Organizes Sit-ins to Demand that the Ummah Not Abandon Gaza
(Translated)
Yesterday, 4 Rabi' al-Akhir 1447 AH, 26 September 2025 CE, after Friday prayers, Hizb ut-Tahrir in Tanzania organized a popular campaign to remind the armies of Islamic countries, their scholars, and the Islamic Ummah in general of their duty to save Gaza and not abandon it. The campaign included prayers in Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, where the prayer was held in the Al-Rahma Mosque in Bjourouni, and was led by Sheikh Musa Kiliu, head of the Central Communications Committee, and Masoud Muslim, the media representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Tanzania. A prayer was also held in the Mbiveni Mosque in Zanzibar City. Sit-ins and Friday sermons were also organized in various regions of Tanzania. The campaign sent a message (below this press release) to the armies of Islamic countries to quickly mobilize for military intervention to liberate Gaza, Al-Aqsa Mosque, and all of Palestine, and to uproot the criminal Jewish entity.
The message reminded Muslim scholars to hold accountable the traitorous rulers of Islamic countries, whose subservience to the Jewish entity has crossed all boundaries.
The campaign's message also warned the Ummah against falling into the trap of silence regarding the genocide in Gaza, because their voices will force scholars and armies to address this issue accordingly.
Finally, the campaign reminded Muslims of the obligation to work to establish the Righteous Caliphate, which will fully preserve Islam, Muslims, and all our sacred sites.

The destruction of Gaza is a destruction for all of us as an Islamic Ummah
This is almost the second year since the Jewish entity began its brutal attacks accompanied by genocide in Gaza following the events of October 7, 2023.
The Jewish war, by order and with military, political, and diplomatic support from America, and from several Western countries, has led to unprecedented destruction.
The genocide has resulted in the martyrdom of more than 65,000 Muslims and the injury of hundreds of thousands, mostly women and children (according to the Ministry of Health in Gaza and major international media). Other sources indicate that more than two hundred thousand people have been killed so far!
Moreover, the war has destroyed almost all of Gaza, and has caused enormous destruction to human resources and various infrastructures. For example, more than 270 journalists were killed as of August 2025 (Al Jazeera), hundreds of teachers, including university professors, were killed, nearly 1,400 healthcare workers were killed (Relief Web), 79% of mosques and three churches in the sector were destroyed, and more than 255 Islamic scholars were killed, and there are many others under arrest, ...etc. (Ministry of Endowments in Gaza). Of the 36 hospitals in the Gaza Strip, only a few are functioning, as many of them are being bombed or destroyed, ...etc. Not to mention the ongoing invasion of the West Bank accompanied by killings, house demolitions, destruction of agricultural land, forced evictions, arbitrary arrests, and so on.
All this oppression, brutality, and mass killing is carried out by the Jewish entity, while America votes for the sixth time against a ceasefire resolution in Gaza to prevent genocide. Not to mention its threats to the International Criminal Court, all of which come in favor of and in defense of the Jewish entity, even though the UN Independent Commission of Inquiry and some local human rights institutions in the Jewish entity have explicitly stated that it is committing genocide in Gaza.
O Armies of the Islamic Countries, especially the neighbors of Palestine
Don't you know that you have a great duty before God Almighty to save Gaza, because you have the power? Do you know that the power you possess is a trust from your Lord to protect your Ummah, not the puppet rulers? Do you still doubt the evils and brutality of the Jewish entity? What are you waiting for to liberate Gaza? Are you still hesitant in your trust in the Jews despite all they are doing, including their Prime Minister explicitly declaring their goal of seizing our lands to complete the "Greater Israel Project"? Are you still hoping that the Jewish entity will achieve peace and stability, while you witness its daily attacks on Syria, Yemen, Lebanon, and recently Qatar? This entity does not respect the sovereignty of any country according to its invalid international laws, treaties, and agreements. Seize this golden opportunity to uproot it, and show God Almighty your true courage, which we have no doubt about, and you are the only hope of our Ummah.
O Dear Muslim Scholars:
Who will hold accountable and criticize the agent rulers whose subservience in supporting the Jewish entity has crossed the boundaries of shame? These agents are using their ports, airspace, and resources of the Islamic Ummah to enable the Jewish entity to continue destroying Gaza, and the strange thing is that they are demanding Hamas at the same time to release the Jewish prisoners and hand over its weapons! These agents support the dangerous "two-state solution" policy, which is a dangerous trap for the Islamic Ummah. A misleading solution that some Western countries, such as Britain and France, pretend to support "out of sympathy" with Palestine, but they are hiding behind it, because from the beginning they have been hand in hand with the Jewish entity in its brutality.
O Scholars of the Ummah:
Raise your voices, and use your platforms and other sites to strongly criticize the agent rulers, who have reached a level even lower than slaves. Don't you see how Qatar flattered America by giving Trump huge sums of money and other generous gifts, and then America gives the Jewish entity weapons and permission to attack their country? Is there any shame and humiliation greater than this? Trump and the Jewish entity consider these agent rulers to be even lower than the level of cats.
O Scholars of the Ummah:
Do not hesitate or be complacent in helping the Muslims of Gaza, for they are part of our Ummah. Therefore, motivate the armies and the Ummah to fulfill their duties towards Gaza, and do not forget the Muslims of Gaza, even with prayer in your mosques.
O Noble Islamic Ummah,
Don't you know that your silence is dangerous in such matters and the like? If you stand firm with your voices, you will force the scholars and armies to address the issues of your Ummah appropriately. Do not fall into Satan's trap by being negligent. Are the disbelievers who raise their voices in defense of the people of Gaza, motivated by humanity alone, superior to you, who have the Islamic faith and Islamic brotherhood? Your voices are necessary to urge the scholars and armies of Islamic countries to act.
In conclusion, what is happening in Gaza and other suffering is the result of our Ummah's lack of a Caliphate state that protects it and manages its affairs, including preserving our wealth, honor, and blood. It is the duty of every Muslim to work to establish the Caliphate state, for it is the protective shield for us all.
