Indeed, Palestine, just as it returned yesterday from the Crusaders to the embrace of the Ummah at the hands of soldiers who gathered to liberate it from the east and west of the Islamic lands, it will have another return soon, God willing, by the abluted hands of the sons of the Ummah to be the pearl of the Levant and the heart of the Muslims. ﴿So when the [final] promise comes, they will grieve your faces and enter the Masjid as they entered it the first time and destroy what they have overcome with [total] destruction.﴾

Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia

Liberation March

A massive march took place in the capital, Tunis, on Friday, 28 Safar al-Khair 1447 AH, corresponding to August 22, 2025 AD, starting from in front of the Al-Fath Mosque after Friday prayers, organized by Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia under the title "To Netanyahu and his servants: The Khilafah is the glad tiding of our Messenger ﷺ unites the Ummah and destroys the dream of Greater Israel."

During the march, banners were raised with the main title of the march written on them, while the second banner read "Netanyahu's statements about (Israel) are what armies move because of, and anything less than that is treason"... A third banner read: "Neither small nor big, and your demise is a divine promise"... The attendees also chanted slogans throughout the march such as "There is no god but Allah.. the Khilafah is the rule of Allah", "There is no god but Allah.. the Khilafah is the obligation of Allah", "There is no god but Allah.. the Khilafah is the promise of Allah", as well as other slogans such as: "Netanyahu, listen, listen... our Khilafah will return.. O America, listen, listen.. our Khilafah will return.. O Zionist, listen, listen.. our Khilafah will return", "O armies of Muslims, Jihad in Palestine", "Rulers who sold Palestine... for positions and millions."

The march roamed the main streets of the capital leading to Revolution Street, where its activities concluded in front of the Municipal Theater with a speech delivered by one of the youth of Hizb ut-Tahrir, in which he warned the Islamic Ummah of Netanyahu's statements about the dream of (Greater Israel) to annex other Arab countries to their distorted entity, such as Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria, and Saudi Arabia, after occupying Gaza and annexing the West Bank... And that Netanyahu was deceived by the positions of the Muslim rulers who imprisoned the armies of the Ummah and went too far in protecting their entity and even helped them to exterminate our brothers... and the duty of the Islamic Ummah is to confront this arrogant man with its armies, tanks, and all the latent powers within it by moving and teaching Netanyahu, and behind him Trump, a lesson that makes them forget their satanic dreams and fulfills the glad tiding of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ the righteous Khilafah state that saves Gaza, liberates Palestine, and unites the Ummah."

Thus, Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia continues its frank and defiant call in this circumstance that the people of Gaza are going through of starvation, bombardment, and great horrors, and others of the oppressed Muslims, continues its call to the sincere in the Egyptian, Jordanian, Turkish, Pakistani and other armies of power and strength to support the call of Islam and establish its state that will save Gaza, liberate Palestine, establish the rule of Allah on earth, and carry it as a message of guidance to the worlds.

To all Muslims who are zealous for their religion

To all Muslims who are zealous for their religion, to everyone who holds a rank of military ranks in the armies of Islamic countries from the highest to the lowest, until when will you be complacent about supporting the religion of Allah? Until when will you remain subservient to your rulers and blindly obey them? Do you not get angry for Allah and take for the Ummah its right from those who have made it taste various kinds of oppression and tyranny, and restore its glory and strength? If the first of those with whom the Fire will be kindled on the Day of Resurrection is a martyr who did not dedicate his intention to Allah but fought so that it would be said that he is brave, then how will the accounting be for those who fight in defense of the enemies of Allah and the traitors of His Messenger?! Man only has one soul, for which Allah has decreed a specific time for its expiry, so let each of you look at what state he wants this soul to perish in, whether in the pleasure of Allah, so he wins His pleasure and Paradise, or in the pleasure of servants who have forgotten Allah and sold their religion for the world of others, so you will be next to them in a blazing fire that none will enter except the most wretched?

These are moments of decision, so decide your matter, pack your bags, appoint your companions, and decide your direction; whether to the camp of disbelief and what it requires of subordination and employment for the disbelievers and their supporters, or to the camp of faith and what it requires of determination and anger for Allah and His Messenger, and support for those working to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the second righteous Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood, the promise of Allah and the glad tidings of His Messenger ﷺ? What a great honor you will attain, and by God, it is only an hour of patience, either martyrdom or Khilafah, so hasten to this honor before Allah replaces you with men who do not fear the blame of a critic for the sake of Allah, who attain the honor of pledging allegiance to a Khaleefah who rules according to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger, and shows the disbelieving West what a deterrent response is.

A Part of the Activities

Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan

A delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan - Rabak City in the White Nile, visited the Department of Guidance and Direction on Sunday, the first of Rabi' al-Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to 2025/08/24 AD, and met with the head of the secretariat in the White Nile State, Sheikh Abdul Mahmoud al-Mubarak, where the delegation was led by Dr. Ahmed Muhammad Fadl al-Sayyid, a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir, accompanied by Professor Faisal Madani, a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir.

After the introduction, the head of the delegation explained that this visit comes within the framework of the campaign launched by Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, to prevent the secession of Darfur, explaining the seriousness of the plan for the unity of the country, considering it a fateful issue for which a life or death measure is taken.

He also mentioned the campaign carried out by the party to thwart the plan to separate South Sudan, warning of the woes and calamities that befell Sudan as a result of its separation, and how America succeeded in that, and is now seeking to separate Darfur.

The delegation also discussed the siege in Al-Fasher, and the weapon of starvation that is practiced against our people in Al-Fasher, Al-Dilling, Kadugli, and Gaza, accompanied by the hadiths of the Prophet ﷺ that urge the unity of the Ummah.

Sheikh Abdul Mahmoud confirmed the delegation's speech, and affirmed that they are with the unity of the Ummah even with weapons, and that the platforms are open to you, and that we will direct the imams of mosques and all our bases to talk about this fateful issue.

Likewise, a delegation led by Professor Al-Nadhir Muhammad Hussein - a member of the Hizb ut-Tahrir Council in the state of Sudan, accompanied by Professor Issam al-Din Abdul Qadir; visited Professor Khaled Hussein, the head of the Democratic Unionist Party at his office in the city of Al-Abyad, on Tuesday, 3 Rabi' al-Awwal 1447 AH, corresponding to 2025/8/26 AD, as part of the campaign organized by the party to thwart the plan to separate Darfur.

Professor Al-Nadhir spoke about America's plan to tear Sudan apart according to the map of retired American General Ralph Peters, inspired by the ideas of the American Jewish intelligence officer Bernard Lewis; the author of the idea of blood borders; that is, tearing apart the torn apart on ethnic, regional, and sectarian bases, which is the same pattern that America followed before in separating the south, and is now following to separate Darfur! One of the most prominent political actions that took place in this regard is the announcement of the formation of a parallel government in Nyala, the capital of South Darfur, headed by the Rapid Support Forces, and that Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan has developed a program to reveal and thwart this plan.

Professor Khaled expressed his gratitude for the visit, and for the excellence of Hizb ut-Tahrir's programs, the sophistication of its ideas, and its work to preserve the unity of the country, and that he supports this endeavor, and that his office is open for any work that serves this direction.

Visits the Mayor of Sidon

A delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon, on Monday 2025/8/25 AD, represented by the Events Committee in the Southern Region and the Central Communications Committee, made a courtesy visit to the Mayor of Sidon, Professor Engineer Mustafa Hijazi.

The delegation was briefed on the municipality's vision and the difficulties it faces in restoring and revitalizing its functions and reviving and revitalizing the municipality's revenues from its affiliated facilities. Some life matters related to the municipality's work in the city were discussed.

The delegation pointed out the necessity of preserving the identity of the city of Sidon in light of the changes and difficult circumstances surrounding Lebanon and the region. The delegation heard good words in this regard from the Mayor.

Treating the Crises Produced by the Corrupt Regime

O Muslims, O People of Iraq: The problem of Iraq and other Muslim countries is the problem of a regime, and the problem of corrupt traitors whom the disbeliever has placed over your necks after destroying your state and undermining your power, and there is no cure for it with the patches that those who call themselves economic experts are trying to present... As for the real and effective cure, it is to uproot this rotten regime from its roots with its corrupt men, and to establish a just divine system; the system of Islam that the Lord of the Worlds has approved for humanity, applied by just men who fear Allah Almighty, and place the words of the Messenger of Allah ﷺ before their eyes: "Each of you is a shepherd, and each of you is responsible for his flock. The ruler who is over the people is a shepherd and is responsible for his flock...".

Hizb ut-Tahrir, the pioneer who does not lie to his people, calls you to this glory and this honorable life, so respond to the command of Allah Almighty by working hard to establish His promise: ﴿Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient.﴾, and the glad tiding of His Messenger ﷺ by establishing it after the demise of the oppressive rule: "Then there will be an oppressive kingdom, and it will be as Allah wills it to be, then He will remove it when He wills to remove it, then there will be a Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood.".

The Lebanese Authority Releases One of the Prisoners

On Thursday 2025/8/21 AD, the Lebanese authorities surprisingly released Saleh Abu Hussein, who is affiliated with the Jewish entity, without compensation! and handed him over to the entity on the borders of occupied Palestine in Al-Naqoura...

In a press statement issued in this regard, the media office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon said: This treacherous and reckless act by the authority is a crime in the legal and political sense, and collusion and submission to the orders of America and the Jews, but rather a crime in the legal sense, as the law stipulates that the Jewish entity is an enemy and an occupier, so how can a spy who belongs to it be released, who entered secretly, without a judicial decision and without any legal justification?!

He said: But no wonder, this treason was preceded by treasons in releasing criminals who are agents of the Jews, even those who shed the blood of the people of Lebanon, knowing that the authority in Lebanon continues at the same time with the political arrest of hundreds, and the pursuit of thousands of innocent people, on charges of fabricated (terrorism), and support for the revolution of the Levant, for periods exceeding ten years without trial, in a clear aggression against the dignity of its sons and the sons of Syria...

The statement concluded by addressing the people of Lebanon and its residents from neighboring countries not to expect justice from this authority, nor care or attention, and be certain that the solution for Lebanon is to return it to its origin as part of the Levant in the shade of the righteous Khilafah state that takes care of your affairs, lifts injustice from you, restores rights to their owners, prevents the West from interfering in its affairs, sweeps away the Jewish entity, prevents employment, and forbids treason, it is the promise of God Almighty that will be fulfilled soon and for it we work.

Will You Return as You Were

O Youth of Muslims?!

O Youth: You are the beating heart of the Ummah, its flowing blood, the nerve of its life, and the secret of its renaissance, you are the title of its progress, the hope of its future, and the overflowing sea of its knowledge, you are the owners of high aspirations and pure, virtuous souls, you are the ones who Islam cared for and nurtured with its best care, as you were the fastest segments of society to respond to the call of the Messenger ﷺ.

There is a fact that must be mentioned, which is that your ancestors in their youth also excelled in the military aspect, such as Ali bin Abi Talib, Hamza bin Abdul Muttalib, Jaafar bin Abi Talib, Zaid bin Haritha, Abdullah bin Rawaha, Abu Ubaida Amer bin Al-Jarrah, Khalid bin Al-Walid, Amr bin Al-Aas, Saad bin Abi Waqqas, and many others, may Allah be pleased with them all. These are the heroes who triumphed over the Caesars in Yarmouk, over the Kisras in Qadisiyah, and spread Islam throughout the world to bring people out of darkness into light by the permission of their Lord.

Will you not be as your young ancestors were in the shade of the state of Islam? The Islamic state was established on their shoulders, they carried the call and proclaimed the truth, and worked to build the Islamic state. They are the ones who built the seat of government for our great Messenger, they are the ones who marched with the armies, they are the ones who made conquests and spread Islam, the religion of justice, mercy, and renaissance. They are the ones who bore the trust as it should be borne. And you too have good in you. Will you not return as you were, O youth of Muslims?!

﴿The promise of Allah - Allah will not fail in His promise.﴾

In light of these atmospheres laden with negative political clouds, the Jews seized the opportunity to express the contents of their chests, and announce their distant goals, by establishing an entity that gives them a reasonable space for their continued existence, and they are supported in this by the spiteful Crusader West, which feels that the Ummah has awakened and begun to feel its way towards its lofty goal, and that there are serious actions to reach this goal, so the train has moved on its track, and will reach, God willing, its final station, which is the righteous Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood, led by men who are not distracted by trade or sale from this goal, men who connect their night with their day, who generously give themselves and what is precious to exalt this religion with a strong determination that knows no fatigue, no boredom, and no despair from the mercy of Allah, they are men like Khalid, Abu Ubaida, Saad, and Al-Qaqa', and here they are riding the train with all strength and power to deliver it to its final station.

﴿The matter [rests] with Allah before and after. And that day the believers will rejoice * In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.﴾, neither America, nor its protégé the Jewish entity, nor Britain, nor Russia, nor China will stand in the face of those working for the Khilafah, and we say to them that Allah has promised us, and He is the Truth, and His promise is true, so He Almighty said: ﴿The promise of Allah - Allah will not fail in His promise, but most of the people do not know.﴾ and He said: ﴿So when the [final] promise comes, they will grieve your faces and enter the Masjid as they entered it the first time and destroy what they have overcome with [total] destruction.﴾.

The Khilafah is a Great Affair and Its Status is Lofty

The matter of the Khilafah is a great matter, and its status is a lofty status; therefore, America and the West with it tried to distort its image, so that the Muslims would abandon the demand for the Khilafah, but no, no!! We have an appointment from Allah, the Blessed and Exalted, and a glad tiding from the Messenger of Allah ﷺ. Where Allah Almighty said: ﴿Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. O people of Sudan: How long will the conflict in Sudan and elsewhere remain fuel for international ambitions and their struggle with their malicious plans, interventions, and supplying the conflicting parties with weapons to completely control it?! Your women and children have been suffering for more than two years from this bloody conflict that only serves the interests of the West and its allies in controlling the fate of Sudan, which has always been coveted for its location and wealth, so it is in their interest to tear it apart and fragment it. The Rapid Support Forces' seizure of Al-Fashir is just another episode in these plans, as America wants to carve out the Darfur region and concentrate its influence in Sudan and eliminate British influence in it.

The Goal of Ortagus' Visit

to Lebanon!

In light of the American offensive against Lebanon and the region with the project of normalization and surrender, and the US administration's endeavor under Trump and his team to bring more rulers of Muslim countries into the Abraham Accords, the visit of the American envoy Morgan Ortagus to Lebanon and the usurping Jewish entity comes, loaded with political, security, and economic pressures, threats, and conditions on Lebanon, noting that this visit coincided with the visit of the Secretary-General of the Arab League and the Director of Egyptian Intelligence, apparently to serve the same direction.

In response to these visits, a media statement from the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon affirmed the following:

First: The interventions of America and its followers in Muslim countries are to serve the interests of America and the Jewish entity, not to serve our interests, especially since America is the first supporter of the Jewish entity in politics, economy, finance, weapons, and media, openly and publicly.

Second: The envoy's visit is not a neutral visit, as some may imagine! Rather, it comes in the context of a clear American policy in the region that supports the Jewish entity and contributes to enabling it militarily and politically, and what the American envoy offers is only an imposition of hegemony, a consecration of subservience, and a diminution of sovereignty, which is a form of surrender and submission to the Jews, and this is what God refuses for the people of Islam.

Third: Accepting these dictates and signing any agreements that consecrate foreign tutelage is a betrayal of God, His Messenger, the Ummah, and everyone who fought or sacrificed to remove this usurping entity from Lebanon and Palestine.

Fourth: Dealing with the Jewish entity is a crime in the legal sense for the vast majority of the people of Lebanon, Muslims and non-Muslims, even in the positive law to which the Lebanese authority resorts, or human law in general, especially after the criminal entity committed genocide in Gaza, which it has not and will not hesitate to do in Lebanon and other Muslim countries.

Fifth: The American campaign and offensive on the region will not pass, and America will not succeed in its endeavor to shape the region as it desires, and if it has its project for the region, which is based on colonialism, plundering peoples, misleading Muslims, and even taking them out of their religion by calling for the (Abrahamic religion), then Muslims, in return, have their project promised by God Almighty; the project of the Second Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood, which has become very close, God willing, and this project is the one that will redraw the region, and even the entire world, anew, in fulfillment of the saying of the Messenger ﷺ: "Indeed, God showed me the earth, and I saw its east and its west, and my nation will reach what was shown to me of it." Narrated by Muslim, and the Jewish entity will be eliminated as the Messenger of God ﷺ foretold in his hadith: "The Hour will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews and the Muslims kill them..." Agreed upon.

In conclusion, Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah Lebanon continues to adopt the task of repelling America's campaign and offensive of normalization and surrender on Lebanon and the region, and nothing will deter it from doing so, and we warn the Lebanese authority against following the path of normalization and surrender! And we call on it to seek refuge in its people to confront that, and not to play around with the matter under the pretext of borders or reconstruction and the influence of the international system, ﴿And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most people do not know.﴾.

Meets with a Number of Dignitaries from the City of Al-Ubayyid

A delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan, on Monday, November 3, 2025, visited a number of dignitaries from the city of Al-Ubayyid, the capital of North Kordofan. The delegation was led by Professor Al-Nazeer Muhammad Hussein Abu Minhaj, a member of the Hizb ut-Tahrir Council in Wilayah Sudan, accompanied by Engineer Banqa Hamid and Professor Muhammad Saeed Boukeh, members of Hizb ut-Tahrir.

The delegation met with:

Professor Khalid Hussein - Head of the Democratic Unionist Party, Jalaa Al-Azhari wing.

Dr. Abdullah Youssef Abu Seil - Lawyer and Professor of Law at universities.

Sheikh Abdul Rahim Jouda - From the Ansar al-Sunna group.

Mr. Ahmed Muhammad - Suna News Agency correspondent.

The meetings touched on the topic of the hour; the fall of Al-Fashir and the accompanying crimes of the militia against the people of the city, and the betrayal of the army leaders, who did not fulfill their duty towards the people of Al-Fashir and lift the siege on them, while they were capable of doing so throughout the period of the siege, and the repeated attacks on them, more than 266 attacks.

Then the delegation handed them a copy of the publication of Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan entitled: "The fall of Al-Fashir opens the way for America's plan to carve out the Darfur region and concentrate its influence in Sudan. How long will we be fuel for the international conflict?!" Their reactions were excellent and they called for the continuation of these meetings.

"Phoenix Express 2025" Exercises

A Chapter in Tunisia's Submission to American Hegemony

Tunisia's preparation to host the new version of the multilateral naval exercise "Phoenix Express 2025" during the month of November comes, which is the exercise that the US Africa Command has become organizing annually after the regime in Tunisia involved the country by signing with America, on 2020/09/30, a military cooperation agreement, which US Secretary of Defense Mark Esper described as a roadmap that lasts for ten years.

In this regard, a press statement by Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia reminded that the party clarified when this dangerous agreement was signed that the matter goes beyond traditional agreements, as America is drawing up a huge project that requires 10 full years to complete, and that the roadmap, according to America's claim, is related to border control, port protection, combating extremist ideology, and confronting Russia and China, and this means, with all impudence, a diminution of Tunisia's sovereignty, but rather it is direct tutelage over our country.

The statement affirmed that Hizb ut-Tahrir in Wilayah Tunisia, despite the harassment, arrests, and military trials that our youth are subjected to as a result of their speaking out with the word of truth, reaffirms its call to dissolve this ominous colonial agreement that is intended to drag the country and the entire Islamic Maghreb and adapt them to the malicious American policies, and also repeated its appeal to the people of power and strength in Tunisia and all Muslim countries to pay attention to what the enemies of the Ummah are plotting against them and luring them to, and that the Shariah duty requires them to support their religion and repel the enemy lurking in their countries and their Ummah, and to exalt the word of God by supporting those who work to implement His Shariah and establish His state, the Second Khilafah Rashidah according to the method of Prophethood promised soon, God willing.

America's Disdain for Its Citizens

Leaves Women and Children Hungry

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is a federal program that helps low-income individuals and families and people with disabilities obtain electronic benefits that are used to purchase food and beverages, except for alcohol, and plants to grow their own food. Reports indicate that 42 million Americans rely on SNAP benefits to feed themselves and their families. 54% of adults who receive food assistance are women, most of whom are single mothers, and 39% are children, meaning that nearly one in five children relies on these benefits to ensure they don't go hungry. The federal shutdown also forced some states to find other ways to fund free and reduced-price food programs in their educational areas, so that children who rely on food during the school day would not have to live without food. As a result, the many food banks spread throughout the country post pictures of empty shelves and ask people to donate food and grocery store gift cards to meet the increasing demand for food.

Accordingly, the Women's Section in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir said in a press statement: We may ask how can the richest country in the world ignore the fact that millions of its most vulnerable citizens will not find enough food? You may wonder where America spends its money, even during the shutdown? Well, instead of ensuring that Americans get enough food, they send billions of dollars to the Jewish entity to kill Palestinians. He is a ruler who sees building a luxurious celebration hall as more important than anything else, while other deputies find that their personal investments are given priority over the well-being of the people they are supposed to represent! As you can see, capitalist America has never been interested in caring for the affairs of its citizens, but was only interested in providing military and financial support to those who deprive children around the world of their right to security, food, shelter, and education, which are basic necessities. Therefore, it leaves children in America also suffering from hunger and insecurity, and lacking adequate education and health care.

"Every Muslim is inviolable to another Muslim: his blood, his wealth, and his honor."

To every Muslim, to every officer, soldier, and policeman, to everyone who owns a weapon: God Almighty has granted us reason to think with, and obligated us to use it correctly, so one should not act, perform any action, or utter any statement before knowing its Shariah ruling. Knowing the Shariah ruling requires understanding the reality to which the Shariah ruling is to be applied, so the Muslim must enjoy political awareness, so that he perceives matters as they really are, and is not carried away by the plans of the colonizing disbelievers who do not want good for us or for Islam, and who strive with all their might, cunning, and ingenuity to tear us apart, control our countries, and plunder our capabilities and wealth. How can a Muslim accept to be a tool in the hands of those colonizing disbelievers, or an executor of the orders of their agents?! Does he covet a little of the fleeting pleasures of this world, so he loses his Hereafter and is among the people of the Fire, abiding therein forever, cursed and expelled from the mercy of God? Does a Muslim accept to please any of the created, helpless humans while angering God Almighty, in whose hand is this world and the Hereafter?!

Hizb ut-Tahrir calls you to raise the level of political awareness, adhere to the rulings of God Almighty, and work with it to rule according to what God has revealed, so that it removes the hands of the colonizing disbelievers and their agents from you, and thwarts their plans in our countries.

You Are the Ones Who Starved the Muslims

O Masoud Pezeshkian!

Under this title, the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir said in a press statement: Iran has announced the bankruptcy of the largest private bank in it, which is (Ayandeh) Bank, and this bank has 270 branches in Iran, after the debts on it increased to five billion dollars. What is surprising in the matter is the criticism of Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian for administrative failure, saying: "We have oil and gas, but we are hungry"!

The statement affirmed: The person responsible for that administrative failure that the Iranian president is talking about is the president himself, so why is the Iranian people hungry - O Masoud Pezeshkian - and you have oil, gas, and other wealth and minerals? Is it not a result of your foolish policies? Is it not due to your distance from ruling by Islam? The same can be said about the rest of the Muslim countries. The foolish rulers in them squander the Ummah's huge wealth, enable the colonizing disbelievers to access it, and deprive the Ummah of that wealth, then one of them comes to justify the reason for the hunger by saying that it is an administrative failure!

In conclusion, the press statement addressed the Muslims: The foolishness of these rulers who are in charge of your affairs has become clear to every sighted person, and they are not worthy of taking charge of it. It is time for you to restrain them, for this is the ruling of the fool; preventing him from disposing of money and restraining him, and pledge allegiance to one Khaleefah who rules you with the Shariah of God Almighty, and cancels the riba system in your countries so that your Lord Almighty and His Messenger ﷺ will be pleased with you, and restores your plundered wealth, and restores your dignity and honor. Here is Hizb ut-Tahrir, the pioneer whose people do not lie, calling you to work with it to establish the Second Khilafah Rashidah according to the method of Prophethood.

To the Sincere Descendants of the Ottoman Heroes

We ask the sincere descendants of the Ottoman heroes: What happened, O great army?! What is this humiliation and weakness?! Is it due to a lack of equipment and supplies?! How can this be, when you are the strongest army in the Middle East? And you rank eighth among the strongest armies in the world, while the Jewish entity ranks eleventh. That is, you are ahead of it in all respects, so how can you accept humiliation?!

The Jihadi army may lose a battle, but it will not lose a war; because the determination that ignited its leaders and soldiers is the same determination that created Badr, Hunayn, and Yarmouk, it is the same determination that opened Andalusia and made Muhammad al-Fatih determined to conquer Constantinople. And it is the same determination that will liberate Al-Aqsa and restore things to their rightful place.

We affirm that the national military doctrine has been lost and not preserved. It is a doctrine of weakness and failure, which diminishes the prestige of the army because it does not open the door to fighting in the way of God. It is a doctrine that made the military a job to receive a salary, so conscription became a heavy burden on the hearts of young people, who avoid it. It is a doctrine that made military ranks for boasting, so the army was emptied of its true meaning.

We in Hizb ut-Tahrir call on our sons in the Turkish army not to continue abandoning Jihad and not to support the Muslims who are crying out for their help; because that is an evil, and what an evil... So do not abandon the pinnacle of this religion until you win in both worlds.
