Radar: Haftar's forces' intervention in the border triangle aims to strengthen America's influence in Sudan

In a statement by the Sudanese Armed Forces on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, it stated that the Rapid Support Forces, supported by Khalifa Haftar's forces, attacked the border triangle between Sudan, Egypt, and Libya. In a tweet by the advisor to the Rapid Support Forces, Al-Basha Tabaiq, on the X platform, he said that his forces had imposed control over the strategic triangle area, linking Egypt, Sudan, and Libya, which prompted the Sudanese army to withdraw. The Sudanese army announced in a statement that it had evacuated its forces from the Al-Awaynat area, on the joint borders between Sudan, Egypt, and Libya, as part of military arrangements to repel the aggression, according to his statement to Reuters on 6/11/2025.
Despite his repeated denial of any role in the conflict, a new French intelligence report revealed the involvement of retired Libyan Major General Khalifa Haftar in the ongoing armed conflict in Sudan. The Africa Intelligence website, which specializes in security and intelligence affairs, also reported that forces affiliated with Haftar contributed to providing military support to the Rapid Support Forces fighting the Sudanese army led by Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan. The website quoted informed sources as saying that Battalion 128, affiliated with Haftar, undertook the task of securing military supply operations, taking advantage of its full control over the Libyan-Sudanese border and Al-Kufra airport. It is worth noting that the relationship between the Rapid Support Forces and Haftar's forces is not new. On October 27, 2011, the former President of Sudan, Omar al-Bashir, said that his country had provided military support to the forces of the Libyan Transitional Council that overthrew Colonel Muammar Gaddafi. He added in a word that this step was in response to Gaddafi's support for the armed movements fighting the Sudanese government in the Darfur region. On 8/4/2019, the British news site Middle East Eye said, “About a thousand members of the Sudanese Rapid Support Forces, led by Mohamed Hamdan Dagalo (Hemedti), Deputy Chairman of the Military Council, landed last week in eastern Libya to fight alongside the forces of retired Libyan Major General Khalifa Haftar against the internationally recognized Government of National Accord within the international conflict between Britain and America in Libya.” The report revealed that the number of Rapid Support Forces fighters may rise to four thousand in the next few months, and that documents belonging to the Emirates, which supports Haftar, showed instructions to transport Sudanese fighters to Libya via neighboring Eritrea.
According to documents signed by Hemeti on behalf of the Military Council, last May, and published in America, the transfer of those forces to support Haftar's forces was proposed as part of a $6 million deal between the Sudanese Military Council and Dickens & Madson, belonging to former intelligence agent and holder of the nationality of the Jewish entity, Ari Ben Menashe, which has a history of previous dealings in Libya.
The international conflict in Sudan has reached its end after the Rapid Support Forces took control of the Darfur states, except for El Fasher, the region's capital, which it has been besieging for months. El Fasher remained the last stronghold of the army and armed movements (made by Europe) in Darfur. The joint forces of the movements spread in the desert and tightened their grip on the border triangle and cut off the Rapid Support Forces' most important supply lines from Libya.
The vast areas in southeastern Libya, which are under the control of the “Libyan National Army” led by Khalifa Haftar, are of great strategic importance to the Rapid Support Forces for several reasons:
The second thing: Securing an alternative supply line for the Rapid Support Forces after tightening the noose through Chad
For all of that, the control of the Rapid Support Forces over the triangle with the collusion of Sisi, who moves Haftar with remote control, and the reopening of supply lines to it, will undoubtedly hasten the fall of El Fasher, and when this is coupled with the declaration of a government in the region, America will have come a long way in separating Darfur, at the hands of its agents Al-Burhan, Hemedti, Al-Sisi and Haftar.
It is painful that the infidel, colonialist America can manage a fight that claims lives in Sudan and harness its agents to implement this openly, not secretly, and publicly, not covertly. Al-Burhan and Hemedti are fighting with the blood of the people of Sudan for nothing but to serve the interests of America, where it wants to repeat the division of Sudan as it did in separating the south away from European intervention.
The only way to get rid of American hegemony and the forces of European colonialism is to find a state based on the great Islam that makes sovereignty for the Sharia, and then there is security and stability. A state that makes authority for the nation, not for America or the countries of Europe, and then we eradicate the influence of the infidels, and in which an Imam is sworn in on the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger ﷺ, who said: «Indeed, the Imam is a shield behind whom one fights and by whom one is protected.»
