The Radar: Is the Quartet the Last Stop in the Sudan War?!
On Saturday, October 25, 2025, the Senior Advisor to the US President for Arab and African Affairs, Mosaad Boulos, said that the parties of the Quartet Committee on Sudan agreed to establish a joint committee to enhance coordination on urgent priorities in Sudan. Boulos added via the X platform that the meeting hosted by the United States in Washington yesterday, with the participation of Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the Emirates, discussed ways to stop foreign interference in the Sudanese crisis and advance the transition to civilian rule.
Boulos pointed out that the member states of the committee discussed ways to reach an urgent humanitarian truce and achieve a permanent ceasefire in Sudan. The International Quartet also affirmed its commitment to the statement issued on September 12 regarding Sudan.
This Quartet meeting coincided with what leaked from indirect negotiations between the army and the Rapid Support Forces in Washington under American auspices. Despite the Sudanese government's denial of the news of the negotiations, the confirmed news is that the Sudanese Foreign Minister is also in Washington, heading a delegation that includes military personnel. The Sudanese Foreign Ministry said in a statement after confirming the Foreign Minister's trip to America, that the Minister's visit comes in the context of continuous efforts to develop relations between Khartoum and Washington, and to continue dialogue on issues of common interest, including supporting peace in Sudan... etc. This statement is an implicit acknowledgment that there are negotiations taking place in Washington, whatever their form and nature.
It is clear from Boulos's statement and the statement issued by the Quartet on 09/12/2025 that America has not yet reached the point of ending the war and stopping it permanently. Rather, the talk is about a three-month truce, similar to the truces that were on the Jeddah platform at the beginning of the war in 2023. If we look at the Quartet's statement, we find that its texts do not talk about ending the war at this stage, but rather focus on a truce and the entry of humanitarian aid, as the statement stated: (... The statement called for a humanitarian truce for three months initially to enable humanitarian aid to reach all parts of Sudan quickly).
America is the one who has been in charge of the war file in Sudan since its beginning, and it has not allowed any country to interfere in it, because it is the one behind igniting this war, and it is the one who is extending its term until its concoction matures. It is known that the reason for this war is the framework agreement, which if implemented as is, America would have left Sudan, and thus the rule would have been lost from the military. America was and still controls Sudan through the military leaders, and when the revolutionary movement erupted in Sudan, the men of Europe, especially Britain, exploited the situation to take power in favor of the civilians loyal to Europe, and the matter remained a stalemate between the two teams until the framework agreement that makes full power for the civilians, but rather gives them power over the military. Therefore, America instructed its men in the army leadership and the Rapid Support Forces to fabricate this war in order to remove the men of Europe from the civilians.
Despite the passage of more than two and a half years, America and its men have not been able to eliminate the men of Europe, despite demonizing them and attaching them to the Rapid Support Forces. America also wants from this war to separate Darfur from Sudan, as it did with South Sudan through its agent John Garang. It is now seeking to put Darfur in the hands of its agent Hemedti. Practically, all of Darfur is in the hands of the Rapid Support Forces, except for pockets of El Fasher, which continued to control it.
Despite the atrocities it is committing against unarmed civilians in El Fasher, from siege, killing, and starvation, America is not taking serious action to condemn these crimes, and if it does, it is only to throw dust in the eyes. It has involved the army with it, and even its agents in the region, we do not hear from them a clear condemnation of the brutal acts committed by the Rapid Support Forces in El Fasher and elsewhere, until news circulated that it had fallen into their hands.
According to a tweet by the Senior Advisor to the US President for Arab and African Affairs, Mosaad Boulos, the United States and its partners in the Quartet are united in their commitment to supporting the Sudanese people and alleviating their suffering, stressing that the American administration gives the humanitarian and security file in Sudan the utmost importance. It seems that after El Fasher fell into the hands of the Rapid Support Forces, and Darfur became under their full control, the Quartet will speed up the negotiations between the two parties, leading to full control of the Rapid Support Forces over the lands of Darfur, so that if America wants to separate Darfur, it will do as it did before, where it separated South Sudan through negotiations and in the name of the alleged peace!!
O people of Sudan, are you waiting for America, which supplied the entity of the Jews with all weapons of destruction to kill our brothers in Gaza, in light of the inaction of the Muslim rulers to support them, to create peace for you, and before that it was the one who separated South Sudan?!
It is our duty to first realize that America is an enemy of Islam and Muslims, and no good can come from it, and to realize that what is happening in Sudan is a conspiracy carried out by the leaders of the army and the leaders of the Rapid Support Forces. We must be aware of this and prevent the division of Sudan, America's dream, and work seriously to establish a state that prevents the colonizing infidels from interfering in our affairs, which is the righteous caliphate on the method of Prophethood, as it alone is able to expel the influence of the colonizing infidels from our countries, and works for the unity of the country as a fateful issue, but rather works to unite all Muslim countries into one entity, which is existent, God willing, as it is the promise of God Almighty and the glad tidings of His Messenger ﷺ, so we only have to work to create it in order to please God Almighty, so we live under its shadow with dignity and honor, and that is not difficult for God.
