The Caliphate alone truly cares for the interests of the people
and is the guardian of their rights and needs
It is no secret to anyone today the dire situation that Sudan has reached following the brutal war that began two years ago between the armed forces and the Rapid Support Forces. Unfortunately, the innocent people of Sudan are the ones who have paid and continue to pay the price of this vile international conflict taking place with local guns aimed at tearing the country apart and serving the interests of America, Europe, and others!!
Every sincere person in this nation wonders how the warring parties have agreed to stain their hands with the blood of their brothers and how they have accepted to be driven by their interests and the interests of their masters?! If they feared God, they would not have accepted what is happening! If Islam were implemented, Western countries would not have been able to roam freely in the country and implement their agendas by instigating the conflicting parties and supplying them with equipment and supplies!
The rule in Islam is based primarily on taking care of people's affairs and guaranteeing their interests and needs. It primarily ensures the achievement of security and safety for all its subjects, and the Caliph is aware that he will be questioned before God about what he has been entrusted with. Therefore, he does his utmost to ensure the safety of the people and secure their lives, as he knows that killing one soul is greater in the sight of God than destroying the Kaaba! Therefore, the Imam was a shield to be feared, as he protects and repels aggression and preserves lives, property, and also possessions. That is why Omar bin Al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, used to tar the camels of charity himself with tar for fear that they would perish, saying: "If a camel were to die lost on the banks of the Euphrates, I would fear that God would question the family of Al-Khattab."
We complain to God about the situation of our brothers in Sudan, where their lives are taken unjustly, women are raped, and property is stolen, all in full view and hearing of those in power and those who are fighting them, who do not fear God in them because their concern is not the affairs of the people, their lives, and their property, but their concern is the chair and their own interest only!!
Also, under the rule of the Islamic Caliphate, the wealth and resources of the Islamic nation are never allowed to be stolen and handed over on a silver platter to the infidel West. Therefore, the Caliph protects it and spends it in the ways prescribed by Sharia and strikes with an iron fist anyone who dares to covet it and seek to seize it!
Likewise, under Islamic rule, the state preserves the unity of the country and prevents its dismantling and division and declares jihad if necessary to preserve the integrity of the Muslims and its safety from any division. And the Caliphate alone, throughout the ages, has been able to melt Persians, Arabs, Berbers, Turks, Persians, and other peoples without this ethnic and religious diversity having any negative impact on the coexistence of these peoples, but all of them melted into the crucible of the great Islam.
The Caliphate guaranteed everyone their basic needs, and even luxuries as much as possible, as the Caliph spends the resources on taking care of the affairs of the nation and fulfilling its interests, so that people live in abundance, prosperity, blessing, and happiness. Ibn Khaldun mentioned in his introduction that what was brought to the treasury of the Muslims in Baghdad during the days of the Abbasid Caliph Al-Ma'mun was equivalent to 70 billion dollars and 1,700 tons of gold today!! And may God have mercy on the just Caliph Omar bin Abdul Aziz, who did not find a single poor person in his Caliphate who deserved Zakat!
And who among us forgets that Sudan, whose inhabitants are suffering from famine today, was under Islam the food basket of all Muslims!!
All the rulings of Islam are good, and by applying them correctly, a decent life is guaranteed;
For example, by applying the provisions of the Islamic economic system, usury, monopoly, unemployment, nepotism, and fraud will disappear, and everyone will get their due rights in work and positions.
By applying the Islamic educational system, education at all levels will be available to everyone and not limited to the wealthy and those in power, and the state will have its scientific and technological superiority necessary for heavy industries and modern warfare tools, and so on. Rather, the leadership will return to the Islamic state in technology and science as in the past when European kings sent their children to study in Islamic universities because of their development and prosperity!!
By applying the provisions of the social system, immodesty and debauchery will be prevented, and the honor of Muslim women will be preserved, even if it costs moving armies, as Al-Mu'tasim did when a Muslim woman called out, "O Mu'tasim!"
In conclusion, the Caliphate truly cares for the interests of the people and is the guardian of their rights and needs. Therefore, Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, may God have mercy on him, said: "The Sharia is built and based on judgment and the interests of the servants in their livelihood and afterlife, and it is all justice, all mercy, all interests, and all wisdom. Every issue that goes out of justice to injustice, from mercy to its opposite, from interest to corruption, and from wisdom to absurdity is not from the Sharia... The Sharia is God's justice among his servants, his mercy among his creation, and his shadow on his earth." (I'lam al-Muwaqqi'in 'an Rabb al-'Alamin).
It is widely known that Muslims, when they adopted the approach of Islam as a state and individuals, were the most advanced people in civilization, progress, advancement, and knowledge. They lived a prosperous life and were a beacon of light and justice for the world. Therefore, Sudan and all Islamic countries will only improve with what improved them in the past, and the tragic situation in it will not change except by establishing God's law, which prevents injustice, vindicates the oppressed from the oppressors, fulfills rights from those who withhold them, and fulfills them to those who deserve them.
