The Bearer of the Call and the Message of the Messengers

The true bearing of the call to resume the Islamic way of life is not a joke or a luxury, but a great trust and a duty upon those who are granted the ability to bear it. The bearer of the call is called to be fair, aware, reliant on God, persevering in raising the word of truth and clarifying the methodology of Islam in various aspects of life, not seeking a position or status, but rather the pleasure of his Lord and seeking reward with Him. The reward of the bearer of the call falls upon God as he calls with insight from his Lord, and his Lord watches over him and protects him.

The Bearer of the Call and the Message of the Messengers

The trials faced by the bearer of the call are nothing new; the prophets and messengers suffered ridicule, torture, and imprisonment, but they did not weaken or submit, but rather were characterized by patience and good reliance on God. Moreover, whoever bears this message willingly, patiently, and seeking reward, is under the care and protection of God, no matter how diverse the circumstances.

The Caliphate: An Umbrella of Unity and Unified Governance

The Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood is the state that unites Muslims politically and forms the legal framework for implementing the Sharia; through it, people gather under one Imam who rules according to what God has revealed, and the rights, dignity, and political, economic, and social freedom of the nation are restored. The enemies of the nation have realized the danger of this reality, so they worked to fragment it and spread fanaticism, sects, and artificial borders, through international institutions, laws, and institutional structures that hide their true nature: control and domination.

The Right to Call for the Establishment of the Caliphate

After the demolition of the Caliphate and the occupation of Islamic countries under the pretext of "national borders" and "national regimes," re-establishing the Caliphate became a legal duty on those whose faith is upright and who see the danger of the nation's fragmentation and the breaking of its power. The call to restore the authority of the Muslims is a legal ruling, and a call to implement what came in the Book and the Sunnah of rulings that save the nation and restore its status. God has promised the believing workers that He will make them successors on earth, and this is a promise to those who believe and do righteous deeds, just as it is mentioned in the Prophetic hadiths about the occurrence of the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood.

Characteristics of the Bearer of the Call and How to Work

The bearer of the call: is sincere, neither trade nor sale distracts him from the remembrance of God; a steadfast believer, he works among people to explain the truth, raise awareness, educate, and organize, not seeking a personal position or fleeting worldly pleasure. The road is rugged and full of difficulties, but it is easy for those who rely on God and prefer His pleasure. The bearer of the call must be politically aware and methodical in his thinking, viewing the world from the perspective of Islamic ideology, and preparing himself intellectually and practically to build a political project based on the Islamic method.

God sent the messengers to people so that they would know the truth and follow it, and avoid falsehood. He used to send the prophet and messenger to his people as a mercy to the people and so that they would realize the truth from falsehood. God sent the messengers in succession to the people, as the Lord of the Worlds clarified in the Great Book ﴿Then We sent Our messengers in succession﴾.

Bearing the call to people in its reality is the work of the prophets, who came to govern people with what God, their Creator, revealed, and who knows best what benefits them in this world and the hereafter. They were subjected to harm, ridicule, mockery, torture, imprisonment, abuse, and all kinds of trials, but they did not weaken in the face of what befell them in the path of God, nor did they weaken or submit. Their enemies possessed money, power, authority, and all media and economic means, and people of influence, cunning, deceit, and hypocrisy, as we see in our time.

The weapon of the messengers and prophets was patience, good reliance on God, and faith that He will complete His religion and convey it to the people despite everything. So they delivered their messages and warned their people.

God Almighty has clarified in His Book all the solutions to the issues and problems of every time and in any place ﴿And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things﴾, ﴿We have not neglected anything in the Book﴾.

Our enemies have realized the danger of the Caliphate as a force that unites the nation and brings it together and unites its power, so they worked to demolish it to tear the Muslims apart; because it is the umbrella that unites and brings them together. So they held international conferences and established international institutions and entities in the name of international law, international security, health, science, culture, and aid to countries. But all of that was aimed at controlling and influencing all countries, especially the Islamic countries.

Bearing the call to restore the authority of the Muslims is a legal duty after the demolition of our Caliphate and after rulers have been appointed over fragmented pieces for reprehensible fanaticisms, nationalisms, and patriotisms from the actions of the first ignorance, ruling with disbelief before the eyes of the enemies of the Muslims and under their supervision and leadership.

God does not burden us with anything except that it is within our capacity and according to our ability.

The nation is going through difficult and arduous events these days, in which there is so much betrayal, collusion, and treachery that mountains would be burdened by it, and in which you see the forbearing bewildered. Are there any men for all these hardships and horrors, men who have sold themselves in the path of God, men about whom the Lord of the Worlds said: ﴿Men whom neither trade nor sale distracts from the remembrance of God﴾, strong believing men about whom the Lord of the Worlds said: ﴿Men who are true to what they pledged to God﴾?

We want believing youth, and believing men and women, who do not work for a position, a certificate, or a fleeting worldly life.. men who do not fear the blame of a critic in the cause of God and who fear God and do not fear anyone other than Him, Muslims, believers who change with the truthful word, throwing it at falsehood and crushing it, their hearts glorify their Lord and their Messenger and do not accept any compromise in religion. What do you think if this divine method is not applied on the land of God, but the most trivial and insignificant of creation mocks His Book and His Messenger?

O people of sincere strength, O servants of God, O officers in the armies of the Muslims, O you who have a hand in protecting the land and people of the nation: you have a great role in restoring rights, redressing grievances, and establishing a state that rules by the Sharia and embodies justice. The nation is waiting for you to show purity of conscience and courage in supporting the religion of God and relieving the suffering of His servants. And you see, as we see, many calamities committed by the enemies of God in every place in the lands of the Muslims. We appeal to you through your prayers, your glorification, your seeking forgiveness, and your supplication to your Lord. Who else is there for it besides you? We know very well and you know that it is a difficult task, but it is easy for those who rely on God and seek refuge in Him. And we have all the means to control the land, its depths, the air, the seas, and the rivers, because we possess, thanks to God, all the elements and reasons for victory and empowerment, and on this land we were one nation, with one Imam and one army.

The nation is going through a difficult stage of betrayal, collusion, and loss of rights, but the path is not difficult for those who prefer the truth and are pleased with the face of God, carrying the message as the predecessors carried it, bringing people out of the darkness of worshiping servants to the light of worshiping the Lord of servants, and that is the great victory.

﴿O you who have believed, respond to God and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life

Egypt Between Government Slogans and Bitter Reality: The Full Truth About Poverty and Capitalist Policies

Egypt Between Government Slogans and Bitter Reality

The Full Truth About Poverty and Capitalist Policies

Al-Ahram Gate reported on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, that the Egyptian Prime Minister, in a speech delivered on behalf of the President at the Second World Summit for Social Development in Doha, Qatar, said that Egypt is implementing a comprehensive approach to eliminate poverty in all its forms and dimensions, including "multidimensional poverty."

For years, official speeches in Egypt have rarely been devoid of phrases such as "a comprehensive approach to eliminating poverty" and "the real launch of the Egyptian economy." Officials repeat these slogans at conferences and events, accompanied by glossy images of investment projects, hotels, and resorts. But the reality, as evidenced by international reports, is quite different. Poverty in Egypt remains a deeply rooted, and even worsening, phenomenon, despite repeated government promises of improvement and renaissance.

According to reports by UNICEF, ESCWA, and the World Food Programme for 2024 and 2025, about one in five Egyptians lives in multidimensional poverty, meaning they are deprived of more than one aspect of basic life, such as education, health, housing, work, and services. The data also confirms that more than 49% of families suffer from difficulties in obtaining sufficient food, a shocking figure that reflects the depth of the living crisis.

As for financial poverty, i.e., low income compared to the costs of living, it has risen sharply as a result of successive waves of inflation that have eroded people's wages, efforts, and savings, until a large percentage of Egyptians are below the financial poverty line despite their constant work.

While the government talks about initiatives such as "Takaful and Karama" and "Decent Life," international figures reveal that these programs have not radically changed the structure of poverty, but have been limited to temporary palliatives similar to a drop poured into the desert. The Egyptian countryside, where more than half of the population lives, still suffers from poor services, a lack of decent job opportunities, and dilapidated infrastructure. The ESCWA report confirms that deprivation in the countryside is several times greater than in the cities, which indicates poor distribution of wealth and chronic neglect of the peripheries.

When the Prime Minister thanks the citizen "who has endured with the government the measures of economic reform," he is in fact acknowledging the existence of real suffering resulting from these policies. However, this acknowledgment is not followed by a change in approach, but rather a continuation on the same capitalist path that caused the crisis.

The alleged reform that began in 2016 with the "floatation" program, raising subsidies, and increasing taxes, was not a reform but rather a burdening of the poor with the cost of debts and deficits. At a time when officials are talking about "the launch," huge investments are going to luxury real estate and tourism projects that serve the owners of capital, while millions of young people find no opportunities for work or housing. Indeed, many of these projects, such as the Alam El Roum area in Matrouh, whose investments are estimated at $29 billion, are foreign capitalist partnerships that acquire land and wealth and turn them into a source of profit for investors, not a source of livelihood for the people.

The regime fails not only because it is corrupt, but because it follows a false intellectual basis, which is the capitalist system, which makes money the focus of all state policies. Capitalism is based on absolute freedom of ownership, and allows the accumulation of wealth in the hands of the few who own the means of production, while the many bear the burden of taxes, prices, and public debt.

Therefore, all so-called "social protection programs" are merely an attempt to beautify the brutal face of capitalism, and to prolong the life of an unjust system that takes into account the rich and collects from the poor. Instead of addressing the root of the disease; i.e., the monopoly of wealth and the dependence of the economy on international institutions, it is sufficient to distribute crumbs of cash aid, which do not alleviate poverty or preserve dignity.

Care is not a favor from the ruler to the ruled, but a legitimate duty, and a responsibility for which God will hold him accountable in this world and the hereafter. What is happening today is a deliberate neglect of people's affairs, and an abandonment of the duty of care in favor of conditional loans from the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.

The state has become an intermediary between the poor and the foreign creditor, imposing taxes, reducing subsidies, and selling public property to cover a swollen deficit created by the capitalist system itself. In all of this, the legitimate concepts that regulate the economy are absent, such as the prohibition of usury, the prevention of the ownership of public wealth by individuals, and the obligation to spend on the people from the treasury of the Muslims.

Islam has presented an integrated economic system that addresses poverty at its roots, not just with cash support or cosmetic projects. This system is based on fixed legitimate foundations, the most prominent of which are:

1- Prohibiting usury and usurious debts that shackle the state and drain its resources. By eliminating usury, the dependence of the economy on international institutions will disappear, and the financial sovereignty of the nation will be restored.

2- Making ownership three types:

Individual ownership: such as houses, shops, and private farms...

Public ownership: includes major wealth such as oil, gas, minerals, and water...

State ownership: such as fay' lands, rikaz, and kharaj...

With this distribution, justice is achieved, as a small group is prevented from monopolizing the nation's resources.

3- Guaranteeing sufficiency for every individual of the people: The state guarantees for every person in its care their basic needs of food, clothing, and housing. If they are unable to work, the treasury must spend on them.

4- Zakat and mandatory spending: Zakat is not a charity, but an obligation, collected by the state and spent in its legitimate channels for the poor, the needy, and the debtors. It is an effective distribution tool that returns money to the cycle of life in society.

Along with stimulating productive work and preventing exploitation, and urging investment of resources in real beneficial projects such as heavy and military industries, not in speculation, luxury real estate and fictitious projects. In addition to adjusting prices with real supply and demand, not with monopoly or floatation.

The Khilafah state on the method of Prophethood is the only one capable of applying these provisions practically, because it is built on the basis of Islamic creed, and its goal is to care for people's affairs, not to collect their money. Under the Khilafah, there is no usury or conditional loans, and no sale of public wealth to foreigners, but resources are managed in a way that achieves the interest of the nation, and the treasury finances health care, education, and public facilities from state resources, kharaj, anfal, and public property.

As for the poor, their basic needs are guaranteed individually, not through temporary charity but as a guaranteed legitimate right. Therefore, fighting poverty in Islam is not a political slogan, but an integrated system of life that establishes justice, prevents injustice, and returns wealth to its people.

Between the official discourse and the lived reality is a huge distance that is not hidden from anyone. While the government boasts of its "giant" projects and the "real launch," millions of Egyptians live below the poverty line, suffering from high prices, unemployment, and a lack of hope. The truth is that this suffering will not disappear as long as Egypt continues on the path of capitalism, surrendering its economy to usurers and submitting to the policies of international institutions.

The crises and problems of Egypt are human problems and not material ones, and they relate to legitimate rulings that show how to deal with them and treat them on the basis of Islam, and the solutions are easier than turning a blind eye, but they need a sincere administration that has a free will that wants to walk in the right path and truly wants good for Egypt and its people, and then this administration must review all the contracts that were previously concluded and that are concluded with all the companies that monopolize the assets of the country and what is of its public ownership, and at the forefront are companies exploring for gas, oil, gold and the rest of the minerals and wealth, and expel all those companies because they are originally colonial companies plundering the wealth of the country, then formulate a new covenant based on enabling people to access the country's wealth and establishing or leasing companies that are based on producing wealth from the sources of oil, gas, gold and other minerals and redistribute these wealth to the people again, then people will be able to cultivate the dead land that the state will enable them to exploit with their right in it, and they will also be able to manufacture what must be manufactured to raise the economy of Egypt and suffice its people, and the state will support them in this way, and all this is not a figment of the imagination or impossible to happen or a project that we present for experimentation that may succeed or fail, but it is legitimate rulings that are necessary and binding on the state and the people, so the state may not give up the wealth of the country that is owned by the people under the pretext of contracts approved and supported by unjust international laws, and it may not prevent people from it, but it must cut off every hand that extends plundering to the wealth of the people, this is what Islam offers and must be implemented, but it is not applied in isolation from the rest of the systems of Islam, but it is only applied through the Rashidun Khilafah state on the method of Prophethood, this state whose concern and call for is carried by Hizb ut-Tahrir and calls on Egypt and its people, people and army, to work with it for its sake, may God write the conquest from Him, so we see it a reality that honors Islam and its people, O God, sooner rather than later.

﴿If the people of the towns had but believed and been righteous, We would have opened for them blessings from heaven and earth.﴾

The Fall of Al-Fashir Accelerates the American Plan to Separate Darfur

The Fall of Al-Fashir Accelerates the American Plan to Separate Darfur

The Rapid Support Forces announced on Sunday morning, October 26, 2025, its control over Al-Fashir, after a siege that lasted more than a year. This means extending its influence over all five states of Darfur, and dividing the country between an east controlled by the Sudanese army, and a west under the control of the Rapid Support Forces. Thus, it is clear that the control of the Rapid Support Forces over Al-Fashir is greater than a victory in a battle over a city, but rather it is control over an entire region in a remarkable way.

This development in the scene of the fall of Al-Fashir after the withdrawal of the Sudanese army, coincided with the US-led talks between the two delegations of the government and the Rapid Support Forces in Washington in order to cease fire. It is clear that America is the one who ordered the leaderships of the two parties to implement the entry of the Rapid Support Forces into Al-Fashir, and the withdrawal of the army from it, in order to accelerate the American plan to separate Darfur, as part of a plan to fragment Sudan into small states!

The American paper that was discussed in the meeting of former US President George W. Bush Jr. with his advisors at the beginning of his second term in 2005 to discuss a working paper on the Middle East stated, about Sudan, and about three future scenarios, which do not rule out the division of Sudan into three countries as follows:

* Egypt is linked to one of them in the north.

* And America is strategically linked to another in the south.

* The Jewish entity is linked to the state that can be born in western Sudan (Darfur)

The strategy and American diplomacy proposed in the Middle East region was that ideas are prepared and processed, then the heads and leaders of the Middle Eastern countries are summoned to the White House in order to approve them and not scrutinize or amend them, and what is required is to agree with the leaders of the countries in the region, on the best method or means through which these political ideas or diplomatic initiatives can be implemented within a prior consultation in a bilateral framework and then in a collective framework. This is the American policy towards the Muslim world in general and Sudan in particular; developing plans to tear apart the borders of blood and working to implement them through rulers and the political center and marketing them to the media.

Therefore, America's orders were clear to use everything possible to control the Rapid Support Forces over Al-Fashir and overthrow it, and therefore these forces exterminated defenseless people and shed copious blood in the land of Al-Fashir and other cities of Sudan with the reluctance of the army leadership to do its duty to protect Al-Fashir and its people and left it to be violated by the criminal Rapid Support Forces in the most horrific ways that can be told, and all that is issued from statements, talk and regret about the massacres of Al-Fashir from America and the regional and local tools is to throw dust in the eyes about the truth and the agreed-upon conspiracy.

What is required of the people of Sudan in general is awareness of the reality and ugliness of America and its regional and local tools that sing of peace, while in reality they bring destruction and killing to the Muslim world in the implementation of the blood borders plan.

And awareness as well of the project of salvation from the plans of America and the colonialist West, the hellish; the caliphate project that is based on the unity of the state and the unity of the nation, and engaging in work with the leading Hizb ut-Tahrir, whose people do not lie, which is doing this work, connecting its night with its day, and screaming at the top of its voice through various platforms, but is carrying out a large campaign for more than two months, warning against the fall of Al-Fashir and achieving the American goal.

The youth and leadership of the party will not tire or get bored in continuing their work for the sake of Allah until the promise of Allah Almighty and the glad tidings of our beloved Muhammad ﷺ are fulfilled; ﴿Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient﴾, and Imam Ahmad narrated in al-Musnad from Hudhayfah, who said: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said: «Prophethood will be among you as long as Allah wills it to be, then He will lift it up when He wills to lift it up, then there will be a Caliphate on the method of Prophethood, and it will be as long as Allah wills it to be, then He will lift it up when He wills to lift it up, then there will be biting kingship, and it will be as long as Allah wills it to be, then He will lift it up when He wills to lift it up, then there will be an oppressive kingship, and it will be as long as Allah wills it to be, then He will lift it up when He wills to lift it up, then there will be a Caliphate on the method of Prophethood».
