The Radar: The Blood Border Plan and the Crime of Darfur's Secession

After the suspicious fall of the major cities of Darfur and the withdrawal of army forces from them in the face of the Rapid Support Forces' seizure of them, and the suffocating siege imposed by these forces on the last state, which is North Darfur and its capital, El Fasher, with the army's inability to repel them from it, then suddenly there is talk of a parallel government led by them in Nyala, the capital of South Darfur, which they control, and the participation of America's agents such as Al-Helou and his support for this government, and he even becomes its vice president...
All of this raised in the minds what Hizb ut-Tahrir has always repeated, that there is a clear and complete plan to hand over Darfur to the Rapid Support Forces under American sponsorship and cover, in implementation of its plan to tear Sudan apart by its agents from the leaders of the army and the Rapid Support Forces, as happened previously in the secession of the South by its two agents, Al-Bashir and John Garang.
The Blood Border Plan emerged with a report entitled "Blood Borders", prepared by retired US General Ralph Peters with a new map of the Middle East. This was published in the American military journal Armed Forces Journal in 2006 AD, where this general divided the region into Sunni, Shiite and Kurdish states, in addition to what he called an "Islamic State" that includes the holy places, independent of Saudi Arabia, and what was called the Greater Kingdom of Jordan and other small states. According to his claim, dividing the region on the basis of sects and ethnicities so that each sect or nationality lives separately from others in an independent political state would end the violence in this region.
But it can be said that the plans of the colonial countries to tear apart the Muslim countries are old, led by Britain and France, as happened in the agreement of the foreign ministers of Britain and France, Mark Sykes and George Picot, to tear apart the Islamic countries after the destruction of the Caliphate in what was called the Sykes-Picot Agreement of 1916 AD. Then America entered this colonial race, to weaken the Muslims and plunder their wealth, in order to achieve the divide and conquer rule. It aims to do so through division and fragmentation under the pretext of self-determination, autonomy, federalism and the like, as well as the use of the file of small ethnicities and ethnic sects. One of the most prominent of these plans recently is the plan of Bernard Lewis, the Zionist thinker and advisor to US President Bush Sr., which aimed to divide all Islamic countries in the eighties, including dividing Sudan into four parts: "The State of Nubia, whose capital is Aswan, the State of Sudan in the center, the State of Darfur, and the State of South Sudan." Unfortunately, the only region where this plan succeeded is Sudan, through the secession of its south.
America paved the way for the secession of Darfur during the rule of its agent Al-Bashir through the Doha Agreement, which was called the "Doha Document for Peace in Darfur," signed by the Sudanese government and the Liberation and Justice Movement on July 14, 2011. The most serious thing in it was what was called the sharing of wealth and power between the Khartoum government and the Darfur movements, and the administrative status of the region, where it was decided to resort to a referendum to decide on the identity of Darfur between being one region or states. Based on the Doha Agreement, a regional authority was formed in Darfur, which means placing Darfur in a special situation that distinguished it from the rest of Sudan. This is what happened to the South previously before secession.
What confirms the implementation of the plan to tear Sudan apart are the statements of the deposed President Al-Bashir and the pillars of his rule to that effect;
On 11/25/2017, the Russian Sputnik website published an interview with President Al-Bashir during his visit to Russia, in which he stated: (The Sudanese President said in an interview with Sputnik that "American pressure and conspiracy against Sudan is great... and under American pressure, South Sudan seceded, meaning Sudan was divided. Al-Bashir stressed that "the division was under American pressure and conspiracy, and the American plan is to destroy Sudan and divide it into 5 countries").
Anatolia News Agency published on 4/13/2017 (Sudanese Foreign Minister Ibrahim Ghandour said on Thursday that "the secession of the South was basically a conspiracy, but we accepted it." This was in the press meeting held by Foreign Minister Ghandour at the airport in response to Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov. Lavrov said during a press conference with his American counterpart Rex Tillerson yesterday, Wednesday, that "the Obama administration asked the government of Omar al-Bashir to agree to divide Sudan into two parts to address its problem in exchange for not presenting him to the International Criminal Court." He added that "the Obama administration at the time asked the Russian government to obtain the Sudanese president's approval for secession, even though they wanted to see him tried before the International Criminal Court." He added: "The secession of the South was an American project by the Obama administration."
On 11/21/2018, Sudanese Foreign Minister Al-Dirdiri Mohamed Ahmed explained in an interview with France 24, saying that his country "helped America solve the biggest dilemma in the region, which is South Sudan."
Therefore, the war of April 15, 2023 began suspiciously between two forces that are basically made by one party whose leaders follow American influence. Then events accelerated with the army's withdrawals in the face of the Rapid Support Forces without convincing reasons. Until the events reached the occupation of all the cities of Darfur, and now the last one is being besieged. Then the establishment of a government separate from the body of the country confirms the premeditated intention of this dirty plan.
All the evidence and indications confirm that America's agents in Sudan are working hard to implement the plan to tear Sudan apart, exploiting this war and the lack of awareness of the people of the country about this dirty plan.
It is incumbent upon the people of Sudan, especially the people of strength and immunity among them, from army officers, leaders of the nation, and its dignitaries, to stand as a strong barrier against this plan, and this will only be achieved by adopting a principled project that exposes this plan and adopts the interests of the nation, and this will only be achieved by the project of the great Islam and its righteous Caliphate state on the method of Prophethood. It alone is the solution, the cure, and the way out. And sinful is the one who is preoccupied with other than it and dies without a legitimate pledge of allegiance to a righteous Caliph who establishes the religion and applies the Sharia.
