The Militia Contagion
In Sudan
Headed North!
Since Friday, June 27, 2025, the media has reported that Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki has agreed to train 50,000 fighters from the Northern and River Nile states with advanced military training, at the request of the head of the Northern entity, Muhammad Sayyid Ahmed Al-Jakoumi, head of the Northern track in the Juba Agreement for Peace in Sudan.
Accordingly, the official spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the state of Sudan, Professor Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil), said in a press statement: We waited until Sunday, June 29, 2025, to see the government's reaction and its position on this disastrous news, and the response came as a shock. The head of the Northern entity stated to a journalistic source; the investigator, that the army and security authorities had been notified of the order to train these forces, and said: "We are working to coordinate with them, and we cannot take any step without their approval"!
He added: This announcement comes at a time when the signs of Sudan's division are looming, with the Rapid Support Forces controlling the Darfur states, and hinting at declaring a parallel government, and the dominance of regionalism and ethnicity over political discourse, and the entrenchment of quotas in power. At this time, Al-Burhan is proceeding with raising the slogan (a militia for each region), as a new militia is being created with each new morning! Then, more dangerous than this, is training the militias for their elements abroad; Eritrea, and Al-Jakoumi's announcement comes in this context!
Professor Abu Khalil said: We in Hizb ut-Tahrir / State of Sudan, based on this shocking news, affirm the following:
Firstly: We have repeatedly warned of the danger of the proliferation of armed militias, and that they are tools of destruction for the state, and an entry point for the disbelieving colonizer seeking to fragment Sudan and tear it apart through regionalism and racist sentiments. Now the absurd theater is complete, as northern Sudan also has a militia, like the rest of the other regions of Sudan!
Secondly: Islam has forbidden fighting under sectarian and blind banners, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever fights under a blind banner, gets angry for partisanship, or calls to partisanship, or supports partisanship, and is killed, then his death is a death of ignorance.".
Thirdly: The talk that this militia or that will be under the leadership of the army is throwing dust in the eyes. The beginnings always start like this, and then what follows is not commendable. We have in the Rapid Support Forces the worst example of militia creation.
Fourthly: The government, by doing this, seeks to entrench the blood border plan, in implementation of the new American Sykes-Picot to tear apart what remains of Sudan.
In conclusion, Professor Abu Khalil affirmed that the duty of the army is to immediately begin unifying all the armed forces spread throughout the country under its banner only, to make them one strong force, capable of imposing the authority of the state, and then giving victory to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish the second righteous Caliphate on the method of Prophethood, and uniting the nation on the basis of the great Islam, and applying the rulings of Islam, and uprooting the influence of the disbelieving colonizer from our country, and from all Muslim countries.
Professor Abu Khalil concluded his press statement by reminding the Sudanese army and its leaders of the Almighty's saying: ﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life﴾.

Hizb ut-Tahrir/Tanzania Launches a Special Campaign
To Defend and Support the Islamic Creed
Hizb ut-Tahrir/Tanzania launched a special nationwide campaign on Friday, Muharram 2, 1447 AH, June 27, 2025 AD.
The campaign, which will last for two months; From the month of Muharram to the month of Safar 1447 AH, it aims to protect and defend the Islamic faith. This campaign comes in the wake of the influx, emergence, and spread of deviant movements that spread various corrupt ideas, whose ultimate hidden goal is to fight Islam and make Muslims doubt their religion.
This campaign aims to:
- Confronting the idea of religious pluralism
- Confronting the idea of paganism
- Confronting the ideas of traditional religions and African religions
- Developing a correct understanding of the Islamic faith as a whole
The campaign carries the slogan: "Reject the difference between religions, Christianity, paganism, and idolatry, and adhere to Islam", and the campaign will use various methods to promote itself and deliver its message to the public, including:
- Public dialogue in Islamic forums
- Public dialogue with Christians and other parties that adopt doctrines hostile to Islam
- Writing and distributing public articles on electronic social media sites
- Writing and sending open letters to various non-Islamic institutions and communities, to reveal the weaknesses of their ideas and explain the reality of Islam
- Sharing video clips on electronic social media sites
- Taking advantage of Friday sermon platforms
- Issuing press releases
- Organizing sit-ins
- Broadcasting television and radio programs via the Internet, and others

In the Realm of the Memory of the Noble Prophetic Migration
O Muslims: O you who live the memory of the Noble Prophetic Migration, you have the right to know why the history of the Migration was the greatest event in your history, which is the transition of Islam from theory to practice, under the great state established by the Messenger, peace and blessings be upon him, in Medina, and purified the Arabian Peninsula from every association with God, and set out carrying the message of Islam to the world, followed by a righteous caliphate on the method of Prophethood, which was a model to be followed in governance and administration at home and abroad with its political center of the Companions, may God be pleased with them.
O Muslims: If you truly want glory, dignity, victory, and liberation from colonialism, your tyrannical rulers, and the tyrannical international laws, then you truly only have to do in practice what the Migration was for, which is the establishment of the Islamic State. Hizb ut-Tahrir has explained how to establish it, so work with it to establish it, and only in this way will the Migration have a real practical meaning. This is how the great state is born, which confronts the forces of disbelief and aggression and is a dominant rival that is destined to win over them with God's permission, just as the great state established by the Prophet of guidance and mercy ﷺ was born, ﴿And We want to confer favor upon those who were oppressed in the land and make them leaders and make them inheritors﴾.

Murders by the Police
A Capitalist Mentality Characterized by Brutality and Impunity
Three police officers in Kenya have been charged with the murder of a 31-year-old blogger who died in police custody last month.
A press statement by the media representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Kenya, Professor Shaban Muallim, highlighted the following points:
The security agencies under any secular liberal system, such as Kenya, are an extension of a colonial system used by the British to control the population and suppress opposition. During the 1950s, as Kenyans began to assert their right to govern themselves, the police and other British security agencies arrested tens of thousands of them and hanged more than a thousand. It appears that the police forces view ordinary people as a potential threat to the ruling administration, an approach originally designed to impose colonial rule, not to protect them.
He affirmed that under the righteous Caliphate on the method of Prophethood, which will be established soon, God willing, the police forces will be responsible for maintaining public order, enforcing laws, and investigating crimes. Torture is completely prohibited, and any police officer convicted of committing physical assault or torture against any person, whether Muslim or non-Muslim, will be held accountable. Thus, the police forces will be fully committed to maintaining law and order and thus protecting the lives and property of the subjects.

What a Difference Between Glory Under Islam
And Humiliation Under the Weight of Subordinate Regimes
The Supreme Committee for Sudanese Certificate Examinations appealed to the international community and relevant organizations to continue supporting the efforts of the Ministry of Education and contribute to enabling all Sudanese students to sit for the examinations, especially in the war-affected areas and the complex humanitarian conditions. Al-Raya: Our salvation is in our own hands, not in the hands of our enemies who lie in wait for us; whether those who openly show us hostility, or those who wear the hypocrisy of friends and the cloak of "partners" (donors).
Linking educational issues, which are the most important in upbringing and making generations through them, to these suspicious organizations is a political suicide and a great catastrophe, whose destructive effects on society will appear sooner rather than later.
Education represents a fundamental pillar in the renaissance of Muslims, and in order for it to be so, there must be a political system based on the creed of the great Islam, a system that includes a distinct, high, and independent political vision for its state, to take the human race from the darkness of disbelief, misguidance, and ignorance, to the light and justice of Islam, which it brings to humanity in all areas of life; spiritually, intellectually, morally, politically, economically, and others, and in science and technology. This political system is without a doubt the system of the righteous Caliphate on the method of Prophethood, which applies Islam and its systems in full, and which led the world for centuries in the superiority of its academic institutions, its advanced innovations, and discoveries, as well as its huge contribution to human development. What a difference between glory under Islam and humiliation under the systems of dependency.

March Forth, O Sincere Ones
And Know That the Outcome is for the Righteous
The nation in the Levant did not sacrifice and offer what is precious and valuable to reproduce the Bashar regime in a colored form, with or without beards. The blood of children and the suffering of the displaced and the Mujahideen are still screaming: Where is the state that you promised us?! The nation is still looking forward to the sincere ones, steadfast on the principle, who have not sold their religion or the blood of their nation, who refuse to surrender to the corrupt international reality, and believe that true salvation can only be achieved by establishing the second righteous Caliphate on the method of Prophethood.
O sincere ones in the Levant: The course of the revolution has deviated to a dangerous degree, and it must be corrected before it is too late, and there is no time for regret. There must be a conscious and sincere leadership that is subject only to God, and takes its guidance only from His law, and does not accept inferiority in its religion, and does not give up its goal of establishing the rule of Islam and overthrowing all systems of disbelief, not negotiating with them or seeking strength from them. Here is Hizb ut-Tahrir, the pioneer who does not lie to its people. Work with it and give it your support, and replace it with the current leadership that has failed to achieve what pleases God, His Messenger, and the believers, and is commensurate with the volume of sacrifices you have made. The revolution should not stop at the doorsteps of America and its agents, as it has not truly ended yet. The warrior's rest has been long, and the time has come to return the revolution to its course. March forth, O sincere ones, and know that God is the helper of those who help Him, and that the outcome is for the righteous.

The Nation's Energies are Being Wasted
Due to the Absence of Political Unity and Sincere Leadership
The Pentagon openly boasted that American bombers entered Iranian airspace undetected, and therefore this event should be a cause for serious accountability. The Islamic nation extends across continents, possesses enormous wealth, controls strategic sea lanes, and includes some of the largest armies in the world. However, these enormous capabilities are paralyzed; not because of the strength of the enemy, but because of the absence of political unity and leadership that truly represents the nation.
God Almighty has bestowed upon this nation all the elements of sovereignty, advancement, and global leadership. However, our resources remain scattered, and our armies are restricted by artificial borders.
Therefore, calling for the Islamic political system; the Caliphate, to restore justice, balance, and mercy to humanity, as it did in its past, is not just an ideal dream, but it is a duty, it is a necessity, and it is the only possible path towards the future. The Caliphate would reshape the global balance of power, and return the nation to be the best nation brought forth to mankind, carrying God's message to all of humanity.

Stand, O Muslims
The Position of the Truthful with God Almighty
If God Almighty wants to help the weak, He preoccupies the strong with each other, so that the weak can emerge from among them and be saved or be able to overcome them. God Almighty says: ﴿And were it not that Allah checks the people, some by means of others, the earth would have been corrupted, but Allah is full of bounty for the worlds﴾. Ibn Abbas said: Were it not that Allah repelled the enemy with the soldiers of the Muslims, the polytheists would have prevailed and killed the believers and destroyed the countries and mosques.
In the Battle of the Trench, God spared the believers the fighting when He saw the sincerity of their devotion and their non-submission to the worldly demands of the disbelievers. Patience, perseverance, steadfastness, and fear of God are the key to success, prosperity, and victory. Yes, God hears and sees, and He Almighty is indeed watching these wrongdoers. So stand, O Muslims, in the position of the truthful with God and the sincere to Him Almighty, the position of glory and reliance on God, for whoever relies on God will not be humiliated, bored, misguided, or disturbed.
Whoever walked towards glory and worked to create it, God was with him and clothed him with the garment of glory in this world, and in the Hereafter he will have a great reward. As for whoever accepted submission and subjugation to the disbelieving enemy and its tails, it is incumbent upon God to clothe him with the garment of humiliation in this world and the Hereafter. This is the state of our rulers, foremost among whom are those who opened their countries and welcomed the American president and lavished upon him money that is not theirs, but rather belongs to the oppressed and subjugated Islamic nation. May God not bless these insignificant people and those who followed their path and followed in their footsteps.
