Are Twins in Crime
The Hindu Modi government "Hindutva" continues to escalate the level of repression and torture against Indian Muslims, starting with the demolition of their homes and ending with their forced and unjust exile from their country. In doing so, it is following in the footsteps of the usurping Jewish entity in Palestine. The Indian regime has recently begun treating Indian Muslims like animals, by describing them as "illegal immigrants," and expelling hundreds of them to Bangladesh under the threat of weapons, without any regard for "national" or international legal procedures. A woman named Rahima Khatun said: "They treated us like animals. We told them we are Indians, why are we entering Bangladesh? But they pointed guns at us and threatened us: (If you do not take the other road, we will shoot you)." She added: "After we heard four gunshots from the Indian side, we panicked and crossed the border on foot."
Therefore, a press statement from the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Bangladesh asked, why does the Hindu state dare to do so to this extent? The answer is:
Firstly: Although the Muslims in this region are united in religion and blood, the Kafir British colonialism divided and weakened them on the basis of nationalism (Indian, Bengali, Pakistani...), and appointed agent secular rulers over them who do not protect Muslims, and do not care about their fate. For this reason, the security advisor to the Bengali transitional government stated: "If it is proven that they are citizens of Bangladesh, we will accept them," and the leader of the largest secular party in the country said: "Neither Delhi nor Rawalpindi, nor any other country, Bangladesh first"! As for the secular politicians and intellectuals, they are hypocrites and haters of Muslims, as they roar like lions against the oppression of Hindus in Bangladesh, and are silent like cowardly cats in the face of the repression of Muslims in India. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: «He is not one of us who calls for tribalism, he is not one of us who fights for tribalism, and he is not one of us who dies for tribalism» Narrated by Abu Dawood.
Secondly: India is a tool of the Kafir colonialist America in the region, and a member of the "Quad" military alliance in the Indian and Pacific Oceans region. Just as America uses the Jewish entity in the Middle East to suppress the Islamic nation, it uses the Hindu state in South Asia for the same purpose.
The press statement addressed its call to the Muslims, saying: O Muslims, God Almighty says: ﴿And if they seek help from you in the religion, then you must help﴾ If Muslims are subjected to aggression anywhere, then helping them is an obligation on all Muslims. You have seen how the nationalist and secular rulers of the Muslims do not send armies to support the people of Palestine, Kashmir, or Arakan, while they send them under the banner of the United Nations and by order of America to kill Muslims and shed their blood!
These rulers are not protectors of the nation, but rather traitors conspiring against it. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: «The Imam is but a shield, behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected» Sahih Muslim. What happens to Muslims everywhere of injustices is only a result of the absence of the true ruler of the nation; the Caliph. Therefore, we have no way but to unite to establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate, instead of relying on these agent rulers. Our call must be to the sincere sons of the nation in the armies, to give victory to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood. Remember that this is your duty as Muslims.

Hunger Strikes Its Roots in Gaza

Saving the people of Gaza; its children, women, elders, and all its people, and liberating the blessed land of Palestine and other occupied Muslim countries will only be achieved by uprooting these Ruwaibidah agent, defeatist, and conspiring rulers, and giving the rule to the Imam, the Shepherd, who liberates the country and saves the people from their injustice and from the control of the West over their wealth and resources, by establishing the second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, ﴿And upon Allah let the believers rely﴾.

Visits of the Central Communications Committee of Hizb ut-Tahrir/Wilayah of Lebanon to the Deputies
According to the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir/Wilayah of Lebanon, a delegation from the Central Communications Committee of the party there, composed of Dr. Muhammad Jaber and Engineer Saleh Salam, as part of its campaign to visit the deputies, visited Deputy Dr. Imad al-Hout in Beirut. The delegation emphasized the following matters, which require a position and action from the deputies in the Lebanese Parliament:
1- The necessity of confronting the project of official recognition of the Jewish entity, which is accelerating its paving among politicians and the media under the pretext of American pressures, which demand normalization.
2- That the armies carry out their Sharia duty in using weapons against the enemy of the nation, the Jews, and the leaders in these armies must know that if they do not do so, their weapons will be withdrawn from them or destroyed, with the collusion of their ruling regimes linked to the West and protecting the entity.
3- Everyone must stay away from the sedition of sectarianism and what feeds or ignites it among Muslims; because this only serves the enemy, and divides the Muslims who must be united by one state, which is the Caliphate, despite the jurisprudential differences and political ijtihad between them.
4- The necessity of declaring the comprehensive Islamic state project that we carry, which is the project of the Caliphate, with all people, in Parliament, in every political meeting, and in all occasions, and with Muslims and non-Muslims among them, as Hizb ut-Tahrir does without any hesitation, but rather with all joy and pleasure, because it is certain that it is the only salvation for us and others from this difficult situation.
The same delegation also visited Deputy Nabil Badr in Beirut last week to discuss the same issues, and to put the deputies of the Lebanese people before their responsibilities, especially in presenting the radical solution, and in holding the rulers accountable.

The Kenyan Supreme Court
Equates Adultery with Marriage
The Supreme Court ruled that children born out of wedlock to Muslim parents are entitled to inherit from their father's estate, which is an important development in the interpretation of Islamic personal status law in Kenya. This came after the Supreme Court rejected, on Monday, June 30, an appeal filed by Fatima Othman Abboud Faraj, who sought to exclude the children of her deceased husband, Salim Juma Hakim Kitendo, from his estate, claiming that they were born outside the framework of recognized Islamic marriage.
In this regard, the media representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Kenya, Professor Shaaban Muallem, said in a press statement:
Entrenching and protecting the "rights" of children born out of wedlock is only part of an intense campaign waged by major Western powers against Islam. Legal guarantees and propaganda are practiced in all strata of society to normalize adultery, which has led to an increase in the number of abandoned children in the streets, which has become a danger in urban centers.
In contrast, Islam obliges family members and the state to take care of children's affairs. As for inheritance, Islam gives the right to it only to legitimate children, while children born out of wedlock and indigent children are the responsibility of the state. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: «I am closer to the believers than themselves, whoever leaves wealth, it is for his family, and whoever leaves debt or loss, then it is for me, and it is on me».
Finally, we urge Muslims not to be complacent in this matter, as it is an integral part of the global war on Islam... Therefore, we call on all Muslims with influence in Kenya, including scholars and politicians, to rise up to defend Islam.

Awake, O People of Yemen

Therefore, a press statement issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir/Wilayah of Yemen said: This conference clearly indicates, without any ambiguity, that this ministry does not have a prior vision, nor ready-made plans waiting to be implemented! Rather, the call to convene this conference came in response to and coinciding with the annual celebration of the International Day of Cooperative Societies, which is celebrated by the International Cooperative Alliance, and falls on the first Saturday of July of each year.
The statement also asked: What is happening, O Ministry of Building and Change?! Is this your construction coming from the United Nations, body and soul?! And where is the change?! This is still the habit of those who preceded you from successive ministries for six decades, sponsored and directed by the United Nations with actions that anger God and do not please Him, and calling for ideas that are not of the same kind as the Islamic creed, nor do we have a duck or butter in it! You are blowing into a pierced waterskin, and the experience of cooperatives in Yemen is a failure, because it is not of the same kind as the ideas of Islam.
The statement concluded: The destruction and degradation of people comes from the systems that are applied to them contradicting the kind of their creed, but rather their explicit contradiction to it. So how can those who violate the commands of God and commit His sins, followers of every caller, succeed in life and be happy?!

Most of the people of Sudan have been displaced, and have taken refuge in neighboring countries, after most of them have lost everything they own, so international and regional organizations are counting the poor and talking about hunger and disease and shedding crocodile tears, so that they may find an entry for their masters to intervene in the management of Sudan's affairs.
It is very painful that the rulers of our countries are fighting over power, and opening the way for the organizations of Kufr to take care of our affairs, and intervene in our policies, but rather they welcome decisions that enable their influence in our countries, and long to resort to what is called international law, while the nation longs, when quarreling and conflict, for the rulings of Islam that bring it out of darkness into the light of Islam. Is there anyone in the army who is sincere to God, and supports the religion and establishes the law of the Lord of the Worlds?!
