Abu Wadaha News: The Official Spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the State of Sudan in Heated and Bold Statements About the Current Political Situation
Press interview with Ibrahim Othman Abu Khalil, the official spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the State of Sudan. Hizb ut-Tahrir, State of Sudan, is one of the most active political parties, even in times of war. It is a good follower of events and has a vision that it does not hide, whether people agree or disagree with it. When work in Khartoum faltered due to the war, the party moved to Port Sudan, the administrative capital, and rented an office from which it continued its activities. Al-Nile International had this meeting with Mr. Ibrahim Othman Abu Khalil, the official spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the State of Sudan. To the transcripts of the dialogue.
*Q1/ Mr. Abu Khalil, how do you view* *the political reality in Sudan in light of* *this war that has been prolonged* ?????
A/ It is known that the political conflict before the war was between the men of Europe from the civilians, especially Britain, and the men of America from the military leaders. The conflict in reality is a struggle for influence between the colonial countries over Sudan. America was controlling Sudan through the military, and when the revolutionary movement occurred, the Europeans, through the civilians, exploited the reality in order to take complete power from the military. The conflict remained a back-and-forth between the two sides until what was called the Framework Agreement, which, if implemented as planned, would have driven America out of Sudan and consequently driven the military out of power. So America prompted its men to ignite the war to remove the other team from the political scene. America is still the one managing the war. It is the one that decides when to stop and when to continue, and it is now the one that is prolonging this war until its dish is cooked. Therefore, we find statements by American officials since the beginning of this war until today revolve around one thing, which is that this war will not end with a military victory for either side. Finally, the envoy of President Trump to Africa and Sudan, Masad Boulos, repeated this statement, and therefore we find that America wants there to be negotiations, and the most dangerous thing in the matter is equating the Rapid Support Forces with the army and not clearly condemning the Rapid Support Forces despite the atrocities they committed against the people of Sudan and their destruction of infrastructure.
*Q2/ Some people accuse you of always talking about* *conspiracy theory and attribute any problem* *to America or other European countries.* *What is your response to that* ?????
A/ There is no conspiracy theory, but there is a continuous conspiracy by the disbelievers and colonizers. Rather, this matter began since the mission of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and continues to this day, and it is natural because the disbelievers are enemies of Islam and Muslims. Whoever talks about a conspiracy theory is himself part of the conspiracy, whether he knows it or not. Then, whoever looks at reality sees that the one who is at the forefront of the scene in Sudan since the beginning of this war is America, and it is the one who has held the file since the beginning of the war and has not allowed any other party to intervene except through it, and has only allowed its agents in the region such as Egypt and Saudi Arabia or organizations affiliated with it such as the African Union or the Arab League. Therefore, since the first months, it made resolving the conflict in the Jeddah platform in Saudi Arabia and gave Egypt some maneuver by holding conferences in Cairo at intervals, and now, after more than two and a half years of this war, it is the one that holds the file through what is called the Quartet, which includes Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and the Emirates in addition to it.
*Q3/ But the government rejected* *the Quartet's statement, and the statement of the Sudanese* *Foreign Ministry on 30/9 was clear, and even Burhan in* *his recent speeches these days rejects* *the Quartet and rejects its interference in Sudanese affairs* *except with conditions, so what* *do you say about that?*
A/ This rejection is not a serious rejection because America itself was not serious about ending the war. It is waiting for its dish to be cooked, and therefore it allows the government such maneuvers so that people think that the government has its decision and that it is the one who decides about war or peace.
*Q4/ You repeated in your speech the phrase until America's dish is cooked. What is the American dish that has not yet been cooked?*
A/ The American dish has two parts. The first part is to completely remove the English civilians from power, and this matter has not been completely completed despite demonizing the civilians and trying to associate them with the Rapid Support Forces. The civilians, due to their stupidity, fell into the trap when they met Hemedti, and some of them stood with the Rapid Support Forces, and therefore they became for the people that they are with the Rapid Support Forces. As for the second part, America seeks to secede Darfur through the Rapid Support Forces, and it has made great strides in this part by allowing the Rapid Support Forces to form a parallel government after the Rapid Support Forces controlled all of Darfur except for El Fasher, which is still in the hands of the army. We see how the Rapid Support Forces are desperate and try dozens of times, even reaching hundreds of attempts, to seize El Fasher. Despite the atrocities committed by the Rapid Support Forces in El Fasher, America turns a blind eye to them, and when it condemns any action, it includes the army with the Rapid Support Forces. Even America's agents in the region do not explicitly condemn the Rapid Support Forces for what they are doing of actions that amount to war crimes and do to defenseless civilians. They displace them, besiege them, and starve them. If these crimes were committed by any faction that does not belong to America, America would have raised hell, and we see in return how Europe, especially Britain, tries to show these actions committed by the Rapid Support Forces as war crimes, but it also does not forget to condemn the army because in their concept the army and the Rapid Support Forces belong to one party, which is America.
*Q5/ So what is your vision for the solution?.???*
A/ The most important thing before searching for a solution is awareness of the reality of what is happening, that it is an American conspiracy in order to control the country's resources and in order to tear Sudan apart. The talk about peace by America and by the West is misleading. Peace in the issue of South Sudan led to its separation, and the talk today about peace by the West and its agents will lead, God forbid, to Darfur being separated from Sudan and will enable America to fulfill its dream of tearing Sudan into five small states, as mentioned in Western reports and as confirmed by the deposed President Omar al-Bashir in one of his speeches. This is firstly. Secondly, we are Muslims, and the principle is to solve our issues as God Almighty has commanded us, saying: "If you differ in anything, refer it to God and the Messenger, if you believe in God and the Last Day. That is better and best in interpretation." When we refer the matter to Islam and its rulings, it says that it is not permissible for there to be armies, militias, or armed movements. The armed force is one, which is the state army, whose task is to protect the borders and jihad in the way of God. As for power, it is a right of the nation. It is the one who chooses by legitimate allegiance a man who meets the conditions of the caliphate to pledge allegiance to him to lead it with the book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him. Then the state prevents the interference of the disbeliever in our issues in compliance with God's command, saying: "And God will never grant the disbelievers a way over the believers." These and other things will not happen under these functional regimes that the disbelieving colonizer created and which he sponsors. Therefore, they are at his beck and call and serve his projects, not the projects of the nation. Therefore, it is our duty to work to establish the Islamic state, the Rightly Guided Caliphate, according to the method of prophecy, which will do all that we have mentioned and more, and which will create for us a decent life in obedience to God.
Thank you, Mr. Abu Khalil, for these statements, and if you have a final word, please. Thank you very much for giving us this space, and we ask God Almighty to be a truthful tongue and a pen of truth that supports the truth and nullifies falsehood, and to make us all sincere to God Almighty and to the Muslims. Peace be upon you, and God's mercy and blessings.
