The Founding Alliance Government is an Advanced Step in Accelerating America's Plan to Separate Darfur

The Rapid Support Forces, through its alliance called the Sudanese Founding Alliance "Tasees," announced on Saturday, July 26, 2025, the appointment of a president and vice president of the Presidential Council, and a prime minister, which means forming a parallel government to the authority run by the army from Port Sudan, in the east of the country.

The alliance consists of military, political, and civil organizations, most notably the Rapid Support Forces and the Popular Movement - North, where its basic charter was signed last February in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.

We in Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan have always been exposing the American plan, and warning the people of Sudan that the war in Sudan has a colonial agenda to tear Sudan apart, behind which stands the head of evil, America, through its agents from the army leaders and the Rapid Support Forces leaders. Just as the Bashir government separated South Sudan, in collusion with the Popular Movement, led by the deceased John Garang, today the Burhan government, along with the Rapid Support Forces, are proceeding with the same plan in the Darfur issue, through suspicious withdrawals, handing over army camps and cities to the Rapid Support Forces, and not mobilizing armies or aircraft to resolve their rebellion! Knowing that the army in Sudan is capable of resolving the war, and liberating the country and the people, if the reins are released from those who hold them.

Al-Bashir previously admitted that he passed the tearing apart of the South under American pressure, saying: "The secession of the South was under American pressure, and the American plan is to divide Sudan into five countries." (Russian Sputnik website).

This was followed by confessions from the pillars of his rule and his foreign ministers, which means that they were aware of the plan and were implementing it, and today the same scenario is being repeated in Darfur, by planning to separate it through the Rapid Support Forces, whose strengthening was supervised by the army commander, Burhan.

It is truly painful that the head of evil, the disbelieving colonizing America, is able to manage a fight that claims lives in Sudan, through its agents; who implement the plan openly, not secretly, and publicly, not covertly, aided in that by a colluding, misleading media, and mercenary politicians who have no concern other than worn-out chairs, on which they sit, and the colonizing infidel manages them.

Tearing apart the lands of Muslims is a great crime, and everyone who participates in it bears its sin. The Prophet ﷺ says about Arfaja bin As'ad: "Whoever comes to you while your affair is united under one man, seeking to break your staff or divide your community, kill him." Narrated by Muslim. And Muslim narrated from Abu Saeed Al-Khudri the saying of the Prophet ﷺ: "If allegiance is pledged to two caliphs, kill the last of them," which confirms the obligation to preserve the unity of the nation and not to divide it.

Based on that, we in Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, call on the sincere officers of the army, and the people of power and strength, to stop this heinous crime, and prevent America, and all colonial countries and their tools, from implementing their disastrous plans in our country, and support the nation's great project, by establishing the Rightly-Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood; it is the only way out and salvation.

The Prophet ﷺ says: "... Verily, whoever among you lives will see much اختلافاً (differing), so adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the rightly guided Caliphs, adhere to it and cling to it with your molar teeth.".
