Replying Again to the Slanders of the Writer Ibrahim Malik Against Hizb ut-Tahrir

Replying Again to the Slanders of the Writer Ibrahim Malik Against Hizb ut-Tahrir

After the massive campaign led by Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan to thwart the Darfur separation plan in commitment to the Sharia ruling, which prohibits tearing apart the Muslim lands, rather Islam forbade that the Muslims have two caliphs, indicating the obligation of the unity of the Ummah, and the great sin in its division, as the Prophet ﷺ said: "If allegiance is pledged to two caliphs, kill the latter of them." Narrated by Muslim from Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, and Muslim also narrated from Arfaja bin As'ad from the Prophet ﷺ who said: "Whoever comes to you while you are united under one leader, intending to break your stick or divide your community, kill him," it was fitting for the scholars and imams to stand strongly against this plan and support this campaign led by Hizb ut-Tahrir against the secession of Darfur, and not to remain silent and accept the fragmentation and separation.

But in this atmosphere that originally calls for the unity of the Ummah, and the unification of its capabilities, brother Ibrahim Malik refuses to do anything but level accusations against Hizb ut-Tahrir, and its blessed campaign to thwart the Darfur plan, in two articles; the first on 4/9/2025, and the other on 8/9/2025. Most of what they contained are slanders that we will not respond to, but we will suffice with what deserves a response.

In the beginning, Hizb ut-Tahrir is a political party whose ideology is Islam. It works to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Rightly Guided Khilafah (Caliphate) upon the method of Prophethood, and to carry the call of Islam to the world to bring humanity out of the delusions of Kufr (disbelief) to the light of the great Islam. Hizb ut-Tahrir adopts from the Islamic culture a refined intellectual wealth in various fields of political, economic, social and educational life, and also adopts a constitution for the Khilafah state of 191 articles, which constitute all aspects of political, economic, social, educational and other life.

The party also has publications on almost every issue of the Ummah, in which it explains Islam's treatment with Shariah evidences.

As for the writer's saying: (Hizb ut-Tahrir does not recognize any existing government in the Islamic countries and considers them regimes that are agents of the West that must be opposed and fought to replace them with the Rightly Guided Khilafah, and this serves the West's plan to fragment the fragmented and divide the divided!)

I say: Everyone who follows what is going on in the Muslim countries, rather all Muslims, know with certainty that the existing regimes in their countries do not implement Islam, do not establish its rulings, and do not observe the limits of Shariah, but rather the rulers dare morning and evening to call for secularism and democracy and implement America's policies, meet with the leaders of the Jews openly, brazenly, and conspire with them against the Ummah without concealment or shame. This is not overlooked except by someone with an agenda or who lacks insight. The rulers' following of the West and implementation of its policies has become clear and without ambiguity. Also, let the writer know that the Islamic Ummah is one Ummah, not multiple nations, with one Qibla, and it had one state, one flag, and one system. Muslims did not know the term "Islamic countries" except in this era in which their concepts and ideas have changed.

As for the call for the Khilafah, it is one of the most obligatory duties of the religion, as the scholars called it the crown of obligations, and the religion cannot be established without it.

The Shariah evidences from the Holy Quran, the purified Sunnah, the consensus of the Companions, and the sayings of the Imams and scholars of the Ummah, confirm the obligation of the Khilafah and ruling by what Allah Almighty has revealed, and forbid the establishment of any rule other than Islam. Allah Almighty said: ﴿Indeed, We have sent down to you the Book in truth so you may judge between the people by that which Allah has shown you﴾ [An-Nisa: 105] and He Almighty said: ﴿And judge, [O Muhammad], between them by what Allah has revealed and do not follow their inclinations﴾ [Al-Ma'idah: 49]. And the verses came to confirm the denial of faith to those who do not rule by Islam. Allah Almighty said: ﴿But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission﴾ [An-Nisa: 65] and the verses made those who do not rule by Allah's law wrongdoers, disbelievers, or evildoers. Allah Almighty said: ﴿And whoever does not judge by what Allah has revealed - then it is those who are the wrongdoers﴾ [Al-Ma'idah: 45].

The Prophet ﷺ described the system of governance in Islam after him as Khilafah. Imam Muslim narrated from Abu Hazim who said: I sat with Abu Hurairah for five years and I heard him narrate from the Prophet ﷺ, who said: "The Children of Israel were governed by the prophets; whenever a prophet died, another prophet succeeded him. But there will be no prophet after me. There will be Khulafa' and they will be numerous." They asked: "What do you command us to do?" He said: "Fulfill the Bay'ah (allegiance) to the first one, then the first one. Give them their due, for Allah will ask them about what He entrusted them with." Rather, the Prophet ﷺ described the one who does not work for a legitimate Bay'ah to a Khaleefah as a sinner, so what about the one who turns people away from the call for the Khilafah?! The Prophet ﷺ says: "Whoever dies without having a Bay'ah on his neck, dies a death of Jahiliyyah (ignorance)." Narrated by Muslim from Abdullah bin Omar, may Allah be pleased with them.

As for the Companions, they all agreed on the obligation of the Khilafah, and the biggest proof is their leaving the pure body of the Prophet ﷺ for two days until the Bay'ah was given to the Rightly Guided Khaleefah Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq, may Allah be pleased with him.

As for the sayings of the scholars and imams, they are many, including:

The saying of Imam Al-Qurtubi in his interpretation of the saying of Allah Almighty: ﴿And [mention, O Muhammad], when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I will make upon the earth a successive authority"﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 30] He said: This verse is the origin in appointing an Imam and a Khaleefah who is heard and obeyed, so that the word is united through him, and the rulings of the Khaleefah are implemented through him. There is no dispute in the obligation of that among the Ummah nor among the Imams except for what was narrated from Al-Asam, as he was deaf to the Shariah, and likewise everyone who said his saying and followed him in his opinion and doctrine.

It was narrated from Imam Al-Ghazali who said: (Religion is a foundation, and the Sultan is a guardian. What has no foundation is demolished, and what has no guardian is lost).

Al-Mawardi said: (There is no religion whose authority has disappeared except that its rulings have been changed and its signs have been erased).

It came in the book "Al-Siyasah Al-Shar'iyah fi Islah Al-Ra'i wal-Ra'iyah" by Ibn Taymiyyah who said: (It must be known that the authority over people is one of the greatest obligations of religion; rather, there is no establishment of religion or of the world except through it)... This is by way of example, not limitation. It was fitting for the writer to adhere to the call for the Khilafah as a Muslim and as it is an obligation like the obligation of prayer and fasting, and it is a sin for those who do not work for it, so how can you, dear brother, equate between the Shariah of Allah and His rule and ask Hizb ut-Tahrir to give it up, then accept the law of democracy and the separation of religion from life?! And how can you equate between the pure, pious, and righteous Khulafa' of the Ummah, with rulers who rejected the Shariah of Allah and His rule?!

As for the writer's saying: (Serious contradictions have emerged from Hizb ut-Tahrir, Wilayah Sudan, after the announcement of the so-called illusory founding government by issuing a statement in which it recognized the founding government and considered it a fait accompli and equated it with the government of Sudan...) This statement is pure falsehood and slander and contains a contradiction. The writer above says (the party does not recognize governments and considers them agents), then here he is now saying that the party recognized a founding government?! It is as if there is an attempt to criminalize and accuse without evidence. O dear brother, Tassiss and the Rapid Support Forces are an American creation to implement the plan to separate Darfur as the South was separated, and what we have mentioned of statements and publications is sufficient for clarification and explanation. Everyone near and far knows that.

As for the party's position on the Rapid Support Forces, it is clear in the statements, positions, seminars, forums, and speeches, and only someone with an agenda overlooks that! The Rapid Support Forces are criminal militias that implement America's plans to divide and fragment Sudan and enable the influence of America and the Jewish entity, as Al-Bashir and his foreign ministers admitted and Jewish leaders revealed, and as the director of Jewish security, Avi Dichter, admitted and mentioned in his lecture that what they achieved in the South, they will achieve in Darfur.

As for the writer's saying: (Our crisis today is not in building a Rightly Guided Khilafah. The Hizb ut-Tahrir group knows that it is impossible to achieve in light of the division of the Ummah into small states, some of which plot against each other, as the UAE does...)

Does the writer not know that the Khilafah is a Shariah ruling that Allah Almighty has imposed and obligated? Does he not know that the Khilafah is a promise from Allah Almighty and glad tidings from His Messenger ﷺ? So how can Allah's promise be impossible?! Is there a Muslim who believes in Allah as his Lord and in Muhammad ﷺ as his Prophet and Messenger who describes Allah's promise as impossible to achieve?! Is there a believer who denies the glad tidings of the Prophet ﷺ?!

Has the writer not heard the Hadith of glad tidings in which the Prophet ﷺ gave the Ummah the glad tidings of the Khilafah again and that it is Rightly Guided upon the method of Prophethood? The Prophet ﷺ said: "Prophethood will remain among you as long as Allah wills it to remain, then Allah will raise it up, then there will be a Khilafah on the method of Prophethood, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain, then Allah will raise it up, then there will be biting kingship, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain, then Allah will raise it up, then there will be oppressive kingship, and it will remain as long as Allah wills it to remain, then Allah will raise it up, then there will be a Khilafah on the method of Prophethood." Then he was silent." Narrated by Al-Numan bin Bashir, and narrated by Ahmad, and Al-Bazzar in his Musnad, and the wording is theirs, and Al-Bayhaqi in Dala'il Al-Nubuwwah.

Allah Almighty has promised us, and He does not break His promise: ﴿Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security﴾ [An-Nur: 55]

Does the writer consider the Khilafah, the state of Islam and the Muslims, and the promise of Allah Almighty (far from the aspirations of the Sudanese citizen who needs security, housing, treatment and education before building a Rightly Guided Khilafah!)?!

By Allah, it is an amazing thing?!

As for the writer's saying: (Hizb ut-Tahrir, which fights the existing regimes)! This is pure falsehood and slander that sends its speaker to the fire of Hell. Hizb ut-Tahrir is a political party, not an armed movement, and does not adopt armed actions, and we do not have an armed faction. Rather, we follow the method of the Prophet ﷺ before the establishment of the state in Makkah, as he did not carry a weapon or a stick to carry the call of Islam until he sought support from the people of power and strength, and the Ansar supported him to establish the state in Madinah.

As for his saying: (and does not recognize geographical borders), perhaps we should ask the writer if he knows who made these geographical borders? Is it a sacred revelation? Or a Prophetic Sunnah?! Were these borders not made by the disbelieving colonizer after the Sykes-Picot Agreement in 1916 to tear apart the Muslim countries and divide their unity?? So how do you want us to sanctify the legacy of colonialism and its crimes against the Ummah and its fragmentation?!

Unfortunately, dear brother, this is the scourge of the media and political circles in our country; sanctifying the laws and concepts of the colonizer and making them a religion, and rejecting the rulings of Islam and fighting the Khilafah, the ruling of Allah Almighty and the glad tidings of His Messenger ﷺ.

As for the writer's saying: (If Islam built homelands before humans, the Prophet ﷺ would not have left Makkah Al-Mukarramah, the dearest place to him, and migrated to Madinah, and others of the prophets had preceded him in migrating...).

With this paragraph, the writer supports the struggle and fight of Hizb ut-Tahrir against these national pens made by colonialism in the name of the homeland, and made for them constitutions and flags other than the Shariah of Allah Almighty and other than the flag of the Prophet ﷺ so that the Ummah would be divided. The origin is the religion, not the homeland; for Allah's land is all available and permissible for Islam and its people according to the rulings of Islam.

As for your saying, dear brother: (Hizb ut-Tahrir, Wilayah Sudan, which is active in the political aspects under a religious cover, works to divide the people of Sudan under the pretext of establishing a Rightly Guided Khilafah, whether it knows or does not know), does the call to implement the Shariah and establish the religion by establishing the Khilafah state, which we have proven above is a religion, an obligation, a promise from Allah Almighty, and glad tidings from His Messenger ﷺ, divide the Muslims or unite them?!

Then he says: (Hizb ut-Tahrir needs to review its methodology, priorities, and means, and recognize the complex reality that the Sudanese state is going through, as many of its people still live in the era of the first ignorance of tribal, ethnic, and regional fanaticism...), Does the writer call us to abandon the call of Islam and the call to establish the Khilafah, the rule and obligation of Allah Almighty, so that we can shrink into a vile national call made for us by the foreign ministers of Britain and France, Sykes and Picot?! And now America is planning to tear apart the torn apart through a new bloody plan in the name of the borders of blood, as happened in the South and is now happening in Darfur!!

Then the writer says: (In Sudan, our priorities are to establish the pillars of our homeland and address our internal disputes, not to unite the entire Islamic Ummah under one banner...). I believe that this statement contains a Shariah violation that does not befit a Muslim; to abandon the Shariah ruling and cut off the bond of religion and creed that Allah Almighty said about it: ﴿And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided﴾ [Al-Imran: 103], Allah's rope, O Malik, is Islam, not the homeland... Fear Allah Almighty, dear brother, and return to your senses and work for the truth, and the truth can only be achieved by establishing the religion and implementing its Shariah, and that cannot be achieved in national states made by the colonizers, the enemies of Islam, who want to turn Muslims away from their religion and fragment their countries, but rather with the state of Islam; the Rightly Guided Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood, and now the Darfur plan is proceeding apace, so why don't you abandon this narrow call and put your hands in our hands to work together to establish it as a Rightly Guided Khilafah upon the method of Prophethood, thwart the plans of the disbelievers, establish the rulings of the Lord of the Worlds, support the oppressed, and unite the Ummah of the Prophet ﷺ? And that will happen soon, by the permission of Allah, Lord of the Worlds.

Do not be deceived by names, for the essence lies in actions, not lineage

Do not be deceived by names, for the essence lies in actions, not lineage

Every time we are presented with a "new symbol" with Muslim roots or Eastern features, many Muslims cheer, and hopes are built on an illusion called "political representation" in an infidel system that does not recognize Islam as a ruling system, a creed, or a law.

We all remember the overwhelming joy that swept through the feelings of many when Obama won in 2008. He is the son of Kenya, and he has a Muslim father! Here, some imagined that Islam and Muslims had become close to American influence, but Obama was one of the most harmful presidents to Muslims. He destroyed Libya, contributed to the tragedy of Syria, and ignited Afghanistan and Iraq with his planes and soldiers. Rather, he was the blood shedder in Yemen through his tools, and his era was a continuation of a systematic hostility against the nation.

Today, the scene is repeated, but with new names. Zohran Mamdani is celebrated because he is a Muslim, an immigrant, and a young man, as if he is the savior! But only a few look at his political and intellectual positions. This man is a strong supporter of homosexuals, participates in their activities, and considers their deviation a human right!

What a shame that people pin their hopes on this?! Wasn't it a repetition of the same political and intellectual disappointment that the nation has fallen into time and time again?! Yes, because it is captivated by appearance, not essence! Deceived by smiles, and deals with emotion, not creed, with names, not concepts, and with symbols, not principles!

This fascination with appearances and names is the result of the absence of legitimate political awareness, because Islam is not measured by origin, name, or race, but by commitment to the principle of Islam in its entirety; as a system, creed, and law. A Muslim who does not rule by Islam or support it has no value, but rather submits to the infidel capitalist system and justifies infidelity and deviations in the name of "freedom".

Let all Muslims who rejoiced in his victory and thought that he was a seed of good or the beginning of revival know that revival does not come from within systems of disbelief, nor with their tools, nor through their ballot boxes, nor under the ceiling of their constitutions.

Whoever presents himself through the democratic system, swears to respect its laws, then defends and celebrates homosexuality, and calls for what angers God, is not a supporter of Islam or a hope for the nation, but rather a tool for polishing and diluting, and a false representation that does not advance or delay anything.

The so-called political successes in the West for some personalities with Islamic names are nothing but crumbs presented as painkillers to the nation, to be told: Look, change is possible through our systems.

So what is the reality of this "representation"?

The West does not open the doors of rule to Islam, but only opens them to those who identify with its values and ideas. Anyone who enters their system must accept their constitution and their man-made laws, and renounce the rule of Islam. If he agrees to that, he becomes an acceptable model, but the true Muslim is rejected by them from his roots.

So who is Zohran Mamdani? And why is this illusion being created?

He is a person who carries a Muslim name but adopts a deviant agenda that is completely contrary to the nature of Islam, from supporting homosexuals and promoting what is called their "rights". He is a living example of how the West makes its models: Muslim in name, secular in reality, a servant of the Western liberal agenda, nothing more. Rather, to distract the nation from its true path. Instead of demanding the state of Islam and the Caliphate, it is preoccupied with parliamentary seats and positions in systems of disbelief! Instead of heading to liberate Palestine, it waits for someone to "defend Gaza" from inside the American Congress or the European Parliament!

The truth of the matter is that this is a distortion of the true path of change, which is the establishment of the Rightly Guided Caliphate on the Prophetic method, which raises the banner of Islam, establishes the law of God, and unites the nation behind one Caliph who is fought from behind and feared.

So do not be deceived by names, and do not rejoice in those who belong to you in form and disagree with you in content, for not everyone who bears the name Saeed, Ali, or Zohran is on the path of our Prophet Muhammad ﷺ.

Know that change does not come from within the parliaments of disbelief, but from the armies of the nation that have come to move, and from its conscious youth who work day and night to turn the tables on the West and its aides and its treacherous followers in the lands of Islam and the Muslims.

Muslims will not rise through democratic elections or through Western ballot boxes, but through a real renaissance based on the Islamic creed, by establishing the Rightly Guided Caliphate that restores Islam's status, Muslims' dignity, and shatters the illusions of democracy.

Do not be deceived by names, and do not pin your hopes on individuals in systems of disbelief, but return to your great project: the resumption of Islamic life, for this alone is the path to glory, victory, and empowerment.

The scene is a humiliating repetition of old tragedies: false symbols, loyalty to Western regimes, and deviation from the path of Islam. Everyone who applauds this path is misleading the nation. Return to the Caliphate project, and do not let the enemies of Islam make your leaders and representatives for you. Glory is not in the seats of democracy, but in the saddle of the Caliphate, for which Hizb ut-Tahrir works and warns the nation against this intellectual and political decline. There is no salvation for us except with the state of the Caliphate, which does not allow Muslims to be ruled by those who profess a religion other than Islam, nor by those who justify deviance and perversion, nor by those who legislate for people other than what God has revealed.

Egypt Between Government Slogans and Bitter Reality: The Full Truth About Poverty and Capitalist Policies

Egypt Between Government Slogans and Bitter Reality

The Full Truth About Poverty and Capitalist Policies

Al-Ahram Gate reported on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, that the Egyptian Prime Minister, in a speech delivered on behalf of the President at the Second World Summit for Social Development in Doha, Qatar, said that Egypt is implementing a comprehensive approach to eliminate poverty in all its forms and dimensions, including "multidimensional poverty."

For years, official speeches in Egypt have rarely been devoid of phrases such as "a comprehensive approach to eliminating poverty" and "the real launch of the Egyptian economy." Officials repeat these slogans at conferences and events, accompanied by glossy images of investment projects, hotels, and resorts. But the reality, as evidenced by international reports, is quite different. Poverty in Egypt remains a deeply rooted, and even worsening, phenomenon, despite repeated government promises of improvement and renaissance.

According to reports by UNICEF, ESCWA, and the World Food Programme for 2024 and 2025, about one in five Egyptians lives in multidimensional poverty, meaning they are deprived of more than one aspect of basic life, such as education, health, housing, work, and services. The data also confirms that more than 49% of families suffer from difficulties in obtaining sufficient food, a shocking figure that reflects the depth of the living crisis.

As for financial poverty, i.e., low income compared to the costs of living, it has risen sharply as a result of successive waves of inflation that have eroded people's wages, efforts, and savings, until a large percentage of Egyptians are below the financial poverty line despite their constant work.

While the government talks about initiatives such as "Takaful and Karama" and "Decent Life," international figures reveal that these programs have not radically changed the structure of poverty, but have been limited to temporary palliatives similar to a drop poured into the desert. The Egyptian countryside, where more than half of the population lives, still suffers from poor services, a lack of decent job opportunities, and dilapidated infrastructure. The ESCWA report confirms that deprivation in the countryside is several times greater than in the cities, which indicates poor distribution of wealth and chronic neglect of the peripheries.

When the Prime Minister thanks the citizen "who has endured with the government the measures of economic reform," he is in fact acknowledging the existence of real suffering resulting from these policies. However, this acknowledgment is not followed by a change in approach, but rather a continuation on the same capitalist path that caused the crisis.

The alleged reform that began in 2016 with the "floatation" program, raising subsidies, and increasing taxes, was not a reform but rather a burdening of the poor with the cost of debts and deficits. At a time when officials are talking about "the launch," huge investments are going to luxury real estate and tourism projects that serve the owners of capital, while millions of young people find no opportunities for work or housing. Indeed, many of these projects, such as the Alam El Roum area in Matrouh, whose investments are estimated at $29 billion, are foreign capitalist partnerships that acquire land and wealth and turn them into a source of profit for investors, not a source of livelihood for the people.

The regime fails not only because it is corrupt, but because it follows a false intellectual basis, which is the capitalist system, which makes money the focus of all state policies. Capitalism is based on absolute freedom of ownership, and allows the accumulation of wealth in the hands of the few who own the means of production, while the many bear the burden of taxes, prices, and public debt.

Therefore, all so-called "social protection programs" are merely an attempt to beautify the brutal face of capitalism, and to prolong the life of an unjust system that takes into account the rich and collects from the poor. Instead of addressing the root of the disease; i.e., the monopoly of wealth and the dependence of the economy on international institutions, it is sufficient to distribute crumbs of cash aid, which do not alleviate poverty or preserve dignity.

Care is not a favor from the ruler to the ruled, but a legitimate duty, and a responsibility for which God will hold him accountable in this world and the hereafter. What is happening today is a deliberate neglect of people's affairs, and an abandonment of the duty of care in favor of conditional loans from the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.

The state has become an intermediary between the poor and the foreign creditor, imposing taxes, reducing subsidies, and selling public property to cover a swollen deficit created by the capitalist system itself. In all of this, the legitimate concepts that regulate the economy are absent, such as the prohibition of usury, the prevention of the ownership of public wealth by individuals, and the obligation to spend on the people from the treasury of the Muslims.

Islam has presented an integrated economic system that addresses poverty at its roots, not just with cash support or cosmetic projects. This system is based on fixed legitimate foundations, the most prominent of which are:

1- Prohibiting usury and usurious debts that shackle the state and drain its resources. By eliminating usury, the dependence of the economy on international institutions will disappear, and the financial sovereignty of the nation will be restored.

2- Making ownership three types:

Individual ownership: such as houses, shops, and private farms...

Public ownership: includes major wealth such as oil, gas, minerals, and water...

State ownership: such as fay' lands, rikaz, and kharaj...

With this distribution, justice is achieved, as a small group is prevented from monopolizing the nation's resources.

3- Guaranteeing sufficiency for every individual of the people: The state guarantees for every person in its care their basic needs of food, clothing, and housing. If they are unable to work, the treasury must spend on them.

4- Zakat and mandatory spending: Zakat is not a charity, but an obligation, collected by the state and spent in its legitimate channels for the poor, the needy, and the debtors. It is an effective distribution tool that returns money to the cycle of life in society.

Along with stimulating productive work and preventing exploitation, and urging investment of resources in real beneficial projects such as heavy and military industries, not in speculation, luxury real estate and fictitious projects. In addition to adjusting prices with real supply and demand, not with monopoly or floatation.

The Khilafah state on the method of Prophethood is the only one capable of applying these provisions practically, because it is built on the basis of Islamic creed, and its goal is to care for people's affairs, not to collect their money. Under the Khilafah, there is no usury or conditional loans, and no sale of public wealth to foreigners, but resources are managed in a way that achieves the interest of the nation, and the treasury finances health care, education, and public facilities from state resources, kharaj, anfal, and public property.

As for the poor, their basic needs are guaranteed individually, not through temporary charity but as a guaranteed legitimate right. Therefore, fighting poverty in Islam is not a political slogan, but an integrated system of life that establishes justice, prevents injustice, and returns wealth to its people.

Between the official discourse and the lived reality is a huge distance that is not hidden from anyone. While the government boasts of its "giant" projects and the "real launch," millions of Egyptians live below the poverty line, suffering from high prices, unemployment, and a lack of hope. The truth is that this suffering will not disappear as long as Egypt continues on the path of capitalism, surrendering its economy to usurers and submitting to the policies of international institutions.

The crises and problems of Egypt are human problems and not material ones, and they relate to legitimate rulings that show how to deal with them and treat them on the basis of Islam, and the solutions are easier than turning a blind eye, but they need a sincere administration that has a free will that wants to walk in the right path and truly wants good for Egypt and its people, and then this administration must review all the contracts that were previously concluded and that are concluded with all the companies that monopolize the assets of the country and what is of its public ownership, and at the forefront are companies exploring for gas, oil, gold and the rest of the minerals and wealth, and expel all those companies because they are originally colonial companies plundering the wealth of the country, then formulate a new covenant based on enabling people to access the country's wealth and establishing or leasing companies that are based on producing wealth from the sources of oil, gas, gold and other minerals and redistribute these wealth to the people again, then people will be able to cultivate the dead land that the state will enable them to exploit with their right in it, and they will also be able to manufacture what must be manufactured to raise the economy of Egypt and suffice its people, and the state will support them in this way, and all this is not a figment of the imagination or impossible to happen or a project that we present for experimentation that may succeed or fail, but it is legitimate rulings that are necessary and binding on the state and the people, so the state may not give up the wealth of the country that is owned by the people under the pretext of contracts approved and supported by unjust international laws, and it may not prevent people from it, but it must cut off every hand that extends plundering to the wealth of the people, this is what Islam offers and must be implemented, but it is not applied in isolation from the rest of the systems of Islam, but it is only applied through the Rashidun Khilafah state on the method of Prophethood, this state whose concern and call for is carried by Hizb ut-Tahrir and calls on Egypt and its people, people and army, to work with it for its sake, may God write the conquest from Him, so we see it a reality that honors Islam and its people, O God, sooner rather than later.
