The Radar: Mohamed Gamea (Abu Ayman) writes.. For a war in Sudan and the implementation of a slow erosion plan
In a report by Sudan Tribune on Wednesday, June 18, 2025, entitled: "The desert and border war ignites Sudan and raises fears of foreign intervention," it stated: "The Rapid Support Forces' control of the Jebel Uweinat area and the strategic border triangle between Sudan, Egypt, and Libya represented a different trend in terms of deployment and securing supplies."
The war in Sudan between the army and the Rapid Support Forces has completed its third month of its third year without being resolved for either side. Rather, it is clear that the two sides are competing to seize new areas and withdraw from others in a suspiciously remarkable manner, as is the case with the withdrawal of the Rapid Support Forces from Khartoum, then the seizure of the city of An-Nuhud and a number of cities in West Kordofan, and the army's withdrawal from it and from a number of cities and states, the last of which was the strategic border triangle between Sudan, Egypt, and Libya.
But there is a question that has remained stuck in the minds of the people of Sudan: Why do the army leaders not want to resolve this battle?! And what is the relationship of that to fourth or fifth generation wars?!
It has become clear to every follower that this war has a special agenda revealed by the suspicious withdrawals and the failure to release the reins that the army personnel have repeatedly demanded, but it has not found listening ears from the leaders associated with America in particular.
That is because the war is targeting a dirty American plan to strike the British influence represented in the civilian forces led by former Prime Minister Abdullah Hamdok, and then the Sudan partition project that is underway in Darfur, may God thwart their plan and disappoint their omen. All of this that is happening explains the prolongation of the war despite the absence of convincing reasons for its outbreak, or its continuation by various means and methods. However, Professor Max Manwaring, a military strategy expert at the Institute of Studies affiliated with the US War College, expressed this in the lecture spread on YouTube to which senior officers from NATO and the Jewish army were invited in 2018.
Where that lecture reveals what is happening in Sudan of conflict between civilians and the military, and of infighting between the army and the Rapid Support Forces.
Professor Max began his lecture by saying that "the traditional warfare method has become old, and the new is the fourth generation of war"!!
He said literally: "The goal is not to destroy the military institution of one of the nations, or to destroy its military capabilities, but the goal is exhaustion and slow erosion, but steadily. Our goal is to force the enemy to submit to our will!" He adds: "The goal is to destabilize," "and this destabilization is carried out by citizens of the enemy state to create the failed state... Here we can control... And this process is carried out in steps... slowly and quietly and using citizens of the enemy state, so your enemy will wake up dead...!"
The most striking thing in this lecture is the phrase: "Exhaustion, and slow erosion." Slow erosion means spreading destruction and chaos in the cities, turning people into wandering herds, and paralyzing the enemy country's ability to meet basic needs... where he says, "In this type of war, you may see dead children or the elderly, so don't be alarmed!"
He says: "The exhaustion strategy means moving the war from one front to another, and from one land to another, and draining all the capabilities of the enemy state in spaced stages, and making the 'enemy state' fight on multiple fronts surrounded by local hyenas from all sides, and planning to heat up one front and calm another front, that is, continuing to manage the crisis and not resolving it," end of quote.
This is what is happening now in the war in Sudan; there are hyenas, foxes, and snakes running the war and do not want this war to end until it achieves its American agenda; as America's agents from the leaders of the armed forces in the army and the Rapid Support Forces are implementing that.
This bleeding of the country will not stop unless the people of Sudan are aware of this catastrophic criminal plan and take action against these agents and cut off the influence of America and other colonial countries, and that will only be by establishing the righteous caliphate according to the method of prophecy. This is the duty of the loyal leaders in the army in Sudan; to strike with an iron fist against the agents and give victory to the loyal people of the nation to establish the righteous caliphate according to the method of prophecy, for in it is the way out and salvation. From Al-Arbad bin Sariya, from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: "Indeed, whoever among you lives will see much disagreement, so adhere to my Sunnah, and the Sunnah of the rightly guided caliphs, bite on it with your molar teeth." It must be known that establishing the caliphate is obligatory, and whoever delays its establishment is sinful. From Abdullah bin Omar, may God be pleased with them, from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: "Whoever dies and does not have an allegiance on his neck dies a death of ignorance." Narrated by Muslim.
