America Accelerates Its Plan to Separate the Darfur Region;
No Savior Except by Making the Issue of State Unity a Fateful Matter
Since the Trump administration took over the Sudan file, following its assumption of power in January 2025, it has been leading the military and political actions in Sudan, and pushing towards the separation of the Darfur region. On Wednesday, March 26, 2025, the army regained Khartoum, and Al-Burhan said from the Presidential Palace at the time: "Khartoum is free, and that's the end of it." Military actions accelerated to expel the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) from central Sudan, from the states of Al-Jazirah, Sennar, White Nile, and Blue Nile. As a result, the RSF shrank to control areas in the Kordofan region adjacent to Darfur, and the entire Darfur region, except for part of the city of Al-Fasher, which has been besieged for more than a year. This reality, which is summarized in the army's control over northern, central, and eastern Sudan, and the RSF's control over Darfur and part of Kordofan, means practically moving towards the separation of the Darfur region, by showing that there are two separate entities in Sudan.
Although it had been previously announced that military movements were being mobilized to lift the siege on Al-Fasher and eliminate the RSF, which was at its weakest, as Al-Quds Al-Arabi website reported on 2025/4/19: (The latest field developments indicate the progress of huge movements from the army and the joint force, starting from the city of Al-Daba, north of the country, to lift the siege on the city of Al-Fasher, while other forces belonging to the same parties opened up in the states of Kordofan, and achieved considerable victories in their progress towards the city from another axis), this did not happen. Rather, the RSF expanded in Kordofan and announced the targeting of the strategic city of Al-Abyad!
As for the political actions, the most prominent of which is the announcement by the RSF, from Nyala, the capital of South Darfur State, on Saturday, 2025/07/26, of the formation of a parallel government; a Sovereignty Council, a Council of Ministers, and state governors, to consolidate the fragmentation of the country and the separation of the Darfur region. When we add to that the racist rhetoric in the political center, and the daily replication of militias on tribal, ethnic, or regional bases, and making power-sharing based on racist grounds, we are facing a fully-fledged plan that targets the unity of what remains of Sudan, and begins with the separation of Darfur!
America is proceeding with its separation of the Darfur region in the same manner as it proceeded in its separation of South Sudan. It inherited in the Darfur region the legacy of the armed groups established by the British and Europeans, which is represented in preparing the stage for the separation process, through armed rebellion against the state, and talking about grievances, claims of marginalization, social injustice, and regional and ethnic demands for power and wealth. As it did in South Sudan, where it brought John Garang and his men, and placed them at the head of the rebel groups created by the British and Europeans, and pushed them to armed rebellion against the state for decades! Now, America is repeating the same scene in the Darfur region, to make its spoiled child, the RSF, at the head of the Darfur armed movements to separate Darfur with its own men, not with the men of the British and Europeans who created the rebellion against America's man (Omar al-Bashir) before.
America, which previously separated South Sudan, as Al-Bashir said in a press conference in Khartoum in January 2012: (America was behind the division of Sudan to achieve its interests in oil and weaken the country). He went even further, saying in an interview with the Russian Sputnik Agency on 2017/11/25: (We have information about America's endeavor to divide Sudan into five countries, and America has acted alone recently and ruined the Arab world).
Indeed, America is seeking to reshape and reformulate the Middle East region, according to the blood borders map, which was developed by retired General Ralph Peters, inspired by the ideas of the Jewish intelligence officer Bernard Lewis, who is described as the godfather of the division of the Middle East, through dividing the divided, and fragmenting the fragmented of the Muslim countries. According to his claim, he wants to correct the borders of Sykes-Picot, and others, which were drawn by opportunistic Europeans, as he described them, and that changing the borders requires redrawing them with the blood of hundreds of thousands of people, in order to produce states that split and procreate from the womb of the existing national states. This is what came in his article accompanied by the new maps, which was published by the American Armed Forces magazine (Armed Forces - July 2006 issue). To promote the idea of separating Darfur by forming two governments, especially among the civil forces linked to the British, the US Institute of Peace held a workshop in Nairobi in April 2024, with the participation of political and civil forces opposed to the war. The Institute concluded in the workshop that the existence of two governments in Sudan leads to reducing the intensity of the fighting and opens paths to the negotiating table! (Al-Sharq Al-Awsat dated 2025/08/04).
O People of Sudan:
America, which separated South Sudan, is now returning to separate Darfur. If you deal with this issue in the same way that you dealt with the issue of South Sudan, then its plan to tear Sudan into five countries, whose borders are drawn with your blood and the blood of your sons, is inevitable, and that is the manifest loss in this world and the hereafter.
Know that peoples and nations have fateful issues towards which they take the measure of life or death. You, the people of Sudan, are Muslims, who testify that there is no god but Allah and that Muhammad is the Messenger of Allah. The creed of Islam has defined for you your fateful issues towards which you take one measure, which is either life under its shade, or death in its cause. Among these fateful issues is the issue of the unity of the Ummah and the unity of the state, where the Sharia defined the issue and defined the measure.
This is evident in two issues: one, the issue of multiple caliphs, and the second, the issue of rebels. It was narrated from Abdullah bin Amr bin Al-Aas that he heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever pledges allegiance to an Imam, gives him the handshake and the fruit of his heart, let him obey him if he can. If another comes to dispute with him, strike the neck of the other." And from Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ, who said: "If allegiance is pledged to two caliphs, kill the latter of them." He made the unity of the state a fateful issue when he forbade multiple caliphs, and ordered the killing of whoever tries to create multiple caliphates, that is, the entity of the state, or retracts his action. And from Arfaja, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah ﷺ say: "Whoever comes to you while your affair is united under one man, wanting to break your staff or divide your community, kill him." He made the issue of the unity of the Ummah and the unity of the state a fateful issue when he forbade dividing the community, and ordered the killing of whoever tries to do that or retracts his action.
As for the rebels, Allah Almighty said: ﴿And if two factions among the believers should fight, then make settlement between them. But if one of them oppresses the other, then fight against the one that oppresses until it returns to the ordinance of Allah. And if it returns, then make settlement between them in justice and act justly. Indeed, Allah loves those who act justly.﴾ That is because whoever is proven to be the Imam of the Muslims, that is, whoever is proven to be the Caliph of the Muslims, it is forbidden to rebel against him, because rebellion against him involves dividing the staff of the Muslims, shedding their blood, and losing their wealth, because of his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "Whoever rebels against my Ummah while they are united, kill him, whoever he is." These who rebel against the Imam are rebels who are asked to repent, and their doubts are removed. If they persist, they are fought.
By preventing the multiplicity of the state, preventing rebellion against it, and preventing the division of the staff of the Ummah, the unity of the state and the unity of the Ummah were among the fateful issues, because the Lawgiver, may He be glorified and exalted, made the measure towards them a measure of life or death. Whoever does it must either return or be killed. The Muslims implemented that, and they considered it one of the greatest and most dangerous matters, and they did not tolerate it with any Muslim, whoever he was. This is the ruling of Allah Almighty, so take the hands of the hypocrites and agents, and thwart America's plan to separate Darfur, to please Allah Almighty, your Creator and Provider, to preserve the blood of your sons, and to stop the plan to tear your country apart.
O People of Sudan:
It is a pivotal moment in your history, so rise as one man to thwart this conspiracy, and you are capable if you seek help from Allah and rely on Him in the true sense of reliance, and ask your sincere sons from the people of strength and protection to restore to you your authority that the agents and hypocrites, the servants of the infidel West and its criminal projects, have usurped. That can only be by giving victory to Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is aware of the conspiracies of the infidel West; its plans, its methods, and its men, and is aware of the great principle of Islam as a system for life. So rise, O Muslims, to obey Allah, and for the good of this world and the hereafter. He Almighty says: ﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.﴾.
