Sudan according to American plans.
On September 12th, the Quartet mechanism created by America, which included Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE, called in a joint statement for an initial humanitarian truce for 3 months in Sudan, to enable the separation of Darfur from Sudan under the guise of delivering urgent humanitarian aid to all regions.
This is followed by the launch of a comprehensive and transparent transitional process that is completed within 9 months, during which America's agent Hamdan Dagalo can consolidate his position in western Sudan after his control, under American patronage, over the region's capital, the strategic city of Al-Fashir. All these calls are stamped with the label of meeting the aspirations of the Sudanese people towards establishing an independent civilian government, which is far from independence, as America asks its main agent, Al-Burhan, to remain silent and silence the army in preparation for the complete separation of Darfur, just as it happened during the era of America's former agent, Al-Bashir, and South Sudan was separated.
The Egyptian Foreign Ministry's statement, which only moves at the behest of America, said that Abdel Aati's call with Boles discussed "the developments in the situation in Sudan." For the sake of creating hope, he claimed that the ceasefire creates the conditions for launching a comprehensive political process that preserves Sudan's unity, sovereignty, and stability, knowing that America's agent Hamdan Dagalo has established a separatist government and controlled vast areas of Sudan, so he does not know what unity of Sudan this minister is talking about, but he is an instructed slave.

Iran warns of a US-European draft resolution at the Atomic Agency
Al-Arabiya, 11/15/2025 - Tehran has warned against moves by the United States and the three European countries to submit a new draft resolution to the Board of Governors of the UN agency.
Meanwhile, the International Atomic Energy Agency called on Iran on Wednesday to allow it to verify "as soon as possible" its stockpiles of uranium, especially highly enriched uranium.
IRNA indicated that the draft resolution stipulates that Iran, according to international resolutions reactivated in September 2025, is obligated to suspend all enrichment and reprocessing activities, including research, development, and heavy water-related projects.
The project demands that Iran comply with the Additional Protocol and provide the agency with all information related to its stockpile of enriched uranium and facilities subject to safeguards.
The Director of the International Agency said in his new report that there is a gap in information "regarding the quantities of nuclear materials previously declared in Iran within the affected facilities," after Tehran suspended its cooperation with the International Agency in July following a 12-day war in June. The war broke out following surprise raids by the Jewish entity, which targeted Iranian nuclear facilities in particular, and included American strikes against targets inside Iran.
A senior Western diplomat told Bloomberg that the agency is ready to resume inspections of Iranian nuclear sites immediately, but Tehran insists that those sites are still unsafe after the strikes carried out by the United States and the Jewish entity five months ago.
This new resolution may pave the way for the International Atomic Energy Agency for the Jewish entity to launch a new attack, supported or participated in by America, against Iran's nuclear facilities after Iran's approval to end the war allowed the Jewish entity to renew its air defenses, so it is once again equipped to launch raids and complete the mission.
