It is no longer hidden from any reasonable person that the rulers are the most important pillars of colonialism in our countries. Were it not for them, the nation would have been able to defeat its enemies, liberate its country, and live with dignity and honor under the law of its Lord. This is what we repeat our call to, to hasten with us to rid it of the cause of its humiliation, division, and weakness, and to establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, in which is our glory and by which is our victory.

Who is there for your sisters
in Sudan?!
Médecins Sans Frontières has warned that women and girls in Sudan's Darfur region are at risk of sexual violence almost constantly. The true extent of this crisis remains difficult to determine, as services remain limited and people face barriers to seeking treatment or speaking out about their plight. However, all the survivors who spoke with MSF teams in Darfur and across the border in Chad recounted horrific stories of brutal violence and rape. While men and boys are also at risk, the scale of suffering is beyond description.
Accordingly, a press release from the Women's Section of the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir stated: The conflict that began in April 2023 between the Sudanese regular army and the paramilitary Rapid Support Forces has resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands, the displacement of 13 million, and left the country's already fragile infrastructure in ruins. The Rapid Support Forces have been accused since the beginning of the war of systematic sexual violence throughout the country, which has become so widespread in Darfur to a terrifying extent that many people consider it an inevitable fate. Girls and women do not feel safe anywhere; they are attacked in their homes, when fleeing violence, obtaining food, collecting firewood, and working in the fields.
Médecins Sans Frontières said that between January 2024 and March 2025, it treated 659 survivors of violence in South Darfur, 94% of whom were women and girls. More than half of them were assaulted by armed groups, and about a third of them were minors, and some of the victims were as young as five years old.
The situation is similar in other places where MSF provides care to survivors, such as eastern Chad, which currently hosts more than 800,000 Sudanese refugees. In Adré, MSF has treated 44 survivors since January 2025, nearly half of whom are children. In the Wadi Fira region, 94 survivors received treatment, 81 of whom were under the age of 18.
The statement continued, addressing the army officers and soldiers, saying: You continue the hateful infighting, the heavy price of which is paid by the people, women, and children, in the service of the interests of America and Europe, who aspire to sovereignty over Sudan and control over its wealth and the fate of its people, even if that leads to its division into areas of influence that you think will be yours. So turn away from your error and misguidance, perhaps you will have mercy.
To the people of Sudan, the press statement said: This is just the tip of the iceberg of what you have been suffering since the outbreak of the bloody conflict, which has entered a dark tunnel of violence and displacement, economic and social collapse, the horrific results of which you are living... This conflict is directed by colonialism, which is greedy for your country, so why do you not work to stop it and get rid of the conspirators and uproot them, and find the Muslim ruler and the courageous leader who does not fear falsehood, does not compromise with it, and does not covet a position or authority, but wants to implement God’s law and His method, may His glory be exalted? This is what unites people and the nation, ﴿AND INDEED THIS UMMAH OF YOURS IS ONE UMMAH, AND I AM YOUR LORD, SO FEAR ME.﴾
The press statement concluded: This will only come about through serious work to establish the second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, which will correct the deviation, restore rights to their owners, and wealth to its people, so that Sudan will return as it was, the Muslims’ food basket and the impregnable fortress in the strong Islamic state.

O Muslims,
Is it not time for you to realize the reality of your rulers?!
It is time for the Islamic nation to realize that its misfortune is not in the monstrous entity of the Jews, nor in the infidel colonialist countries behind it that provide it with the means of life and the tools of killing, destruction, and extermination, but rather its misfortune is in its insignificant rulers, who do not repel an aggressor from it, nor do they ward off a plunderer, but rather they conspire with its enemies, prevent it from carrying out its duty in repelling aggression, provide the criminal Jewish entity with protection and cover for its crimes, conclude peace and normalization agreements with it, provide it with the means of life, and supply it with military equipment with which it kills the sons of the nation in Gaza, the West Bank, and elsewhere.
The attacks of the monstrous Jewish entity have gone beyond Palestine to Lebanon, Syria, Iran, and Yemen, and its military machine roams freely in Muslim countries without any objection from the insignificant rulers, let alone any of them repelling its aggression! Despite all of this, we find them sending their delegations to Ramallah under its spears to seek peace with it!
The situation has become unbearable, and it is time for you, O Muslims, to realize the reality of your rulers, to cast them aside like date stones, to remove them like removing a shoe, to restore matters in your countries to their proper state, and to hand over your leadership to the conscious and sincere among your sons, to Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is still seeking to take you by the hands towards renaissance, uniting your countries in one entity with one army, and leading you not only to repel Jewish aggression, but to cleanse the blessed land of them and make their entity a thing of the past.

Erdogan's Turkey and its collusion against Muslims
An official source in the Jewish entity told the Hebrew newspaper "Israel Hayom" on Wednesday that the entity and Turkey had reached understandings regarding coordinating their military activities in Syria in order to prevent friction between the forces from both sides. (Russia Today)
Al-Raya: It has become clear that the Erdogan regime in Turkey is the patron of America and the implementer of its projects in the region, especially in Syria, and that it is the one who dragged the revolution into a series of negotiations that led to diverting the revolution from its course, then its decline and its arrival at what it has reached in its recent years, as it took away its decision and controlled the course of the leaders who renounced its principles and the slogans they were raising.
Dealing with the Jewish entity is a betrayal of God Almighty, His Messenger ﷺ, and the Muslims. At a time when this criminal entity is committing massacres against the people of the Gaza Strip and the West Bank and violating Lebanon, Syria, and Yemen, you see the Turkish regime concluding military and political agreements with it on land liberated by the Mujahideen with their blood, thus becoming a partner with it in its crimes against the Islamic nation.
These regimes that exist in our countries are regimes loyal to the infidel colonialist West, and the Jewish entity is its shadow. If the thing disappears, its shadow disappears. This is an opportunity for the Turkish army and all the Muslim armies to break the Sykes-Picot borders, support the people of Gaza, and liberate Jerusalem from the Jews and the rest of the occupied Muslim countries.

The Egyptian regime's cooperation with America
Subservience and mortgaging to the colonizer!
On May 25, 2025, the so-called "Egypt-United States Policy Leaders Forum" was held in Cairo, in the presence of the Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, the American Ambassador Hero Mustafa Garg, and representatives of more than 60 American companies, along with Egyptian ministers from the sovereign and economic sectors. The forum was portrayed as a strategic opportunity to strengthen cooperation between Egypt and America, and was supported by an official speech praising the American private sector and its role in "Egypt's development," with many promises and facilities for foreign investment.
Al-Raya: The clear fact that should not disappear behind the dust of diplomatic slogans is that this forum does not represent cooperation between equals, but rather an expression of a reality of humiliating political and economic subservience, which enshrines Egypt's mortgaging to the forces of colonialism, led by America, and establishes new decades of draining the nation's wealth, restricting its sovereign decision, and stifling its capabilities for real advancement.
The duty of Muslims is to reject this path, and to realize that salvation does not come through the doors of the White House, but through returning to Islam, and implementing it in politics and economics, under the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, which restores the nation to its position, expels the colonizer from its countries, and establishes true justice.

International law is a law of the jungle
It is not permissible to resort to it
Under the auspices of the Humanitarian Affairs Coordinator in the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) mission in Yemen, Daniel Cavoli, the ICRC in Sana'a organized, in cooperation with the Ministry of Information and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a training course at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for cadres of media and journalistic institutions on Tuesday and Wednesday, 20 and 2025/05/21, on: International law, its foundations and objectives, and the terms related to international humanitarian law, especially with regard to human rights to protection and dignified living, preventing cases of violence, responding to the needs of the most vulnerable groups, and groups covered by its protection, protecting civilians from the effects of hostilities, and the prohibition of causing excessive damage or unnecessary pain.
In response, a press statement issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Yemen stated: International law was founded on hostility to Islam and Muslims at all its stations; 1648, 1919, 1945 AD, and therefore all its ideas should not be applied in Muslim countries, nor should they be published or called for, as they contradict the Islamic creed, and all the treatments for human problems in life that emanate from it.
The statement asked in condemnation: Were not the First and Second World Wars waged under this international law?! Was not the war between Muslims in Yemen waged for 11 years under UN sponsorship, under Chapter VII, under the guise of maintaining international peace, and is not the extermination in Gaza also being carried out for nearly two years under the auspices of this international law?!
He said: Relations between countries in Islam are based on dividing the world into a land of peace and a land of war, and not on the basis of international law. Dealing between countries is based on equality and parity, there are not two teams for the Security Council; permanent members who have the right to veto decisions, and non-permanent members who do not have the right to veto decisions!

Iran's rejection of owning nuclear weapons
Betrayal of the nation and conspiracy against it with its enemies
Iran, through its President Masoud Pezeshkian and its Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, stated its rejection of owning nuclear weapons, and reiterated those statements once again. This came at a time when Iran is holding talks with America in an effort to reach an agreement on its nuclear program.
Al-Raya: Iran signed the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons (NPT) in 1968, ratified it in 1970, and agreed to have its nuclear program subject to the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency to ensure that it is not diverted to military purposes... It is forbidden for Muslims to sign this treaty and abide by its provisions because that contradicts the saying of God Almighty: ﴿AND PREPARE AGAINST THEM WHATEVER YOU ARE ABLE OF POWER AND OF MOUNTED HORSES BY WHICH YOU MAY TERRIFY THE ENEMY OF ALLAH AND YOUR ENEMY﴾ God Almighty has commanded Muslims to prepare the maximum amount of power they can to achieve the intimidation of the enemy.
Muslims will not be able to rise unless they resolve their affairs, cast aside these insignificant rulers, and establish the rule of God Almighty on earth by establishing the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, which will govern them with the law of their Lord, unite their countries and armies, cut off the traces of the infidel colonizers from their countries, and remove the Jewish entity from existence, and the One who is capable of that and the owner of this project is the leader who does not lie to his people; Hizb ut-Tahrir, so come, O Muslims, to support it, for in that is your glory, your dignity, and a greater pleasure from God.
