Hizb ut Tahrir / Bangladesh Wilayah is organizing a political conference entitled:
" Bangladesh 2.0: Subservience or Liberation? "
After the popular uprising in July 2024 that forced the tyrant Hasina to flee, the people of Bangladesh looked forward to a new Bangladesh (Bangladesh 2.0). To quell the uprising, the pro-British bloc handed political power to the interim government led by the pro-American Yunus.
The people have demanded a radical change in Bangladesh, but the United States and Britain have conspired against the aspirations of the people by maintaining the Western colonial system - the oppressive secular capitalist system - as it is. Under the slogan of reform, they protected the failed system by only changing faces.
The interim government has appointed itself as a false guardian of the uprising, betraying the people on the one hand by advancing the American geostrategic and economic interests instead of ensuring the security of people's lives and money, and on the other hand, the pro-American political parties are engaged in a struggle for their shares of power, which harms law and order through political conflicts, blackmail, seizures, and violence.
The Western colonialists and their regional policeman, India, are still constantly interfering in our politics, especially by waging propaganda against the people's aspirations to return to the Islamic system and resume the Islamic way of life.
This political conference will expose the conspiracy of the United States, Britain, and India against the aspirations of the people in the July 2024 uprising, and will seek to direct the uprising towards its correct path - a comprehensive change of the state.
