The Carrier of the Call and the Message of the Messengers
The true burden of the call to resume the Islamic way of life is not a joke or a luxury, but a great trust and a duty upon those who are granted to carry it. The carrier of the Da’wah is called to be fair, aware, trusting in God, persevering in raising the word of truth and clarifying the methodology of Islam in various aspects of life, not seeking a position or prestige, but the satisfaction of his Lord and reckoning with Him. The carrier of the Da’wah's reward falls upon God, as he calls with insight from his Lord, and his Lord cares for him and protects him.
The affliction that the carrier of the Da’wah encounters is not new; the prophets and messengers suffered ridicule, torture, and imprisonment, but they did not weaken or submit, but were patient and had good faith in God. Moreover, whoever bears this message willingly, patiently, and expectantly, is in God’s care and protection, no matter how diverse the circumstances.
The Caliphate: An Umbrella of Unity and Unification of Governance
The Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood is the state that unites Muslims politically and forms the legitimate framework for implementing Sharia; through it, people gather under one Imam who rules according to what God has revealed, and the rights, dignity, and political, economic, and social freedom of the nation are restored. The enemies of the nation have realized the danger of this truth, so they have worked to fragment it and spread fanaticism, sects, and artificial borders through international institutions, laws, and institutional structures that hide their reality: control and hegemony.
The Right to Call for the Establishment of the Caliphate
After the demolition of the Caliphate and the occupation of Islamic countries under the pretext of "national borders" and "national regimes," re-establishing the Caliphate became a legal duty for those whose faith is upright and who see the danger of the nation's disintegration and the breaking of its power. Calling for the restoration of the Muslims' authority is a legal ruling and a call to implement what came in the Book and the Sunnah of rulings that save the nation and restore its status. God has promised the believing workers that He will make them successors on earth, and this is a promise to those who believe and do good deeds, as it is mentioned in the Prophetic hadiths regarding the occurrence of the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood.
Characteristics of the Carrier of the Call and How to Work
The carrier of the Da’wah: is sincere, neither commerce nor sale distracts him from the remembrance of God; a steadfast believer, he works among the people to explain the truth, raise awareness, educate, and organize, not seeking a personal position or fleeting worldly pleasure. The path is rugged and full of difficulties, but it is easy for those who trust in God and prefer His satisfaction. The carrier of the Da’wah must be politically aware and methodical in thinking, looking at the world from the perspective of Islamic ideology, and preparing himself intellectually and practically to build a political project based on the Islamic method.
God sent the messengers to the people so that they might know the truth and follow it, and falsehood and avoid it, so He would send the prophet and messenger to his people as a mercy to the people and so that they might realize the truth from falsehood. God sent messengers one after another to the people, as the Lord of the Worlds clarified in the Great Book ﴿Then We sent Our Messengers in succession﴾.
Carrying the call to people is in reality the work of the prophets, who came to govern the people according to what God, their Creator, revealed, and who knows best what benefits them in this world and the hereafter. They were subjected to harm, ridicule, mockery, torture, imprisonment, abuse, and all kinds of trials, but they did not weaken when afflicted in the cause of God, nor did they weaken or submit. Their enemies possessed money, power, authority, all media and economic means, and people of influence, cunning, deceit, and hypocrisy, as we see in our time.
The weapon of the messengers and prophets was patience, good faith in God, and belief that He would complete His religion and deliver it to the people despite everything. So they delivered their messages and warned their people.
God Almighty has clarified in His Book all the solutions to issues and problems for every time and in any place ﴿And We have sent down to you the Book as clarification for all things﴾, ﴿We have not neglected in the Book anything﴾.
Our enemies have realized the danger of the Caliphate as a force that unites the nation, brings it together, and unifies its strength, so they worked to destroy it in order to tear the Muslims apart; because it is the umbrella that unites them and brings them together, so they held international conferences and established international institutions and entities in the name of international law, international security, health, science, culture, and aid to countries. But all of that was aimed at control and influence over all countries, especially Islamic countries.
Carrying the call to restore the Muslims' authority is a legal duty after the demolition of our Caliphate and after princes took over fragmented pieces for repulsive fanaticisms, nationalisms, and nationalisms from the actions of the first ignorance, ruling with disbelief before the eyes of the enemies of the Muslims and under their supervision and leadership.
God does not burden us with anything except what is within our capacity and according to our ability.
These days, the nation is going through difficult and arduous events, in which there is betrayal, treachery, and treason that mountains cannot bear, and in which the patient is bewildered. Are there men for all these hardships and horrors, men who have sold themselves in the cause of God, men about whom the Lord of the Worlds said: ﴿Men whom neither trade nor sale distracts from the remembrance of God﴾, strong believing men about whom the Lord of the Worlds said: ﴿Men who are true to what they pledged to God﴾?
We want believing youth, and believing men and women, who do not work for a position or a certificate or a fleeting worldly life... men who do not fear the blame of a critic in God and fear God and do not fear anyone other than Him, Muslims who believe and change with the truthful word, throwing it at falsehood and crushing it, their hearts glorify their Lord and their Messenger and do not accept humiliation in religion. What about you if this divine method is not applied on the land of God, but the most trivial of creation and the least of them to God mocks His Book and His Messenger.
O sincere people of power, O servants of God, O holders of ranks in the armies of the Muslims, O you who have a hand in protecting the land of the nation and its people: you have a great role in restoring rights, redressing grievances, and establishing a state that rules by Sharia and embodies justice. The nation expects you to show purity of conscience and courage in supporting the religion of God and relieving affliction from His servants. And you see, as we see, many misfortunes committed by the enemies of God in every place in the lands of the Muslims, we appeal to you in your prayers, your glorification, your repentance, your supplication to your Lord. Who else is there for her but you? We know very well and you know that it is a difficult task, but it is easy for those who trust in God and seek refuge in Him. And we have all the components to control the land, its interior, the air, the seas and the rivers, this is because, thanks to God, we possess all the components and reasons for victory and empowerment, and on this land we were one nation, with one Imam and one army.
The nation is going through a difficult stage of betrayal, treachery, and loss of rights, but the path is not difficult for those who prefer the truth and are pleased with the face of God, they carried the message as the predecessors carried it, they brought the people out of the darkness of worshipping servants to the light of worshipping the Lord of servants, that is the great victory.
﴿O you who have believed, respond to God and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life﴾
