Sudan: The Darkness of the Framework Agreement
or the Light of the Constitution Emanating from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger?
It is not strange for every follower of the political scene in Sudan to know that this war was arranged and supervised by a dirty and malicious American arrangement to achieve its agenda and break the power of its European rivals, especially Britain’s civilian agents. America sponsors this war, as it is its cursed game. The biggest evidence is that the statement to prolong the war was made by US Secretary of State Blinken. The prolongation of this war is not for resolution, nor for preserving blood and stopping the destruction that has destroyed the country and its people, but rather it is hit-and-run, and attempts to impose a political vision that guarantees and preserves America’s interests in the country.
America's recent statements to impose peace and end the war are not to preserve blood, stop its shedding, or fear for Sudan and the dignity of its people and their honor. This is the last thing the colonizer thinks about. Rather, it is to impose peace by force to achieve two things: first, to impose America's prestige and prove itself as the number one country in the world, so it stops the war whenever it wants and allows the war to continue when it wants. Second: To also preserve America's interests in the whole world, including Sudan. The war that it ignited to eliminate the influence of the Europeans, it will stop when it guarantees the preservation of these interests with the political vision that it imposes. In all cases: destruction for Sudan and hardship for its people, bloodshed, violation of dignities, and looting of resources.
This reality is not strange or objectionable, but rather it is the natural thing under the capitalist system. In light of this corrupt principle, which country in the world today enjoys a comfortable life? In which country does a person live with dignity, safe for himself, his money, his honor, his religion and his dignity, without America or others plundering his wealth, sharing it with him, and making his life difficult? But the tragicomedy is that a government comes to implement America's policies in the name of the government of hope, whose prime minister is a former official in the United Nations!
What hope is there when this government and its message of "achieving security, a comfortable life, and prosperity for the people" intends to achieve these goals with the same secular democratic system that has been applied since the entry of the infidel colonizer Kitchener into Sudan in 1898 until today, and it has failed miserably, achieving neither security, guaranteeing a comfortable life, nor bringing prosperity to the people, but rather it is darkness upon darkness, from hardship to hardship, from the separation of the South and the bloody war that lasted for years during the days of al-Bashir to the war between al-Burhan and Hemedti and attempts to separate Darfur, and between them tens of thousands of the oppressed and the looting of the country's wealth and the destruction of infrastructure.
Political statements emerge between the parties to the conflict, vying for shares in a hybrid government, technocrats or others, for a position or seat in a government that only has the power to implement America’s dictates, and differences over the rights of the marginalized or ministerial entitlements... various slogans, and you hear thunder but see no flour. All of these ministers and all those seeking to lead the political scene that America is shaping are only seeking personal ambitions and worldly prestige, issuing to the afflicted people glittering slogans about hope, a comfortable life, and others, and you do not find in them one who has a clear plan and a detailed project for the advancement of Sudan, its reconstruction, and the preservation of the blood of its people and their dignity.
You will not find among the political parties other than the honest one who does not lie to his nation; Hizb ut-Tahrir, who has a clear, detailed project emanating from the creed of the good people of this country, a project capable of ending the bloody conflicts and saving Sudan from the political conflict of the greedy countries; because Hizb ut-Tahrir is a political party whose goal is to resume the Islamic way of life, so it clearly presents its thought and project to the arena, and addresses the nation and its living forces to adopt and support this project so that it is implemented and in it is the glory of Islam and its people.
A project presented to the nation and for which its men have been prepared who carry Islam as an idea and a method, and it is known, not unknown, and open for discussion with argument and legal evidence, and the party guarantees to the nation by implementing its project derived from the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger that its tragedies will end and it will be liberated from the tyranny of America, Europe and others. And it has men who carry the concern for the advancement of their nation, not the concern for their positions, and they know that their care for the nation and the implementation of God’s law is an obligation for which they will be held accountable before God, not an honor in the councils of the United Nations and the Security Council.
The difference between the government of hope and the framework agreement project or anything else that America is preparing for Sudan, and the draft constitution that Hizb ut-Tahrir has prepared for the nation, is like the difference between darkness and light.
The people of Sudan want a government that addresses their problems and elevates their lives to the level of human life, by guaranteeing the satisfaction of their basic needs for the individual (food, clothing and housing), and guaranteeing the satisfaction of the basic needs of the community (security, education and treatment), and what that requires of providing clean water, electricity and infrastructure; from communications networks, roads, bridges, etc., and what all of that requires of stopping the looting of the country's wealth, returning public property funds to their owners, and the main thing in all of that is uprooting the influence of the infidel colonizer from our country. This is what creates hope for the people of Sudan, and it is what Kamel Idris’s government cannot achieve, because it is simply applying secularism, which has proven its failure in all parts of the world and at all levels. A principle that adopts the belief of separating religion from life and renouncing the Creator's right to legislate, so it makes satisfying the individual's pleasures and needs the goal, the objective, and the path to happiness, and makes survival for the fittest, and the measure of success in it is increasing individual gains by any means, even if it harms others, for the law does not protect fools, and it accumulates wealth in the hands of a small minority who deserve to own it because they are the smartest and most capable of owning it without caring about the weak or the less fortunate groups... The state's concern in it is maintaining an appropriate level of production and a high economic level that guarantees the prestige and domination of those with interests in it. A principle in which the individual has no value except to the extent that he achieves benefits for the upper class. A principle that permits the violation of the sanctity of peoples and the looting of their resources and permits justifying this crime in the name of human rights and the spread of freedoms!
Democratic systems produce criminals, create crime, and sponsor corruption, because of the weakness of penalties they have. They think they are more merciful to people than their Creator, and there is no sin after disbelief.
But the real hope for Sudan will only be under Islam, which the people of Sudan believe in, as a creed and complete systems of life until the Hour, says the Almighty: ﴿This day I have perfected for you your religion and completed My favor upon you and have approved for you Islam as religion﴾, this Islam is the truth, and hope is only born under the truth. And when the Caliphate system is established, hope is born in a decent life under Islam, for the following:
First: As soon as the establishment of the Caliphate is announced, the Caliph announces the abolition of the positive constitution and begins immediately to implement the Islamic constitution derived from the Book and the Sunnah, and by that he will cut off the hand of the disbelieving West and reject any foreign intervention.
Second: The Caliph will immediately begin appointing aides and governors, and will immediately begin addressing the problems of the subjects, away from any quotas, for the authority legally belongs to the nation, not to those who carry weapons and collude with the outside. And he will bring closer the people of knowledge, piety and goodness, and by that he will draw the true identity of the nation.
Third: The Caliphate will end any invalid economic or political agreements with the outside, and end the West's looting of the country's wealth, so it takes the nation's intellectual and material wealth as a ladder by which it rises to be the number one state in the world as it was before.
Fourth: The Caliph will end any existence of any espionage dens from abroad, so the work of embassies and diplomatic missions is limited to transmitting messages between the Caliph and foreign countries only, not interfering in the political affairs of the country or touring it and looting its wealth. And he will work to guarantee the care of the rights of the People of the Book, whatever their belief or race, according to the provisions of Sharia, thus ending the files of the marginalized and racial and sectarian discrimination. Islam is capable of giving everyone their due.
Fifth: The Caliph of the Muslims will make the armed forces in the state a single force, headed by him, and stop the absurdity of manufacturing new militias with every new morning, but rather, and more seriously, that some of them are being trained in foreign countries! Then we sing of hope and a decent life, under the shadows of these multiple armed forces!
Sixth: The Caliphate will employ all its media capabilities to spread the message of Islam, its justice and its truth to the people, and spread Islamic culture in the state, so it will take care of science and scholars and be keen to end any appearance that does not please God from alien thought or culture, so the Islamic society remains a society of brotherhood, mercy, and cooperation in righteousness and piety, and in addition to that, by providing the basic needs of the individual and society, returning public property and state property, each to its owners, and spending money in its deserved place that God has obligated, and with the implementation of the limits and legal penalties, it guarantees a safe society in which its people enjoy security and safety and its people are preoccupied with building and intellectual and political advancement and carrying Islam, not by gathering their strength or killing each other and spreading corruption and chaos.
This is a drop in the ocean of the rulings of Islam. When we present it as a project to the nation, it can inspire hope in a decent life, and on the day it is put into application and implementation, our lives will be turned upside down, so hope will be followed by action that takes us to the peaks of glory as we were before, and that is not difficult for God.
The Almighty says: ﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.﴾.
