Radar: Darfur on the Brink of an International Conflict to Redraw the Region
By Professor/Dareen Al-Shanti
The governor of the Darfur region, Mini Arko Minawi, held the Rapid Support Forces and what he described as its "foreign sponsor" responsible for the fall of the city of El Fasher and the bloodshed in it, for "attempting to change the map of Sudan by force." (Al Jazeera Net)
Since the start of the movement, there has been an international conflict, where the military was almost overthrown and lost control in favor of the revolutionary movement affiliated with Europe, especially Britain. In order to maintain the effectiveness of the military's control over Sudan, and to implement the American plan to prolong the conflict by perpetuating division, America instructed its clients, Burhan and Hemedti, to create a planned military conflict. After being in the same trench, they became enemies overnight after meeting with the American ambassador, and the war broke out between them, and the Sudanese situation took another turn, the dominant feature of which was the division between the two teams, and the bringing in of mercenaries from outside Sudan.
As for the city of El Fasher, it is considered one of the main cities in western and central Darfur, and the control of the Rapid Support Forces over it facilitates the secession of the Darfur region from Sudan, and this is America's goal. After the fall of El Fasher, it created a sovereign vacuum that makes Darfur closer to a political entity de facto, and this is similar to the situation in South Sudan before the secession in 2011. The location of Darfur is very important as it is located between Chad, which is loyal to France, and Central Africa, where the Russians are present through Wagner mercenaries in the past.
Darfur is the source of rare mineral wealth that America aspires to control.
The conflict is not between Burhan and Hemedti, but between Islam and disbelief, between the nation's project for liberation and the West's projects for division and dependency.
Unless the nation rises up on a principled and political basis, led by a pure legal awareness, Darfur and other regions will remain an open arena for destruction and chaos at the will of its enemies.
What is happening in Sudan is a link in a broader project to redraw the map of the region, which is perfectly consistent with what is happening in Yemen, Syria, Libya, and all Muslim countries.
What is happening in Sudan is only a chapter in the international conflict over Africa, where the colonial powers are competing; America and Britain through their regional arms, to control a strategic location that connects the Red Sea with the depths of the African continent.
There is no salvation for Sudan, and all Muslim countries, from this continuous hell, except by cutting off the hands of the colonizers, removing their agent regimes, and establishing the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, which unites Muslims in one state, governs by God's law, and redraws the map of the world on the basis of justice and true sovereignty.
