Australia Commits to the Forced Occupation of What Remains of Palestine

The Australian government has announced that it will participate in the Trump-led "Gaza Reconstruction Force," a US-led coalition of Western countries and Islamic countries tasked with forcibly disarming Gaza and then handing it over to the usurping entity.

This announcement coincides with the usurping entity's announcement of its desire to annex the West Bank as well, in line with broader American efforts to impose Jewish control over all of Palestine in its attempt to reshape the entire Middle East.

Hizb ut-Tahrir / Australia would like to emphasize the following:

1. Australia has a long record of serving colonial interests in the Middle East. It was the Australian Light Horse Brigade that first entered Palestine during World War I on behalf of the British, contributing to the British forces' occupation of it and its subsequent handover to the Jews.

2. Australia's contribution to the "Gaza Reconstruction Force" is intended to impose political surrender on Gaza after the Jews failed to do so militarily. Australia also committed genocide against its indigenous people, facilitated the first genocide against the Palestinian people, remained silent about the genocide over the past two years, and is now helping the Jews to erase the Palestinian identity completely, so Australia will remain condemned forever for facilitating these crimes.

3. The greatest crime in this tragedy is the betrayal of the Muslim rulers, who have always stood as the first line of defense for the occupation, and have proven their betrayal once again by accepting to deploy their forces to hand over Palestine instead of liberating it. And any Muslim who continues to legitimize these rulers, or defends their crimes, or helps in the implementation of their betrayal, will remain a partner in their crimes forever.

4. The Zionist-Crusader international coalition formed to force Gaza to surrender clearly reminds us of the deeply rooted historical hatred that these countries hold for the Islamic countries. They consider themselves an extension of the heirs of the early Crusaders, and they will not stop until the entire Islamic nation is defeated and the Sharia is completely defeated.

5. It has been said repeatedly during the past century, but it has become more painful now, that unless Muslims regain their political will and their stolen power, expel their treacherous rulers, and establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate, we will always be subject to the crimes of the Zionists-Crusaders and the betrayals of their local agents. The time has come for us to wrest the causes of control from the hands of the oppressors everywhere.
