The occupation army seizes 70 dunums of land from Nablus
The Palestinian Wall and Settlement Resistance Authority said that the occupation army seized about 70 dunums of land from several villages in the Nablus governorate for military and security purposes. The Authority stated on its website that "the occupation authorities seized 70 dunums, through a seizure order for military and security purposes, from the lands of the villages of Qaryut, Al-Lubban Al-Sharqi, and Al-Sawiya, in the Nablus governorate," and added that the purpose of this is "to establish a buffer zone around the Eli settlement," indicating that the decision includes the possibility of objecting to it within a week of its date, but the date affixed to the military order dates back to September 21, 2025, meaning that the occupying state published the military order after the deadline for objecting had expired. The Authority explained that the occupying state has issued a total of 53 seizure orders for various military purposes since the beginning of 2025, in a noticeable intensification of the use of this type of order to control Palestinian lands.

Trump: No timetable for disarming Hamas.. and reveals a surprise about the future of Gaza
US President Trump said on Sunday that there is "no definitive timetable" for disarming Hamas, while talking about the future of Gaza and its reconstruction plans. He added that the implementation of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza depends on the development of the situation on the ground and politically during the next stage. He also explained, in an interview with the American Fox News channel, that reaching the agreement was not possible "until after excluding Iran from this path and eliminating its nuclear capabilities," noting that his administration is closely following developments in Gaza. He continued, "There is no timetable, and there is no strict path, but we will see how things go," noting that Hamas "must do what is incumbent upon it during this stage." In response to a question about his plans to develop Gaza, he said, "I loved it as a place that we can call a place of freedom. We will work to ensure that all the people who live there get decent homes in various parts of the region. Egypt has a lot of land, and Jordan has a lot of land."
Trump is working hard to empty Gaza of Mujahideen, and hand it over to the entity of the Jews, and he is not satisfied with that, but it is more likely that he is seeking to integrate it into the region through the normalization track. Therefore, it is possible that his clients in the region will line up in the future to normalize relations with the entity of the Jews.

The Emirates buys land to establish a permanent embassy in the entity of the Jews
The official Hebrew Kan channel announced that the Emirates has purchased a plot of land in occupied Palestine in 1948 with the aim of building a permanent embassy for it, in a deal estimated at millions of dollars. The channel explained that the Land Authority in the entity of the Jews and Netanyahu's office encouraged and helped in completing this deal, which represents an advanced stage in the bilateral relations between Tel Aviv and Abu Dhabi since the signing of the Abraham Accords in 2020, according to the Hebrew Bhol website. Since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the Emirates and the entity of the Jews, the Emirati mission has operated from temporary and leased locations in Tel Aviv, most notably inside the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange building, where the Emirates officially opened its embassy in July 2021, becoming the first Gulf country to open an embassy in the entity of the Jews.
