A Delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir/ Wilayah of Sudan

Meets the Director of the Quranic Schools and Mosques Department in Port Sudan

A delegation from Hizb ut Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, led by Professor Nasser Reda, Head of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut Tahrir in Wilayah of Sudan, accompanied by Professor Abdullah Ismail, a member of the Communications Committee, visited Sheikh Onour Muhammad Ahmed, Director of the Quranic Schools and Mosques Department in Port Sudan, at his office, as part of the campaign organized by the party to thwart the plan to tear Sudan apart by separating Darfur.

Professor Nasser spoke about what is happening now in Sudan at the hands of the disbelieving West, especially America; which separated South Sudan, and is now seeking to separate Darfur, then the next stage is eastern Sudan. This matter is a pivotal issue, and one of the fateful issues, which cannot be compromised, and requires imams of mosques, politicians, thinkers, army leaders, and the general public to work seriously to thwart this plan. Nasser cited several pieces of evidence confirming what he mentioned.

Sheikh Onour agreed with Nasser's statement and said, what is our role? Professor Nasser explained to him what is required of imams and preachers, so the Sheikh asked that the party's program to thwart the entire plan be sent to him.

The meeting was attended by the Deputy Director of the Office, Sheikh Labab, a member of the State Council of Scholars, and Sheikh Al-Tayeb Al-Shambali, Director of Memorization Affairs in the Red Sea State.
