So, O Muslim Ummah, roll up your sleeves and hasten to work with those who are working to establish the Caliphate, your impregnable fortress, and the crown of the obligations of the Lord of the Worlds.

Where is the chivalry of the army of Kinana?!
The positions of the Arab regimes, led by the Egyptian regime, are being revealed, as they continue their betrayal, and participate in the siege of Gaza by closing the crossings and preventing supplies, and even pump gas to the Jews and coordinate with them security and politically. The betrayal has gone beyond the political aspect to religious and media mobilization, where the Sultan’s sheikhs have been mobilized to justify silence and distort people’s awareness, in an attempt to turn the conflict into a (humanitarian) issue that has nothing to do with liberation and jihad.
Here, the fundamental question arises: Where is the Egyptian army? Where are those who sing of the glories of October, and boast of a history of heroism? Is there not among them a wise man who sees the children and women of Gaza being slaughtered, and their sanctities being bombed?! Do they not see the daily crimes committed by the criminal Jews?! Or have the orders of politics deadened their feelings, and have they become guards of the colonial borders, not protectors of the nation?!
The Egyptian regime is a guard for the security of the Jews, preventing support from the people of Gaza, closing the outlets in front of them, and waging a media and political war to distort those who defend them, and accusing the resistance fighters of terrorism!
Even the scholars who are supposed to be the heirs of the prophets, are lost between fear and greed. Some of them are silent, and others are leaning towards the Sultan, justifying humiliation with realism, and anesthetizing the nation with pretexts of "jurisprudence of interest" and "wisdom," forgetting that jihad is an obligation, and that speaking the truth in the face of the oppressor is a duty that cannot be postponed.
O people of Kinana, O sons of Saladin and Qutuz, is it not time for you to reject this reality?! Is it not time for you to say enough to a regime that betrays the blessed land of Palestine in your name?! Is it not a shame that history will record that Egypt was on the borders of Gaza, and did not move to support it?!
The nation's feelings are still alive, but the real danger is that its chivalry remains confined to individuals here and there, while it and its armies are silent, paralyzed in will. This is what prolongs the life of the client regimes and the life of the usurping Jewish entity, and perpetuates humiliation on it.
O officers and soldiers in the army of Kinana: You are the real decision-makers, the crossings are in your hands, the borders are under your feet, and the cries of Gaza reach you, so with what excuse do you remain silent?! Do not be deceived by the orders of politics, and do not be deceived by the speech of the media, for you are responsible before God, not before the leaders. Do you not fear being asked on the Day of Resurrection about the blood of children? About the siege of mothers? About the mosques that are bombed while you are close to them?!
We call you to what God has commanded you to do; to be supporters of His religion, and to stand with your nation, not against it, and to use your weapons to support the oppressed, not to protect the traitors, and to move as the Ansar moved with the Prophet ﷺ when they said to him, "If you plunged into the sea, we would plunge into it with you."
The Second Rightly Guided Caliphate on the Method of Prophethood is the only radical solution, and it is the one that will unite the energies of the Islamic nation, direct its chivalry towards the project of liberation, break the power of the usurping Jewish entity, remove it from existence and make it a thing of the past, stop the collusion with the enemies of the nation, and lead it to return as the best nation brought forth for mankind, ﴿Afterwards they will rejoice in God’s help; He helps whoever He wills. He is the Mighty, the Most Merciful. This is God’s promise—God does not break His promise—but most people do not know it.﴾.

The Caliphate is glory and empowerment
And the establishment of the religion
The Messenger of God ﷺ said: «...Then there will be an oppressive kingdom, and it will be as long as God wills it to be, then He will remove it when He wills to remove it, then there will be a Caliphate on the method of Prophethood». The fateful question in this case is: Where is the Muslim from the Caliphate? And where is he from working to establish it and remove the ruling regimes that rule by disbelief? And where is the Caliph of the Muslims who applies Islam completely, so that Muslims and non-Muslims enjoy the just divine system? Since the destruction of the Ottoman Caliphate, humanity has not seen a correct, fundamental intellectual renaissance that takes it by the hand from darkness to light. Establishing the Caliphate is establishing the religion and empowering Muslims. The Caliphate is a correction of the path of all humanity and the only solution to the problems of individuals, societies, and countries.
The Caliphate is liberation from the enslavement of people and a return to worshiping the Lord of people, and a good and blessing that every Muslim longs for, wherever he may be. With the Caliphate, the lands of Muslims are liberated, and the restrictions, barriers, and dams are broken, and their unity is achieved. It is the one that will gather them under the banner of punishment, the banner of the Messenger of God ﷺ, and with it, the crisis of governance and authority will be resolved, and economic, military, educational, and social crises will be prevented. With it, the Islamic nation will return to its position in leading the nations, so let the Muslims sharpen their determination to ascend to the summit in support of Islam, and God will support those who support Him, and it is not too late to restore what the tyrants have taken away, but the time has come for us to show them that the genie has awakened and that deceiving and exploiting it for their benefit will not last another day, and the time has come to pull the rug from under the feet of the enemies of religion and their hypocritical tails so that the world can enjoy security, safety, justice and stability.

The International Monetary Fund is a colonial tool
Its goal is to extend control over the economy of countries
It has been proven globally that the International Monetary Fund is a colonial tool of the United States, whose policies based on the "free market" and taxes aim to extend control over the economy of countries; therefore, injustice will only be lifted from the people by an Islamic budget under the Rightly Guided Caliphate.
First: It is the state's duty according to Sharia to guarantee every individual in its care their basic needs of food, shelter, and clothing, regardless of their religion or race. Therefore, the Caliphate's budget will be set in a way that achieves job opportunities and guarantees aid to the disabled and needy.
Second: It is not permissible to impose customs duties (taxes) on local merchants. Customs duties are only imposed on foreign merchants in kind, because of the Prophet's ﷺ saying: «The collector of taxes will not enter Paradise».
Third: Public resources such as electricity, gas, and oil are public property according to Sharia, and it is not permissible to privatize them. The state must manage them and spend their revenues in the interests of the people, such as building public infrastructure such as roads and bridges, from the Prophet ﷺ: «Muslims are partners in three things: water, pasture, and fire», and in a narration: «And its price is haram (forbidden)».
The implementation of a just Islamic budget, derived from revelation, is the only guarantor of preserving people's dignity, achieving prosperity and ensuring justice, away from the plans of the International Monetary Fund and the betrayal of client regimes.

In defense of the Jewish entity
On Friday morning, June 13, 2025, the Jewish entity launched an attack on Iran, targeting its nuclear facilities, ballistic missile factories, military leaders, and causing severe damage to lives and military and civilian facilities, with American support and cooperation. A responsible military source in the General Command of the Jordanian Armed Forces - the Arab Army, confirmed that the Royal Air Force planes and air defense systems intercepted on Friday morning, a number of missiles and drones that entered Jordanian airspace, meaning those coming from Iran towards the Jewish entity.
The media office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Jordan said in a press release that: With these measures, the Jordanian regime proves what has been known about it since its inception, that its political and military function is to enable the Jewish entity and protect it from the dangers that could threaten its existence, and its worn-out record in justifying its interception of these drones and missiles - which is that it is to protect its security and stability - does not deceive anyone from the people of Jordan, and it has begun to work without shame from God, His Messenger, or the Muslims, in defending the Jewish entity through treaties, agreements, and security and military cooperation that has not stopped even during the war of extermination, displacement, and starvation waged by the Jews on Gaza, which it has not supported with its armed forces with which it protects the Jewish entity from Iranian missiles.

The Tamnatay conference announced a military alliance called the Joint Forces of the Eastern Sudan Movements, which includes the forces of the Beja Congress Unified Leadership led by Muhammad Tahir, the forces of the Eastern Urta led by Commander Al-Amin Daoud, the Popular Resistance, and the Mobilizers led by Nazir Turk.

Although its existence realistically means the destruction of the country, the loss of its power, and its preparation for the division and fragmentation that the disbelieving colonial West wants, which began by separating southern Sudan, and is now seeking with rapid steps to separate Darfur.
He continued: Talking about joint forces in eastern Sudan, which are regional forces, means putting eastern Sudan on the shredding machine. As for the Sharia aspect, it is not permissible for the state to have two armies, let alone armies based on tribalism or regionalism. The Messenger ﷺ says: «Whoever fights under a blind banner, gets angry for a group, or calls to a group, or supports a group, and is killed, then his death is a death of ignorance».
He added: We call on the rational people of Sudan to work to cut off the road to the plans of the disbelieving colonizer and its tails in the interior, by working seriously with Hizb ut-Tahrir; the leader who does not lie to his people, to establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate on the Method of Prophethood, which unites the country and eliminates all this chaos, but also seeks to unite it with the rest of the Muslim countries.

It is time for you to restore your glory
The Islamic nation today stands on the threshold of a new stage. The Caliphate is not a distant dream, but a reality that is achieved if the nation takes the reasons for victory and follows the method of the Prophet ﷺ in establishing the state. Just as he ﷺ established it in Medina after the people of strength and power supported him, the nation today is required to work hard to restore the authority of Islam and establish the Caliphate that rules by the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger.
The West, despite its military and economic strength, has reached a stage of weakness and collapse, and the political and economic crises that America and Europe are witnessing are the biggest proof of that. The West will not be able, no matter how it conspires, to prevent the nation's renaissance and its return to its religion, and the establishment of the rule of Islam.
O sons of the Islamic nation: It is time for you to restore your glory, and to return to the rule of God. With the Caliphate alone, the religion is established, the countries are liberated, the dignity is restored, and you return to lead the world again, so the earth shines with the light of its Lord. God Almighty said: ﴿And We have not sent you but as a mercy to the worlds﴾.
So to work, O Muslims, and to support, O sincere officers, for God's victory is near, and the Second Rightly Guided Caliphate on the Method of Prophethood is being established soon, God willing, ﴿And God is predominant over His affair, but most people do not know﴾.

Al-Raya: Regarding the role of the NATO office in Amman, it was stated by the Secretary-General of the Alliance, Jens Stoltenberg, that "Jordan is a long-term and highly valued partner for NATO", and the regional spokesperson for the US State Department, Sam Werberg, indicated in an interview with the Jordanian News Agency on the sidelines of the previous NATO summit, that his country appreciates the vital role that the Kingdom plays for stability in the region in general. These statements by officials in NATO and America indicate that the regime in Jordan is fulfilling the role assigned to it since its establishment as a functional entity to protect Western colonial interests, foremost of which is enabling the Jewish entity and preserving its existence as an interest and spearhead for Britain, then America and Europe in achieving its colonial projects and preventing the nation from achieving its renaissance project by establishing its Islamic state, the Rightly Guided Caliphate.

If the enemy takes control of it, the obligation of jihad moves from that country to those who are next to them, and if they cannot, then to those who are next to them, and so on until the obligation extends to all Muslims. If the enemy takes control of a certain land, jihad becomes a voluntary act for the people of that occupied land because they become under the rule of prisoners, but it remains an obligation on the capable Muslims in the countries surrounding the occupied area. Since the regime that rules you prevents jihad to liberate the occupied lands, and "what is not achieved except by the obligatory is obligatory", then removing this regime is obligatory to restore jihad and liberate the land of Islam and its sanctities, and before it, the crown of obligations; ruling by Islam in its state, the Rightly Guided Caliphate on the Method of Prophethood.
