A Response to the Slanders of the Writer Ibrahim Habani Against the Caliphate

We came across an article by the writer Ibrahim Habani on the Al-Taghir newspaper website, on Friday, 16 Jumada Al-Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to 11/7/2025 AD, entitled: "The Brotherhood is a Project to Demolish the World," in which he stated: (The time has come for the world to see the truth as it is, for political Islam organizations are not a reform project, but rather a project to dismantle states from within, starting with the religious slogan and ending with absolute power). Then he says: (The danger of political Islam is no longer a threat to one state, but to all of humanity, as it does not only oppose the other, but opposes the very idea of the modern state), to the point where he says: (From Khartoum, we send a message saying, save the peoples from the illusions of the Caliphate that legitimize destruction in the name of God, and protect religion from the merchants of slogans, who have made it a ladder to power).

In response to the writer's slanders against Islam and its Caliphate system, we say:

Firstly: There are many mouthpieces that use the actions of some Islamic organizations as a cover to undermine Islam and its political system, and it seems that Habani is one of these writers, otherwise why did he include the Caliphate in the subject?! Did those he spoke about establish a Caliphate state, or did they rule with the systems of the modern state itself, which he considers opposing it a defect? Although he knows, and perhaps overlooks, that this modern state is a product of the infidel colonizer, and that it is a functional state, whose mission is to implement policies made by those who created it after destroying the Caliphate; the political entity that unites all Muslims?

Secondly: The one who creates wars in our countries and seeks to tear them apart is the same one who tore them apart in Sykes-Picot. Does the writer not know that Britain was the one who ignited the war in South Sudan to separate it from the North?! Then America took over this matter from then on until it actually separated it, with the recognition and blessing of most of the political forces in Sudan, and now this accursed war raging in Sudan, one of its goals is to separate Darfur from Sudan in the name of alleged peace, and Jeddah, the Quartet, Switzerland, and others are nothing but stations for conspiracy, just like Machakos, Nairobi, and Naivasha. Does Habani not know that the South was separated in the name of peace and with the Naivasha Peace Agreement?!

Thirdly: The Caliphate, writer, is not illusions, but rather it is the system of the Lord of the Worlds, which He has legislated for humanity because its rulings, constitution, and laws are legal rulings from the Creator of all mankind, and the Caliphate, dear brother, is what unites the country, and it is not what tears it apart, and it is what restores the lost pride and dignity of the Islamic nation today, and you see the inability of the modern state, the creation of the infidel West, its inability to stand up to America and its protégé, the Jewish entity, and if the Caliphate existed, America would not have been able, through its agents, whoever they were, to separate South Sudan, and the Jewish entity would not have been able to kill tens of thousands of Muslims in Gaza, and raze Gaza to the ground, and inflict the worst torment on its people, while the rulers of the modern statelets of harm do not lift a finger, but some of them support it secretly and openly, and if the Caliphate existed, this current war would not have occurred in Sudan, and we would not have needed a quartet or others.

In conclusion, we say to the writer, that the Caliphate, which you consider to be illusions, is being prepared for by the infidel, colonizing West, and it is working to prevent its establishment, and the strategic studies centers affiliated with it are developing plans that prevent its establishment, and they have even developed policies for how to deal with it when it is established. The war on terror (Islam) is just one of the means that the West uses to prevent its establishment. It also uses intellectual, political, and media agents, unfortunately from among the sons of Muslims, to strike at the idea of the Caliphate.

But we say to all of these, far, far away! The Caliphate is coming despite the nose of the infidel West and its agents, for it is the promise of God Almighty, Who says: ﴿Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them﴾, and it is the good news of the beloved Muhammad ﷺ, who explained that the Caliphate will return rightly guided on the path of Prophethood after the oppressive rule that we are living in today. The Prophet ﷺ says in the hadith narrated by Imam Ahmad in his Musnad: "Then there will be an oppressive kingdom, and it will be as long as Allah wills it to be, then Allah will remove it when He wills to remove it, then there will be a Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood."

Hizb ut-Tahrir, writer, is working to establish the Caliphate, and its youth stay up all night to achieve this good news, and it will soon be a reality, God willing.

America Seeks to Dissect Darfur, Raises the Issue of Abyei, Threatens and Vows!

After South Sudan seceded from the north in 2011, the Abyei region was left disputed and its affiliation to either party was not resolved; the South and the North, as it was supposed to be held in Abyei a general referendum in 2011, coinciding with the referendum in South Sudan, to determine the region's affiliation to the North or the South, but the referendum did not take place, because of the two countries' dispute over who has the right to vote in the referendum! The region is inhabited by tribes affiliated with the South, which is the Dinka Ngok tribe, and another affiliated with the North, which is the Misseriya tribe, and of course the Dinka will not agree to separate from their tribal environment to be with the state of the North because they will be the weakest link in the state of Sudan, and likewise the Misseriya will not accept to separate from their tribal environment to be with the state of the South because they will also be the weakest link in the state.

Then a short war broke out in the region in 2012, but it was resolved by the establishment of the United Nations Interim Security Force for Abyei (UNISFA), and in November 2020, the UN Security Council held a meeting on the implementation of its resolution No. 2046 relating to the outstanding bilateral issues between Sudan and South Sudan, and the situation in the states of South Kordofan and Blue Nile, without coming out with a clear decision regarding Abyei.

Then there was the last meeting yesterday, Wednesday, 11/5/2025, in which the American ambassador Michael Waltz threatened Sudan, north and south, that he would oppose the renewal of the mandate of the United Nations peacekeeping force (UNISFA), which will end on the 15th of November, if the two parties do not abide by their obligations towards the peace agreement, under which South Sudan was separated.

We in Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, had warned through a press release on 5/21/2011, of the danger of the Nifasha Agreement, and we affirmed that the Abyei region would be (Kashmir of Sudan); an outstanding border issue, and more than 14 years have passed since we said this, and the issue of Abyei is still in the same place, and this is not strange to the colonial countries, as there are disputed areas between the Islamic countries; especially the Arab region, which was divided in 1916, through the ominous Sykes-Picot Agreement, and the dispute over it has not been resolved, because it is intended for its own sake, and a good example of this is the issue of the dispute over Halayeb and Shalateen between Egypt and Sudan.

These issues, which are originally within the borders of the Muslim countries, will only be resolved by establishing the Caliphate, which will unite all Muslim countries, where there will be no dispute over borders, as the land is Islamic land, Kharaji or Ushri, and this calls for the Ummah to call for its establishment, rightly guided according to the method of Prophethood, cutting off the hand of the infidel colonizer who tampers with our country.
