Al-Radar: The government's roadmap, the Quartet's statement, and the continuation of this war
all serve America's plan to excise Darfur

The Sudanese ambassador to Washington, Muhammad Abdullah Idris, announced the government's commitment to the roadmap it announced, which ends with the organization of free elections, and international monitoring in which the people choose their representatives. This announcement came at a press conference held by the ambassador on Saturday, November 8, 2025. On September 14, 2025, Al-Sharq Al-Awsat newspaper reported a statement by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohi El-Din Salem, in which he said: (The roadmap developed by the government and submitted to the United Nations earlier represents the basic reference for moving forward towards achieving peace in the country, stressing that it reflects the aspirations of the Sudanese people).
So what is this document that was secretly presented to the Secretary-General of the United Nations? And why was it kept secret until it was leaked to the media?!
The most dangerous thing that came in this map, which was published by Independent Arabia on the third of April 2025, that is, about a month after it was submitted, as the document was submitted to the Secretary-General of the United Nations on March 10, 2025, and according to the document: [The government of Sudan adopts this map, so that there can be a ceasefire, but it must be interspersed with a complete withdrawal from the state of Khartoum, Kordofan, the vicinity of El Fasher, and gathering in the states of Darfur, which can accept the presence of the militia, within a maximum period of ten days]. This means that the government has no objection to the presence of the Rapid Support Forces in the Darfur region, and the former Minister of Foreign Affairs, Ali Youssef, was dismissed because he revealed what was a secret, as he said in media statements: (As for the withdrawal of the Rapid Support Forces, it was the result of a prior agreement, as he explained: either we fight and the war is resolved militarily, and the defeated surrenders, or the initiative that was submitted to the Rapid Support Forces is implemented, which begins with its withdrawal to specific areas that welcome it, which are the areas of its tribal incubators) (Sky News Arabia, April 18, 2025), and there is no doubt that what came in the roadmap and expressed by the former Minister of Foreign Affairs threatens the unity of the country by acknowledging the right of the Rapid Support Forces in the Darfur region, as a tribal incubator for it, and this legitimizes a very dangerous practical step towards excising the Darfur region from Sudan!
We in Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, have warned, and we still warn, against identifying with the conspiracies of the disbelieving colonizing West, especially America, which separated South Sudan with a plan closer to what is happening now, and we have shown that the Quartet led by America, which equated the army with the Rapid Support Forces, the purpose of this was to drive the two parties to negotiations on the basis of a compromise solution between two entities, so that is taken from this, and taken from that, which ultimately leads to the separation of Darfur. Also, continuing the war on the basis on which it is proceeding now has not led to its resolution, but rather to prolonging it, expanding the Rapid Support Forces, opening more supply lines, and controlling it, because the military leadership is fighting with its eyes on the negotiations, so it has not ceased to welcome the efforts of America's envoy, Massad Boulos!
In conclusion, the government's roadmap, the Quartet's statement, and the continuation of the war on the same basis, all ultimately lead to what America wants from tearing Sudan apart by excising Darfur, so we have been stung from this hole before; a war of attrition, hit and run, then negotiations through which the disbelieving colonizer achieves his malicious goals in tearing our country apart. And between war and negotiations, everyone who rises and crawls interferes in our affairs!!
The way out of this situation is only in the great principle of Islam that we have removed from our lives and from resolving our disputes, so we have entered into a duality of opposites that achieve the interest of the disbelieving colonizer!
O people of Sudan, all of you; military and civilians, start correcting the course of your lives, and re-establish them on the basis of the great Islam; with a Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood, and make Islam alone the basis for resolving your disputes and quarrels. Whoever takes up arms against the state is asked to lay down his arms to listen to his grievance, otherwise he will be fought until he lays them down, and no mediator is allowed to walk between the state and its subjects on the basis of a compromise solution, so how about if the one who claims to be mediating is the disbelieving colonizing enemy who ignited the war, and we have experienced his mediation before?!
Is there not a wise man among you? The believer is not stung from the same hole twice, so will you allow America to sting you from the same hole again?!
