Al-Radar: The Right to Self-Determination” According to the Will of the Colonizers!
The influence of the infidel colonizing West has taken hold in the lands of Muslims, fragmenting the countries, tearing them into several pieces, making them disjointed, with shattered sides, a piece here and another there. What happened in Iraq of fragmentation and ethnic federalism, what happened in Pakistan of separating the East from the West, what was done in cutting off East Timor from Indonesia, and what was done in Sudan of separating the South from its North, until the fragmented Muslim countries became on the path to more fragmentation and division.
Our Islamic countries have become a stage for the struggle for wealth and influence between America and Europe, and it is regrettable that some of the sons of the nation are tools of this conflict, whether in the government or in the rebel movements as is happening today in Sudan, while the only losers in this conflict are the innocent who are overpowered.
In order to achieve its divisive goals in Sudan, the infidel West has used many malicious methods and put plans after plans, stirring up ethnic, even geographical and tribal strife, and promoting the idea of "the right to self-determination," which has become the softened expression of secession and division in the language of international politics.
The division series began since Britain occupied Egypt in 1882, where it began to work on dividing it, according to its plan that it drew for the Islamic countries. America and Britain prepared public opinion to accept the idea of secession by concluding an agreement in 1953 that stipulated what was called "the right to self-determination" for the Sudanese people and conducting a public referendum under international supervision. That agreement was a prelude to secession from Egypt and the declaration of the Sudanese Republic in 1956.
Britain's cunning and malice did not stop at this limit, but rather went beyond working to divide Sudan into two countries, one in the north and the other in the south. It began to seek to implement this plan after the end of World War I, that is, in 1922, and took a policy of isolating the north from the south, so it placed strict restrictions on the spread of Islam in the southern regions (Equatoria, Bahr al-Ghazal and Upper Nile) and prevented the spread of everything related to the northerners in terms of customs and traditions, and made the southerners look at them with suspicion and doubt. In 1930, Britain issued a resolution stipulating that southerners were considered different from northerners, and pushed missionaries and missionary delegations and missions to support the rebels, spy, stir up sedition, spread the spirit of rebellion and disobedience, and spread hostile and malicious ideas against Muslims. Before its departure from Sudan, Britain took many measures that would directly and indirectly distance the northerners and southerners through its agents in its neighboring colonies.
With the change of influence from Britain's hand to America's hand, the latter adopted the idea of division, but with its own methods and means. Despite the difference between American and British interests in Sudan based on the concept of utilitarianism dictated by the capitalist principle, the basic idea, which is to separate the south from the north and divide Sudan, did not differ between them. This convergence between them occurs in some international issues, as is the case in Islamic countries.
One of the most dangerous methods that the countries of disbelief, America and Britain, agreed upon to separate southern Sudan from its north is; internationalizing the issue, that is, taking it out of the hands of its owners to the hands of the major powers to solve and liquidate it according to their desires and interests. This is what happened with regard to the issue of southern Sudan, as it became, due to the large number of international parties involved in it, as if it were non-Sudanese and rather non-Islamic! Southern Sudan was opened to the work of missionaries and missions, which numbered thirty-five missions, and also to organizations that pretend to work with humanitarian motives, to preserve what they call human rights, and to provide financial assistance to justify their existence and sabotage under this cover; because Sudan does not need their aid, it is in fact a rich country that God has blessed with enormous natural resources, contrary to what is rumored that it is one of the poorest countries in the world!
Agreements were signed between the rebels and the state, and the issue appeared as an inherent dispute between the African Christians in the south and the Arab Muslims in the north, so they approved what they called the "Declaration of Principles," which stipulated what they called "the right to self-determination" for the southerners, so that this idea would return to circulation again and consider secession as one of the options open to them after conducting a public referendum on it.
This is what actually happened. On 9/7/2011, the secession of the south was officially announced, and it became a state, so Britain and America achieved what they aspired to, and the Sudanese Presidency and the Council of Ministers officially announced their acceptance of the result of the referendum on the self-determination of southern Sudan (the information already known), which came with a rate of 98.83% in favor of secession and the establishment of the southern state (the dream of the infidel West). At that time, US President Obama congratulated those he called the people of southern Sudan on this result, which was planned with cunning intelligence, and implemented by the rulers and politicians with dazzling stupidity!!
Today, the state of South Sudan is on the verge of a civil war volcano, as it has been witnessing continuous military and political tensions for months between the two partners in power: President Salva Kiir Mayardit and his First Deputy Riek Machar, which have reached the point of renewed military confrontations during the recent weeks. The current conflict, which has lasted for many years, is mostly a rivalry between two parties, the Dinka and Nuer tribes, which has led to several rounds of military confrontations, including the civil war that lasted five years between 2013 and 2018 and claimed the lives of about 400,000 people and ended with a fragile peace agreement in 2018.
This is the fate of countries that are founded on tribal, ethnic, or regional approvals. The series of dividing Sudan is still continuing until this hour and in the midst of the current conflict, as indications have emerged of the possibility of the Darfur region seceding from Sudan after the Rapid Support Forces stopped exports heading to Egypt from the areas they control in the Darfur region. The advisor to the commander of the Rapid Support Forces, Al-Basha Muhammad Tabiq, stated the need for the Support Forces to form a government in the areas under its control as an urgent necessity, and that this step should receive immediate welcome and recognition from the international community to maintain the unity of the Sudanese state.
In addition, the rapidly accelerating field events in Sudan are moving in one direction, which is the army regaining control of most areas in Sudan and leaving the western region, especially Darfur, to the Rapid Support Forces. If this trend is completed, the country is heading for actual division.
It seems that America's interest is approaching to accelerate the separation of Darfur as it did in South Sudan, as it previously turned a blind eye to talking about political solutions to the Darfur problem, because it does not want to be preoccupied with the southern file and the Darfur file at the same time, so it left the Darfur file ignited until its time. It only dealt with humanitarian and security files and the issue of the displaced without seriousness in resolving them, and tried each time to cool the heated atmosphere on the part of Europe, and reassure the international community with the calm situation in the region, with its full knowledge of the heat of the Darfur file. As is well known, the conflict in Darfur was originally just simple traditional problems that usually occur between tribes, related to areas of agriculture, irrigation, grazing and water gatherings, and these problems soon found a solution through tribal leaders. It is known that this type of problem is considered normal in all tribal areas, and it is one of the natural disputes that arise in mobile tribal societies, but Europe, as a result of America's monopoly of southern Sudan without giving it - especially Britain and France - a role in it, that is, in southern Sudan, ignited the fire of sedition in Darfur between the Arab tribes on the one hand and the African tribes on the other hand, all of whom are Muslims. Europe focused on stirring up the Darfur problem militarily, politically, and in the media to embarrass America and disrupt the situation of Bashir's rule, which was loyal to America at the time, so that America would not enjoy its precious catch in the south, and so that Europe could find a foothold in Sudan.
The time has come to seize the file, and here is America doing it. Thus, Sudan has become a toy in America's hands, doing with it as it pleases, and the American solution to the ongoing conflict in Sudan and the solution to Darfur will be with the same scenarios that America played to separate the south, and thus it will achieve what it wanted from tearing Sudan apart and fragmenting it, but with the hands of its sons, participants, implementers, conspirators or silent ones!
The position that the people of Sudan must take from these conspiracies and conflicts and stopping the fall of the regions of Sudan is not to persist in falsehood and continue the policy of submission and acceptance of being chess pieces that our enemies put in any trench they want. We must also not rely on criminal America to address the issues of the country, and not make our country a field of conflict between the enemies of the nation, as this is something that Islam does not accept, and it drags the country into a major disaster; of humiliation and weakness, division and disintegration, destruction, and betrayal of God, His Messenger, and the believers. The disbelievers kill souls, loot wealth, usurp rights, and roam freely in the lands of Muslims. There is no difference for them between Palestine and Iraq, nor between Indonesia and Afghanistan, Sudan, and other Muslim countries.
When will the nation wake up and know who its enemies are, and act towards them based on this understanding, and know their tools and reject them, and work for its glory and dignity by taking Islam alone as its path to renaissance and salvation, by implementing God's law and following the Prophet of Guidance Muhammad ﷺ in all matters of its political life and others, small and large? The Almighty says: ﴿But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves, and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission,﴾ and He says: ﴿And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result.﴾ In that is the great victory: ﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.﴾ So, will you respond?
