Al-Radar: Hizb ut-Tahrir, Wilayah of Sudan, issues an important press release

*The relationship with foreign countries is limited to the state alone, because it alone has the right to practically take care of the affairs of the Ummah*
Some media outlets reported that a delegation from the alliance of parties and movements of eastern Sudan, led by Shiba Darar, accompanied by a delegation of dignitaries, met with Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at his office “Badi Hallu,” where the delegation discussed with him the current situation in Sudan in general, focusing on the challenges facing the eastern Sudan region. The delegation also stressed the importance of coordination with neighboring countries to support the country's stability and confront political and security crises.
Has the weakness and humiliation of the Sudanese government reached this level, or is it seeking to tame people to accept these distorted images, for a need in itself; these images include the training of militias with regional or tribal loyalty in Eritrea?!
This chaos that the Sudanese government sponsors, politically and militarily, including raising the racist discourse in political circles, all of this only serves America's plan to tear Sudan into several statelets; Darfur, then eastern Sudan!!
The Sudanese government must be careful and stop this tampering with fire, which will destroy the unity of what remains of the country, leaving it a trace after an eye, and that is high treason. Stop these political actions that target the unity of the country, stop the series of manufacturing local militias or those linked to training with foreign countries.
As for the issue of the citizens of the Islamic State; what they have, what they owe, and their relationship with foreign countries, it is a legitimate issue, and the great Islam has a clear statement on it; as it is not permissible for the subjects to do the work of the ruler, neither internally nor externally, except with legitimate authorization, such as the Caliph of Muslims, because he is responsible for taking care of affairs internally and externally, according to his saying ﷺ: «...THE IMAM WHO IS OVER THE PEOPLE IS A SHEPHERD AND HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS FLOCK», and either to those whom the Caliph authorizes, from the assistants and governors and others.
When the Rightly Guided Caliphate is established soon, God willing, then no one will be allowed to meet with heads of foreign countries, or to have a relationship with a foreign country. It is stated in the draft constitution of the Caliphate state presented by Hizb ut-Tahrir to the Ummah, Article (182): (No individual, party, bloc, or group may have any relationship with any foreign country whatsoever, and the relationship with countries is limited to the state alone, because it alone has the right to practically take care of the affairs of the Ummah, and the Ummah and blocs must hold the state accountable for this external relationship).
O people of Sudan, is what we call you to better or this miserable reality in which you live?!
Isn't it time for you to work with Hizb ut-Tahrir; the pioneer who does not lie to you, to establish the second Rightly Guided Caliphate on the method of Prophethood? It alone preserves the entity of the state, and gives it prestige, so it does not allow any other country to interfere in its affairs, or open lines of communication with its citizens, as all of that is a great crime and a danger to its entity.
﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah comes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.﴾.
