The call to establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the Prophetic method, which Hizb ut-Tahrir is working for, transcends the false borders drawn by colonialism between Muslim countries after demolishing the Ottoman Caliphate. It is a global call for all Muslims on earth; rather, adhering to the firm rope of God, it is a general leadership for them. The party has prepared a draft constitution derived from the Book and Sunnah, which includes articles on the economy, foreign policy, war, society, education, health, finance, and everything necessary for practical application from the first day of its establishment, God willing, the harbingers of which have become apparent and to which the masses of Muslims yearn.

International Monetary Fund
A Tool in the Hands of the Colonizing Infidel
The International Monetary Fund warned on Wednesday, 9/7/2025, that the Iraqi economy faces significant challenges. The Fund's Board stated during the conclusion of Article IV consultations with Iraq in its statement that there is room to strengthen non-oil revenues by increasing taxes and customs duties.
It pointed out that on the revenue side, in addition to strengthening tax administration, there is room to increase customs duties and production taxes, and reform personal income tax, including reducing exemptions, and imposing a general sales tax in the medium term.
On the expenditure side, comprehensive reforms to public wage bills, by limiting employment and adopting a rule to reduce the number of employees, would be beneficial.
Finally, it is urgent to reform the public pension system by raising the retirement age and reducing eligibility and replacement rates.
In response, a press statement issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Iraq stated: These are the recommendations of the International Monetary Fund to the Iraqi government, and they represent a blatant interference in the internal politics of the country.
The statement addressed Muslims in general and the people of Iraq in particular, saying: It is no longer a secret to anyone the extent of economic turmoil in your country, and the increase in poverty despite its vast wealth, and the reason is the connection of your regimes to America and other countries coveting your country through their arms. America is the one with the upper hand in these arms, represented by the dollar and the International Bank and Monetary Fund. America has adopted financial aid as a tool of its political tools, which outwardly helps needy countries, but in reality, it influences the political decision of the country... It is shameful and sad that a country like Iraq, with its vast wealth and abundant resources, resorts to borrowing, and from where?! From an entity that wants to dominate the political decision of the country, especially internal policy!
It added: What the Council mentioned above about increasing taxes and levies on people is not advice, but rather a theft of people's efforts after they stole the country's wealth, so that America and European countries can live in a state of luxury and extravagance at the expense of the Islamic peoples who live in a state of poverty and destitution after they stole from them, and to ensure that this organization obtains its money with the compound usurious increase. It is also an interference in internal politics, even to the point of controlling employment and retirement!
The statement sarcastically questioned: Do these Ruwaibidah rulers still have an opinion or command?!, to answer: Their foreign policy is linked to their infidel masters, their political and economic system is imposed on them, and even their internal policy has not been left to them. What humiliation and degradation is the Islamic nation living in today?!
The statement concluded, addressing Muslims once again: Know for certain that these arms cannot be severed, your wealth cannot be returned to you, and the influence of the infidel cannot leave your country except with the State of the Rightly Guided Caliphate, a promise from God Almighty and the glad tidings of His noble Messenger ﷺ. So come to work diligently with Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish this great obligation, in which lies your honor and the humiliation of the infidels, and before all that, the pleasure of the Lord of the Worlds.

Assaults by (Nine Long)
Will Only Be Eliminated by the Application of the Caliphate State
Habiba Al-Amin, a journalist at the Kush News website, was subjected to a dangerous attack by individuals belonging to the "Nine Long" gang in the Transit area of Port Sudan, while returning from media coverage with a number of her colleagues.
The official spokesman for Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan, Professor Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil), said in a press statement: This is just one incident of many incidents of robbery, looting, and murder inside cities that are supposed to be safe, as in Omdurman and Khartoum, and now in the administrative capital, Port Sudan. These are cities under the control of the government and its security services.
He added: No one disagrees that the spread of crime can only be deterred by establishing Sharia punishments. The Sharia rule is that (punishments are deterrents and atonements); they are deterrents against committing crimes, and forgiveness for those on whom the punishment is applied, atoning for them the torment of the Hereafter.
Abu Khalil continued: Sharia rulings are not applied except under the state of Islam; the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the Prophetic method, it alone is the deterrent for criminals. As for democratic systems, they breed criminals, even create crime, and promote corruption, due to the weakness of their penalties. They think that they are more merciful to people than their Creator, and there is no sin after disbelief.
Abu Khalil concluded his statement by saying: Will the people of power and strength in our country respond to the caller of the Most Merciful, and give victory to Hizb ut-Tahrir, to conclude the Sharia pledge of allegiance to a Rightly Guided Caliph, who establishes justice, spreads security, and deters criminals; their elders before their young, in accordance with the words of the Prophet ﷺ: "Indeed, the Imam is a shield, behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected"?!

There is No Salvation for the Ummah Except if it Unites
And Returns to Adhering to its Creed
The Islamic Ummah needs to have a general awareness of the main ideas of Islam on which the change is to be based; such as the oneness of God Almighty, and that He, Glory be to Him, is the only legislator, and that legislation without God is disbelief. Parents must be aware of what the ruling regimes are plotting against their children, as many of them themselves have fallen victim to these dangerous ideas and concepts. So how will they be able to guide and educate their children if they themselves need guidance and education?!
There is no salvation for the Ummah except if it unites and returns to adhering to its Islamic creed, returning to carrying the correct Islamic ideas and concepts. All the Islamic groups that carried the slogan "Islam is the Solution" have failed to achieve this slogan, and there is only Hizb ut-Tahrir, which since its inception until now, has proven that it is the party capable of leading this Ummah. It is the one that calls and works for the revival of Muslims, through its sincere and diligent work to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the Prophetic method. There is no salvation for us and our children from the labyrinths of ignorance and loss except by rallying around the pioneering Hizb ut-Tahrir, whose people do not lie.

The Wretched Reality of Humanity Today
Will Only Change with the Revival of the Islamic Ummah
The wretched reality of humanity today will not change except with the revival of the Islamic Ummah anew by adhering to Islam and completely abandoning the systems of disbelief; and that will not come about except by measuring ideas and concepts with the measure of Sharia, understanding them with the correct Sharia understanding, and implementing them on the ground as the Companions of the Messenger of God, may God be pleased with them all, understood and applied them. We must work to spread them and confront those who work to obliterate them. There must be depth, there must be research, there must be enlightened thinking, and there must be fatigue and exerting effort and effort in what is useful and what is necessary, for it is a trust, and it is rights, duties, obligations, prohibitions, Paradise, and Hell on the Day of Judgment. Is it not worth pleasing God Almighty and escaping from Hell and winning Paradise, from us, hardship, far from grumbling, complaining, sticking to the shells, and being content with eating and drinking until we can no longer appreciate the size of things, so we refrained from responding to the call of our Lord?!
God Almighty said: ﴿Say, "Obey Allah and obey the Messenger; but if you turn away - then upon him is only that with which he has been charged, and upon you is that with which you have been charged. And if you obey him, you will be guided. And there is not upon the Messenger except the clear notification. Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient﴾.

America's Internal Decline
And the Fall of its Values that it Boasts About
Perhaps the evidence in America's reality, and what appeared in it of cases of internal decline, was followed by a decline in its foreign policy that overthrew its values that it has been calling for since its entry into the arena of international conflict, from human rights and democracy, and others, which it boasts about and has deceived the world with for years that have been extended over people. It is far from any value it calls for. When it called for human rights, it was the first to kill humans in cold blood, starting with the Native Americans, violating the rights of blacks, and deporting them in a harsh manner that resembles treating an animal, not a human. It was the first to use the atomic bomb in Japan, and its effects remain. Finally, but not least, its crimes against humans and humanity, and its blatant solidarity and unlimited support for the Jewish entity in its war on the people of Gaza. Americans, including university students, witnessed the fall of its values when they came out condemning their state's crimes against the people of Gaza, the destruction of hospitals and shelters, and the policy of starvation. America's fall and the values it calls for have fallen a long time ago, and what remains for it is only the final funeral that the whole world awaits, with what it has inflicted on the world from its crimes and woes, and its dirty methods, in colonizing the world in the ugliest ways of fabricating wars, starving the world, and making it on the verge of starvation and famine, and its creation of successive crises. What the world needs today is the emergence of a new principle to replace the capitalist principle by which America manages the world, and it has failed miserably, and the correct principle today is available to Muslims, which is the principle of the great Islam. It only needs a state to apply it and carry it to the world by calling and jihad, which is the Second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the Prophetic method, which will be established soon, God willing.

The Rightly Guided Caliphate That God Promised Us
Its Time Has Come, So Where Are We in Relation to It?
O people of Sham: Your revolution has been stolen and your government is becoming weaker. If this situation remains, then Sham will be lost and nibbled away step by step. The ambitions of the Jewish entity are very great. It is exploiting the circumstances in which we live in our state of negligence and with the absolute support of the West. It is tightening the noose on us and hopes to obtain more than it dreams of, for its dreams are many, from the David Corridor to taking the entire region.
Changing this situation is in the hands of the valiant people of Sham who refused humiliation and degradation, and refused slavery and said it is for God, it is for God. Today, it is incumbent upon every sincere person to look with the eye of the insightful shepherd, and to join hands to adjust the compass, and even if this requires a second revolution, for remaining silent about the truth today will be paid for tomorrow with the blood of our children and our people being shed without guidance.
What is happening today in the Islamic countries, especially in the land of Sham, requires us to increase our determination and hasten our journey with the people of determination, to establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the Prophetic method, for it is the only solution to all our problems. We ask God to be among its men, and to be among the successors, not among the replaced, and to restore Islam's glory and put it in the place of application to govern the world with it and spread the light of Islam in its regions.

The Gap is Wide Between the People of Pakistan
And Their Rulers Who Seek America's Pleasure
It is a great betrayal, a shame, and a humiliation that the military rulers of Pakistan are rushing to serve America and its president, Trump, hoping to gain their satisfaction. This appeasement policy that they are pursuing towards America sharply contradicts Pakistani public opinion. The Muslims of Pakistan hate Trump and consider him, and his predecessor Biden, to be the butchers of Gaza. The Muslims of Pakistan were shocked when they saw their army commander having lunch with the American president, who is overseeing and supporting the Jewish entity's attack on Iran.
There is an overwhelming desire in Pakistan to get rid of its rulers, who are agents of America. The revolutions of Syria and Bangladesh have given the Muslims in Pakistan hope in their ability to get rid of their rulers. The only missing element for a revolution in Pakistan against these rulers is the decision of the powerful Pakistani armed forces to act decisively in favor of Pakistani public opinion and adopt a new leadership and a new vision for Pakistan, free from slavery to America and subservience to its global order. Pakistan's recent victory over India has given the army confidence in its capabilities. Its strength is sufficient to build a new Middle East based on the unity of all Islamic countries under the Second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the Prophetic method. This is the vision that we call on all Muslims to work for.
