Radar: The Quartet's Truce and the Danger of Negotiating on the Basis of Western Civilization!!

Since the Quartet, which includes Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the Emirates alongside America, announced its statement on 9/12/2025 regarding the Sudanese crisis, many people in Sudan have been divided into two camps: one camp supports the Quartet's statement calling for negotiations and a political settlement, arguing that it brings peace, and the other camp rejects what was stated in the Quartet's statement and demands the continuation of the war. Although both parties are Muslim, they have not made Islam the basis from which they proceed to determine their positions, whereas that should have been the case. Allah Almighty says: ﴿O you who have believed, obey Allah and obey the Messenger and those in authority among you. And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result.﴾, and He Almighty says: ﴿And in anything over which you disagree - its ruling is [to be referred] to Allah. [Say], "That is Allah, my Lord; upon Him I have relied, and to Him I turn back."﴾, and referring to Allah and His Messenger is referring to the Book of Allah Almighty and the Sunnah of His Messenger ﷺ.
Referring the existing conflict and the raging war in Sudan to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger ﷺ leads to the following facts:
Firstly: America is the one in charge of the Sudan war file, and it is the one that presided over the Quartet. The involvement of some Arab countries is just a smokescreen. Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Emirates have no say in the matter. The whole matter is in the hands of America, which is an infidel and colonialist state. It is not permissible for it to interfere between Muslims, because it is an enemy, not a friend. As for the statement of the Sudanese Foreign Minister, Mohi El-Din Salem, that Sudan deals with its brothers in Egypt and Saudi Arabia and with friends in the United States of America, it is a refuted statement! For Allah Almighty says: ﴿Indeed, the disbelievers are ever to you a clear enemy.﴾.
Moreover, they, meaning the disbelievers, do not want good for us, as Almighty God said: ﴿Neither those who disbelieve from the People of the Scripture nor the polytheists wish that any good should be sent down to you from your Lord. But Allah selects for His mercy whom He wills, and Allah is the possessor of great bounty.﴾. So how can good come from someone who does not want good for us from our Lord?! And what if the disbeliever is the head of disbelief, America, whose hands drip with the blood of Muslims throughout the world.
Secondly: The Western civilization, which is headed today by America, is based on the doctrine of separating religion from life, which is a doctrine based on the middle ground. They do not have right and wrong, so they always seek to resolve conflicts through the middle ground, that is, reconciling the two conflicting parties, which is that each party makes some concessions until the two parties meet in a middle ground, because the truth is relative to them and not absolute. Therefore, these negotiations, which are sponsored by the Quartet on the basis of the middle ground, are intended to enshrine equality between the state and those who rebelled against it, and then take concessions from each party in favor of the other, which leads to the separation of Darfur! Because the negotiations are based on the middle ground, not on the correct solution that establishes the truth and nullifies falsehood.
Thirdly: When the colonialist disbelievers seek to resolve conflicts in Muslim countries, which they originally caused, or they created them through their agents, they resolve them on the basis of their own interests and what they want, not what is in the interest of the people of the country. Whether the disbelievers intervene themselves, or by proxy through their regional organizations; the African Union or IGAD or others, and the separation of South Sudan from us is not far away. Under the banners of the same malicious arguments, such as bringing peace and stability, they separated South Sudan, and were keen to transfer the infection to Darfur to secede it, and they do the same. For the sake of this goal; seceding Darfur, and fragmenting Sudan, America ignited this destructive war, and its fuel is the sanctity of Muslims, drawing with their blood borders for a regional, ethnic, or even tribal state, on the ruins of Sudan, which America calls falsely and slanderously a correction of the Sykes-Picot maps. America has been holding the file for two and a half years, equating the state with those who rebelled against it, and ripening its dish on a slow fire, maneuvering and circling from one platform to another, until the Rapid Support Forces fully controlled the entire Darfur region after the fall of El Fasher. America, through the Quartet, intensified the call for a truce that it called humanitarian, then negotiations that in reality lead in the end to the separation of Darfur, with the same scenario as the South, that is, in the name of stopping the war and finding peace, America achieves its goal of tearing Sudan apart through borders of blood.
Fourthly: Continuing the war at the current pace since its outbreak in 2023 will not eliminate the Rapid Support Forces, but will lead to the Libyan scenario with the existence of two governments, and the result in both cases is the secession of Darfur, which is what America is seeking through its agents!
This is the reality, so what is the solution then?
• The Muslim seeks the solution exclusively in the great revelation; the doctrine of Islam, in the Book and the Sunnah and what they guide to.
• The great solution of Islam to any issue is not based on the basis of the middle ground and reconciling the two parties, but is based on establishing the truth and nullifying falsehood, so the owner of the right takes it in full without any deduction.
• The absence of legitimacy is the scourge of scourges, so every person who took up arms and possessed power wants to become a ruler over the people, until the easiest way to become a minister and take shares in government became conspiring with foreign powers, carrying weapons, and violating the sanctity of innocent people, and it even became a customary practice that finds no slightest disapproval, but even community leaders; from thinkers, media professionals, and politicians, place their services at the feet of agents who conspire with foreign powers! To correct this, Islam stipulates the rule that sovereignty belongs to the Ummah, which necessitates that the Ummah's usurped sovereignty be returned to it, to establish its life on the basis of the doctrine of Islam, by establishing the Khilafah system.
• The treatment of Islam also stipulates that whoever takes up arms against the state that applies Islam and claims an injustice, the state asks him to lay down his arms to listen to his injustice, and if he does, the state sits with him, listens to his injustice, and removes it from him, and if he refuses to lay down his arms, he is fought an educational fight until he lays down his arms, and the state does not allow any foreign country to interfere in this matter, let alone allow someone who ignited the war from an infidel enemy claiming mediation.
• The treatment of Islam for the issue of rebellion and defiance of the authority of the state is the legitimate treatment that achieves servitude to Allah, Lord of the Worlds, and above that, it is a correct treatment, applicable to the reality of the problem; it preserves the unity of the state, and prevents the interference of lurking enemies in its affairs, so let us adhere to the guidance of our beloved ﷺ.
O people in Sudan, O sincere people of strength and power:
Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah of Sudan, is still working among you and with you, in order to resume the Islamic way of life, informing you and drawing your attention to the fact that the path and the way out of this miserable life of yours, which is in the wrath of Allah Almighty, is only represented in that we all crystallize a single goal, which is how the sincere of our sons from the people of strength and power give victory to Hizb ut-Tahrir, guaranteeing the implementation of Islam, liberating people from colonialism, and carrying Islam to the worlds, Allah Almighty says: ﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.﴾.
