It is the duty of the Sudanese army to immediately begin unifying all the armed forces spread throughout the country, under its banner alone, to make it one strong force, capable of imposing the authority of the state, and then giving victory to Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish the second Rightly-Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, uniting the nation on the basis of great Islam, implementing the rulings of Islam, and uprooting the influence of the infidel colonizer from our countries and from all Muslim countries.

Hope is not born
in the world of falsehood
Hope, throughout human history, is not born in the world of falsehood, nor in illusions, lies, and deception, but hope is always born with right, truth, and honesty, carried by the prophets and messengers from God, and sealed by our master Muhammad ﷺ with the message of great Islam, which carries a comprehensive explanation of the creed, and systems of life in governance, economy, society, education policy, and foreign policy. The Muslims who hold power, or those who represent them from among the people of strength and might, pledge allegiance in this system to a man from among them as the Caliph of the Muslims, and then the Caliphate system is established, and hope is born for a dignified life under Islam, for the following:
Firstly: The Caliph will close the last page of the Muslims' life under imported man-made systems, along with their application experts from the infidel West, and will begin to implement the systems of Islam, taken from revelation with strong evidence.
Secondly: The Caliph will immediately begin appointing assistants, governors, and other rulers, or those he enlists to help him, and will immediately begin addressing the problems of the subjects, away from any quotas, for authority is legally for the nation, not for those who carry weapons and collude with foreign powers.
Thirdly: The Caliph of the Muslims will uproot the influence of the infidel West from our lands, purify state institutions of its tools, and take the nation's intellectual wealth, and its material wealth, as a ladder to ascend to become the first state in the world as it was before, for six hundred years ago.
Fourthly: The Islam that the Caliph of the Muslims applies will purify the political arena from agents and tools of the colonizing infidel West, and from the rhetoric of racism, and claims of ignorance that divide the subjects of the state, and then the idea of caring for the affairs of all the subjects with justice and kindness will be sufficient to dismantle claims of marginalization and other terms that are born from living under the systems of the infidel West.
Fifthly: The Caliph of the Muslims will make the armed forces in the state one force, headed by the Caliph of the Muslims, and will stop the absurdity of creating new militias with every new morning, but even worse, some of them are being trained in foreign countries! Then we seek hope and a dignified life, under the shadows of these multiple armed forces!
This is a drop in the ocean of the rulings of Islam, when we present it as a project for the nation that can inspire hope for a dignified life, and the day it is put into practice and implementation, our lives will be turned upside down, and hope will follow action that takes us to the peaks of glory as we were before, and that is not difficult for God.

Is there a greater betrayal than making the fate of the people of Gaza
dependent on the decisions of Trump and Netanyahu?!
O Muslims: Do you find it easy to see the children of Gaza dying a slow death before the eyes of their fathers and mothers while they are unable to do anything but shed tears and swallow regrets?!
Have your souls been pleased with the scenes of killing and annihilation?! Or have you liked the betrayal of your rulers who have made your destiny and the destiny of your nation in the hands of America and the Jews?!
And is there a greater betrayal than leaving your people and brothers to be slaughtered, starved, and thirsty while you are able to support them?!
O sons of the best nation brought forth for mankind: Be truthful to God Almighty in your faith, be truthful to God Almighty in your support, be truthful to God Almighty in your positions, for you know that there is no way to establish your religion, support your brothers in Gaza and the rest of Palestine, and liberate your Al-Aqsa, except by overthrowing the thrones of your cowardly and treacherous rulers, breaking the borders, and marching towards the blessed land of Palestine.
Therefore, the nation of Islam has no choice but to resolve its matter, mobilize its soldiers, and overthrow the thrones that starved Gaza with the Jews and America. The nation of Islam has no choice but to respond to the call of God Almighty: ﴿O you who have believed, what is [the matter] with you that, when you are told to go forth in the cause of Allah , you adhere heavily to the earth? Are you satisfied with the life of this world rather than the Hereafter? But little is the enjoyment of the life of this world compared to the Hereafter. If you do not go forth, He will punish you with a painful punishment and will replace you with another people, and you will not harm Him at all. And Allah is over all things competent.﴾.

Mass Rally in Support of Gaza
Since the Battle of Al-Aqsa Flood on October 7, 2023, the usurping Jewish entity continues its crimes of genocide, violating the laws of war and all other rules. Despite the calls we have constantly made, "Armies to Al-Aqsa" and "Mehmetçik to Gaza," which address the leaders to take concrete steps, and due to the complete silence of the rulers who wait for the armies under their command, the Jewish entity continues to commit crimes of genocide. At a time when the nation is calling on its rulers to "move the armies to support Gaza," they continue to hand over and violate Gaza for the killer Jews and those who stand behind them and support them with money and weapons; the United States, the West, and the international system.
Therefore, Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Turkey organized on Sunday, Safar al-Khair 02, 1447 AH, corresponding to July 27, 2025 AD, despite the Turkish regime's ban, a wide mass rally at the level of Turkey entitled:
"We are marching to the Presidential Complex for Gaza:
Are you ready to speak with us to the competent authority?"!
Where the march started from the main Justice and Development Party headquarters in Ankara towards the Presidential Complex "to speak to the addressee" on behalf of the Muslims in Gaza who have been left alone under the weight of massacres, siege and starvation for nearly two years.
In return, the Turkish regime headed by Erdogan, and none of the Arab regimes in the region, have taken any concrete steps to stop the occupation and genocide in Gaza, and they have not even worked to ensure that humanitarian aid reaches Gaza, so mass deaths due to hunger and thirst have begun.

O people of Egypt the beloved! One of the reasons for the destruction of nations is obeying the masters and the great in their delusion and not restraining them and returning them to the right path and truth. The audacity of your rulers towards God and their persistence in humiliating you is only a result of your inaction, silence and complacency. Their tyranny increases as the wall of fear that they have rebuilt with killing, crushing, imprisonment and intimidation grows within you. If they found you standing against them for the sake of God, angry for His sanctities that are violated, they would not persist in their delusion and they would not continue in their oppression and tyranny against you. The peoples are stronger than the rulers and their armies, no matter how great their power and assault, for the army is part of the people and is not separated from them. They are your brothers, sons and families. Above all, your lives and livelihoods are in the hand of God alone. The regime and its henchmen cannot prevent sustenance from you, nor grant it to you, nor take away your lives that God has made in His hand. Death does not frighten a servant who has sold himself to God cheaply, but rather it is a path to lasting bliss in Paradise.
Therefore, O people of the beloved, and for the sake of the bliss of the glory of this world and the lasting bliss in the Hereafter, bring forth your intentions, be truthful to God Almighty, take hold of your rulers' hands, and demand that your sons in the armies cut off all ties that bind them to the West and its agents, and that they connect their ties with the sincere who connect their night with their day so that the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood may be established in you, for you, and by you; your brothers in Hizb ut-Tahrir, for with them and what they carry is your salvation and the salvation of your nation from what it is in of confusion and its return as the master of the world as it was.

«Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock»
O Muslims: The Messenger of God ﷺ says: «Each of you is a shepherd and each of you is responsible for his flock; the ruler who is over the people is a shepherd and he is responsible for his flock...», agreed upon. And from the Mother of the Believers Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: I heard the Messenger of God ﷺ say in my house: «O God, whoever is in charge of any of my nation's affairs and makes things difficult for them, make things difficult for him, and whoever is in charge of any of my nation's affairs and is kind to them, be kind to him», narrated by Muslim. This is a supplication from the Prophet ﷺ against those who take charge of the Muslims' affairs, both private and public, and that kindness is to lead people according to the command of God and His Messenger, and whoever leads people without the guidance of Muhammad ﷺ has made things difficult for them.
Therefore, leadership and caring for people is a heavy burden and a trust for which God will hold accountable. This was the answer of the Messenger of God ﷺ in what Abu Dharr narrated: I said: O Messenger of God, will you not appoint me? He said: He struck my shoulder with his hand, then said: «O Abu Dharr, you are weak, and it is a trust, and it is a disgrace and regret on the Day of Resurrection, except for the one who takes it with its right and fulfills what is due on him in it», narrated by Muslim.
Accordingly, the treatment of the tragedies that befall the Muslims is not by lamenting and slapping cheeks, while the origin of the disease and the foundation of the calamity remain, which is the corrupt regimes that are the natural product of these problems, but rather the treatment is by working hard to remove them, establishing a system that governs by God's law and cares for the affairs of the people according to its rulings, and pledging allegiance to a just Imam who strikes with an iron fist all types of corruption, drying up its sources and cutting off its roots, his goal in all of that is God Almighty's pleasure.

﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.﴾
O Muslims: You alone, with your faith and the law of your Lord, are capable of feeding the people, satisfying their hunger, and eliminating their need and poverty, and what secularism and secularists promise you is but delusion. So proceed on your path until God's promise is fulfilled at your hands, which angers the disbelievers and heals the hearts of the patient believers, and there will be among you the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood that makes these pressured ones forget the whispers of Satan and makes all people know what Islam is in its true form when they see it as a practical reality applied in a state that establishes it, applies it, sponsors it, and carries it to the world through da’wah and jihad, away from the tyranny of the treacherous rulers and the mercenary claimants of knowledge, and people will enter the religion of God in crowds, and God will write for you happiness and success.
So do not be saddened by their actions, O Muslims, for they are like those who try to block the sunlight with their hands or extinguish its light by blowing on it, and they will not achieve their goal of their plots and schemes, for their plots are transient and their schemes are to destruction. Their Lord, Guardian, and Qibla is in the West, and your Lord and Master is God, and He is your helper and supporter, and He is the best Master and the best Helper. God has promised you victory, and God does not break His promise, so roll up your sleeves, fulfill what He has promised you, be steadfast and draw near, and stand firm and fear God, and do not pay attention to those who fall on the road, and do not rush victory, for only God holds it back until the ranks are distinguished and the masks fall off the hypocrites and the hypocrites and the traitors are revealed, and then God's victory will descend and you will have honor in this world and the Hereafter, and you will remember what I say to you and I entrust my affair to God.

O people of Egypt the beloved
Beware lest you be taken by the law of replacement
O people of the beloved! Your only salvation that preserves your dignity and restores your rights and guarantees you justice, security and proper care is that the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood be established among you.
Here is Hizb ut-Tahrir, so hasten to work with it and seize what is left of your wealth, seize your dignity that is being violated day and night on bread lines and others, seize your women and families, seize your offspring and do not pass on to them this dependence that has burdened you, seize them by establishing for them a state that feeds them, houses them, clothes them, educates them, heals them, and in which they feel the security of Islam and its justice, after which there is no justice, hasten, for the matter is serious, not a joke, either you support your religion and restore your state, or the West will overcome you for decades and God will replace you with a people who are not like you, who carry Islam and establish its state, and they will win a great victory, so do not be taken by the law of replacement and be you for it, for you are more worthy of it and you were the shield of the nation and its protectors and the protectors of its state, so work to return it to you.
And tell the world that we defeated the Crusaders and the Tatars yesterday, and today we are crushing the entire West and restoring the state of our glory and our glory; the Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, be for it, O people of the beloved, for who is for it other than you, and who is for Islam if not you, and who will support it besides you.
