The people of Palestine are no more entitled to it than the rest of the Muslims, and the obligation towards it is the same. It is a matter of religion and creed, and a matter of blessed land. It will not be resolved by a weak state between the claws of the occupation, but rather it will be liberated by the hands of the sincere believers from the nation of Muhammad ﷺ, so that it returns as it was, the flower of the Levant and its beacon, and becomes the heartland of Islam as the Messenger ﷺ foretold.

Between Congestion and Corruption
And the Classism of VIP
In light of the convergence of the countries of the region surrounding the blessed land of Palestine to tighten the noose on its people, harm them, push them to leave their land and hand it over to the Jews, the Al-Karama Bridge constitutes the main lifeline for the people of Palestine towards the outside world. However, this crossing, which is supposed to be a means of transportation, has become a source of daily suffering for travelers, especially on the Jordanian side, where human, administrative and political factors intersect to create a very harsh scene.
This was clarified by a press statement issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Jordan, which added: The journey to cross in both directions across the bridge may extend for long hours, sometimes reaching more than ten hours, in conditions that lack the minimum of human services. The elderly, the sick, and women suffer doubly, as there are not enough seats available and no suitable places for comfortable waiting, while the intense heat in summer and the bitter cold in winter add to the burden of the experience on those crossing.
The statement continued: What made matters worse is that the Jordanian authorities recently introduced a pre-booking system through specific travel agencies, allegedly to reduce congestion and organize traffic. However, the reality has shown that this system has turned into a means of monopoly, corruption and restricting travelers; as it is difficult for the average traveler to obtain a nearby reservation, which has opened the door to the black market and ticket brokers, who are often state officials, especially those working on the bridge itself. Travelers complain that brokers cooperating with some offices buy tickets and then sell them at double prices. This practice has become an additional burden on Palestinian families who are forced to pay exorbitant amounts in exchange for obtaining an urgent reservation, which reveals a deliberate conspiracy and opens the door to corruption and extortion, in addition to the Jordanian regime's collusion with the Jewish entity in the process of restricting the people of Palestine to forcibly displace them and escape the hell of traveling to and from the blessed land.
He also added: In addition to the black market, the VIP system reinforces a state of clear discrimination; In exchange for high amounts, which may exceed 150 dinars per person, the traveler receives special treatment that includes bypassing queues, shortening procedures, and traveling in air-conditioned buses. This service has turned crossing into a class scene; Whoever has money passes quickly, and whoever does not have it remains a prisoner of long queues. The beneficiaries of this service are mostly Jordanian state officials who cooperate with Jews in exploiting people, plundering their money, and sharing it.
He confirmed that: The matter is not limited to congestion and corruption, but extends to a deeper psychological and political dimension; The suffering on the bridge is read by the Palestinians as a systematic humiliation, and an indirect message that their movement is not free, and that their travel is conditional on their financial ability or their patience with prolonged suffering. Instead of the bridge being a bridge for connection, it has become a symbol of loss of dignity and social inequality.
The press statement concluded: Whoever looks at the situation of the bridge will see a summary of the conspiracy hatched by the Jews, along with the tools of implementation; The Palestinian Authority and the Jordanian regime, with the aim of restricting the people of Palestine, undermining their determination and steadfastness, until they resort to fleeing the blessed land, so that it becomes pure for the Jews. The Jordanian regime remains a loyal guard for them on the longest border, while the Palestinian Authority continues to work as a spy and a security arm for the Jews against the remaining people of Palestine.

A delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, led by Professor Al-Nazeer Muhammad Hussein, a member of the Hizb ut-Tahrir Council in Wilayah Sudan, accompanied by Engineer Banqa Hamid, and Professor Issam al-Din Abdul Qadir, members of Hizb ut-Tahrir, visited Professor Al-Tijani Abdul Wahab, head of the Justice Party in Sudan, at his home in the city of Al-Abyad, on Friday, 2025/09/05, as part of the campaign organized by the party to thwart the plan to separate Darfur.
At the beginning of the meeting, the head of the delegation, Professor Al-Nazeer, said that the unity of the nation and the state is a fateful issue, and life or death measures are taken regarding it, as Islam has commanded us, and the evidence for this in the Qur’an and Sunnah is abundant. It is known that America wants to divide Sudan into five states and has succeeded in separating the south, and now it is seeking to separate Darfur with the same tools, by making its spoiled son, the Rapid Support Forces, the strongest armed movements in Darfur, to separate Darfur with its men, not with the men of the Europeans as it did before, by making its agent John Garang and his movement at the head of the rebel groups. Then it used the idea of dividing power and wealth on regional and racial bases, the idea of the conflict between the center and the periphery, and then removing the Rapid Support Forces from the center of Sudan and from the capital, to be stationed in Darfur, and then forming a parallel government in Nyala. All these actions show the malicious plan, so Hizb ut-Tahrir launched a campaign to expose and thwart this plan, by working with the living forces and the nation, so this visit was for you.
For his part, Professor Al-Tijani said, "I am pleased that you have included me in this visit, and have made me part of this great work. You always carry the concerns of the nation and the country, and I am with you to thwart this plan, which is supported by the colonial countries. According to my follow-up of events, I was aware that this war would break out."

Thwart America's Plan to Separate Darfur
Within the framework of the campaign organized by Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Sudan, to thwart the plan to tear Sudan apart by separating the Darfur region, and considering that the unity of the nation is a fateful issue, and life or death measures are taken regarding it, the youth of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Al-Abbasiya Taqli, on Friday, Rabi' al-Awwal 6, 1447 AH, corresponding to 2025/8/29 AD, following the Friday prayer, at the Sheikh Yahya Mosque for memorizing the Holy Qur’an, directed a warm appeal to Muslims of various categories; Politicians, media professionals, scholars, officers and soldiers, and others, demanding that they fulfill their Sharia duty to prevent the secession of Darfur.
The appeal was read, amid a large crowd of worshipers, by Professor Abdul Rahim Abdullah, a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir, with some of the party's youth standing to his right and left, carrying posters calling for rejecting secession, and others calling for adherence to the rope of Allah.
The audience interacted strongly with the appeal, praying for the youth of the party to be rewarded by God and bless their efforts.

Investing through these structures leads to activating the mechanism of political pressure through debt pressure in the future. Consequently, the country's economy and political decisions will be under Washington's control. The clear evidence of this is that Uzbekistan's public debt has exceeded $70 billion, and the burden of debt and taxes is increasing on the people.
America also offers "cooperation" in the security sector, and the question is where has America achieved security?! In Iraq, Afghanistan, or Libya?! Under the guise of defending democracy, a very large number of innocent people have had their blood shed in these countries for decades, and cities and villages have been destroyed. In Gaza, America is leading this historic genocide with its strong support for the usurping Jewish entity, which kills dozens of children and women daily. Therefore, it is certain that the slogans raised by America, such as combating terrorism and security cooperation, hide behind them the entry of its intelligence into the country, controlling internal operations, and a strategy aimed at ensuring its security, not the security of Uzbekistan.

Of Secular Constitutional Failure
August 27, 2025 marks the fifteenth anniversary of the issuance of the Higher Law of 2010. Kenya's 2010 Constitution has been hailed as transformative, introducing fundamental political, social and economic reforms aimed at ending decades of instability under the previous Constitution.
In this regard, the media representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Kenya, Professor Shaaban Muallim, issued a press statement stating that: Since its issuance, the constitutional crises in Kenya have revolved mostly around gaps in implementation, election disputes, separation of powers, the gender rule, the amendment process.... The idea that a new constitution would be able to address the problems that the colonial constitution failed to address, 15 years is sufficient evidence of the abysmal failure of secular constitutionalism, the only success story being prolonging a miserable life, exacerbating corruption, deteriorating economic situation, extrajudicial killings, and much more.
We call on people from all walks of life, including intellectuals, academics, and politicians, to work to entrench divine guidance that does not tend to amendment and is not prey to self-centered leadership. Indeed, man needs guidance from God Almighty. This liberation was clearly manifested in the speech of Rib'i bin Amer to Rustam, the commander of the Persian Empire: "God has sent us to bring people out of the worship of people to the worship of the Lord of people, from the injustice of religions to the justice of Islam, and from the narrowness of this world to the vastness of this world and the Hereafter."
The constitution is a vital document that defines the form of government, establishes a contract between the rulers and the ruled, and is an expression of the nation's creed and values that regulate all aspects of life. Islam, as a comprehensive doctrine, requires a constitution based on the law of God. This constitution can only be applied through the Khilafah state, which will be established soon, God willing.

Different Hearts and Conflicting Interests
The recent meeting between Trump and European leaders served as a mirror that clearly reflected the deep disintegration that is gnawing at the core of Western civilization. The West, despite its boastful claims of freedom and justice, appears in such meetings as a faltering entity, tossed about by the whims of its leaders and torn apart by narrow interests.
This disintegration is not a product of the moment, but rather an essential feature in the structure of Western relations, where national interests collide, revealing the fragility of their unity. The West unites against Muslims, driven by an inherent animosity, but it separates when its ambitions conflict.
That meeting, with all its implications, exposes the reality of the West: different hearts, conflicting interests, and a lack of the values it claims to defend. As Allah Almighty said: ﴿You think they are united, but their hearts are divided﴾, they are united by hostility to Islam, and utilitarianism, and they are divided by selfishness and the struggle for control. In the face of this disintegration, the Islamic nation is called upon to revive its righteous state, which will be, God willing, a beacon of justice and dignity, bringing together the scattered Muslims and surpassing the West with its ideological strength and unity. The return of the righteous Khilafah on the method of Prophethood is not just a dream, but a divine promise by which the Muslims will dominate their enemies, and restore to humanity the light of justice and mercy, so that the whole world will witness that Islam alone is capable of leading civilization and saving humanity from the darkness of utilitarianism and disintegration.

The Political Map of Iraq
Is Drawn by America According to Its Interests
Iraqi Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa al-Sudani said that the partnership with the United States has contributed to enhancing security and stability locally, regionally and internationally, during his meeting with the new commander of the US Central Command (CENTCOM), Admiral Brad Cooper, in Baghdad.
A statement issued by the Iraqi Prime Minister's office stated that during the meeting, "security and military cooperation, and follow-up to the implementation of the coalition forces withdrawal agreement signed in September 2024, which stipulates the departure of a batch of forces this month, and the completion of the withdrawal by the end of next year" were discussed. (Al-Sharq, Rabi' al-Awwal 11, 1447 AH, 2025/9/3 AD).
Al-Raya: Since America occupied Iraq in 2003 until today, it has been leading it in all its military, political and economic aspects.
With these governments made under its watch, it began tampering with its security, and the events of sectarian strife continued to undermine its people day after day under the eyes of its forces without it lifting a finger to stop them. Then today it is nominally withdrawing from Iraq, but the truth is that it remains politically, economically, culturally and even militarily in the name of security cooperation.
It is incumbent upon the people of Iraq to expel the American occupier in the worst way, and to submit to the commands of God and apply His law in the shadow of His state; the second righteous Khilafah on the method of Prophethood.

America announced that it was denying senior officials in the Palestinian Authority, including its leader Mahmoud Abbas, visas to enter it, and canceling existing visas to prevent them from attending the upcoming meeting of the United Nations General Assembly. The US State Department commented on this measure by saying: The Trump administration is clear: it is in our national security interest to hold the Palestine Liberation Organization and the Palestinian Authority accountable for failing to meet their obligations and undermining the prospects for peace. Al-Raya: The Palestine Liberation Organization gave up more than two-thirds of the land of Palestine in Oslo to please the Jews and America, and its authority then carried out the most vile and dirty acts of security coordination with the Jews that guaranteed the arrest, prosecution and killing of those who resisted them from the people of Palestine in the hope of pleasing the Jews and those behind them. This is a great lesson for the agents who are still following the approach of the Dayton Authority; that America and the Jews do not give you any weight or consideration, and you are only slaves and servants to them who carry out their orders, and then America turns against you without regret and throws you out like a stone and does not offer you a reward or gratitude.
