The Founding Alliance Government is an Advanced Step in Accelerating America's Plan to Separate Darfur
The Rapid Support Forces, through their alliance called the Founding Sudan Alliance "Ta'sees," announced on Saturday, July 26, 2025, the appointment of a president, vice president, and prime minister for the Presidential Council, which means forming a parallel government to the authority run by the army from Port Sudan, in the east of the country.
The alliance consists of military, political, and civil organizations, most notably the Rapid Support Forces and the Popular Movement - North, where its basic charter was signed last February in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi.
We in Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan have always been exposing the American plan, and warning the people of Sudan that the war in Sudan has a colonial agenda to tear Sudan apart, behind which stands the head of evil, America, through its agents from the army leaders and the Rapid Support Forces leaders. Just as the Bashir government separated South Sudan, in collusion with the Popular Movement, led by the deceased John Garang, the Burhan government today, with the Rapid Support Forces, is proceeding in the Darfur issue with the same plan, through suspicious withdrawals, handing over army camps and cities to the Rapid Support Forces, and not moving armies or planes to resolve their rebellion! Knowing that the army in Sudan is capable of resolving the war, and liberating the country and the people, if the reins are released from those who hold it.
Al-Bashir previously admitted that he passed the tearing apart of the South under American pressure, saying: "The separation of the South was under American pressure, and that the American plan is to divide Sudan into five countries." (Russian Sputnik website).
This was followed by confessions from the pillars of his rule and his foreign ministers, which means that they were aware of the plan and were implementing it, and today the same scenario is repeated in Darfur, by planning to separate it through the Rapid Support Forces, which were strengthened under the supervision of the army commander, Burhan.
It is truly painful that the head of evil, the infidel, colonialist America, is able to manage a war that claims lives in Sudan, through its agents; who are implementing the plan openly, not secretly, and publicly, not hidden, aided by a complicit, misleading media, and mercenary politicians who care only about dilapidated chairs, on which they sit, and the colonialist infidel manages them.
Tearing apart the lands of Muslims is a great crime, and everyone who participates in it bears its sin. The Prophet ﷺ said about Arfaja bin As'ad: «Whoever comes to you while your affair is united under one man, wanting to break your unity or divide your community, then kill him» Narrated by Muslim. Muslim narrated from Abu Saeed Al-Khudri the saying of the Prophet ﷺ: «If allegiance is pledged to two caliphs, then kill the latter of them», which confirms the necessity of preserving the unity of the Ummah and not dividing it.
Based on that, we in Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, call on the sincere officers of the army, and the people of power and strength, to stop this heinous crime, and prevent America, and all colonial countries and their tools, from implementing their disastrous plans in our country, and support the Ummah's great project, by establishing the Rightly-Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood; for it is the only way out and salvation.
The Prophet ﷺ says: «… For whoever among you lives will see much disagreement, so adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Rightly-Guided Caliphs, adhere to it and bite on it with your molars».
