The problem is that this nation, which is close to two billion, is a body without a head. The Caliphate that unites it is not established, and the Caliph who takes care of its affairs, fights from behind it, and is protected by it does not exist! Nevertheless, the Caliphate is returning, God willing, by the promise of God Almighty and the glad tidings of His Messenger ﷺ, but God's way dictates that angels will not descend from the sky to establish the Caliphate for us while the nation is a base that does not work to establish it. Rather, God sends angels to help us while we work. And Hizb ut-Tahrir, the pioneering party whose people do not lie, calls the nation to work with it to establish it, and then Islam and Muslims will be honored, and disbelief and disbelievers will be humiliated.

Palestine is a Jewel
In the History of Muslims
Palestine is a jewel in the history of Muslims since God Almighty linked it with His Sacred House with one bond, as He took His Messenger ﷺ on a night journey from the Sacred Mosque to the Farthest Mosque ﴿Exalted is He who took His Servant by night from al-Masjid al-Haram to al-Masjid al-Aqsa, whose surroundings We have blessed﴾, making it a good and blessed land. And He drew the hearts of Muslims to the capital of Palestine (Jerusalem) by making it their first Qibla before God turned the Muslims to their second Qibla (the Kaaba) after the Hijra for sixteen months. That was before Palestine came under the rule of Islam when the second Caliph, Omar Ibn al-Khattab, may God be pleased with him, conquered it in the year 15 AH, and received it from Sophronius and gave him his famous covenant (the Omar Covenant), one of whose texts, at the request of the Christians in it, was (that no Jews should live with them in it).. Then Palestine was a graveyard for the Crusaders and the Tatars. There were decisive battles with the Crusaders and the Tatars: Hattin (583 AH - 1187 AD) and Ain Jalut (658 AH - 1260 AD), and other decisive battles will follow, God willing, with the Jews to restore Palestine purely to the lands of Islam.
The continuation of the Jewish entity in Palestine until today is not due to strength in them. They are not people of fighting and victory, but as God Almighty said: ﴿They will never harm you except for [minor] injury. And if they fight you, they will show you their backs; then they will not be victorious.﴾, but rather their survival is due to the inaction of the rulers in the Muslim countries. The Muslims' calamity is in their rulers, for they are loyal to the colonizing disbelievers, the enemies of Islam and Muslims. They see and hear the Jews' occupation of Palestine, their brutal crimes, and their various massacres, yet it is as if they do not see or hear ﴿Deaf, dumb and blind, so they will not return [to the right path].﴾! They have prevented the armies from helping their brothers in Gaza Hashem until today, and the martyrs are multiplying and the wounded are increasing. And the rulers are watching what is happening, and the best of them is the one who counts the martyrs under the name of the dead and then counts the wounded as if he is a neutral party, but rather closer to the Jews! They put the "chair" above their country and their people! However, this nation is the best nation brought forth for mankind, so it will not remain silent for long, God willing, about this tyrannical rule by these insignificant people, for the Messenger of God ﷺ gave us glad tidings of the return of the Rightly Guided Caliphate after this tyrannical kingdom, as stated in the Musnad of Imam Ahmad and al-Tayalisi on the authority of Hudhayfah ibn al-Yaman: «... Then there will be an oppressive kingdom, and it will be as long as God wills it to be, then He will remove it when He wills to remove it, then there will be a Caliphate on the Prophetic method.». And then the Muslims will be honored and the disbelievers will be humiliated ﴿And that day the believers will rejoice * In the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is the Exalted in Might, the Merciful.﴾.
And the strange and amazing thing is that the disbelievers, especially the Jews, realize this more than many of today's Muslims do. The Jews realize that the Caliphate is their destruction. The Prime Minister of their entity said in a press conference broadcast live by the media, including Al Jazeera, on 2025/4/21: ("We will not allow the establishment of a Caliphate on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea." He added, "We will not accept the existence of a Caliphate state here or in Lebanon and we are working to ensure the security of Israel").. But it will be established, God willing, despite them and remove them from this pure land, especially since Hizb ut-Tahrir, the party that is sincere to God Almighty and truthful with the Messenger of God ﷺ, is the one leading the work to establish the Caliphate with men who have been true to their covenant with God, and they are reassured of God's victory: ﴿And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most people do not know.﴾.

The Audacity of the Jewish Entity
Against Muslims and Their Countries
The targeting of Muslims and their countries by the Jews in Qatar, Syria, Lebanon, Iran, Yemen, and before and after that in Palestine and its afflicted Gaza, would not have happened were it not for the absence of the rule of Islam, and their rulers' adoption of international law, represented by the United Nations and its Security Council, and those behind it, as their Qibla. This will remain the state of the Muslims until they return to their senses and put Islam into practice under the Second Rightly Guided Caliphate on the Prophetic method, which unites their countries and uproots the Jewish entity from its roots.
God has honored us with Islam and ennobled us with it and revealed to us a Sharia that solves all the problems of the world and shows it the path of guidance, so how can we replace it with a man-made law that is unjust and whose rules were formulated by the colonizing disbelievers?! The world today is shooting at us from one bow, so we must pay attention to what our Lord has said and apply Islam comprehensively and completely without deficiency and lead the hordes of the nation towards liberating the Muslim countries and all of humanity from the injustice of capitalism. We in Hizb ut-Tahrir are continuing our work in educating the nation and seeking help from the people of power and strength and carrying the pure Islamic project until God honors us with victory and conquest by establishing the Second Rightly Guided Caliphate on the Prophetic method, and we call you to work with us to establish this great obligation.

A Delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Sudan Province
Meets the Head of the Scholars' Association in White Nile State
On Monday, 2025/9/8, in the capital of the White Nile, the city of Rabak, a delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Sudan Province met with Sheikh Allama Abdullah Al-Nour Toto, Imam and preacher of the Great Asalaya Mosque, and Head of the Sudanese Scholars' Association, White Nile Branch, at his home in Asalaya neighborhood. The delegation was led by Dr. Ahmed Muhammad, a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir, accompanied by professors Faisal Madani, Abdul Majid Othman Abu Hajar, and Al-Zein Abdul Rahman; members of Hizb ut-Tahrir, as the meeting was within the framework of Hizb ut-Tahrir's campaign to prevent the secession of Darfur.
The head of the delegation, Dr. Ahmed, spoke about the visit coming within the framework of the campaign launched by the party to prevent the secession of Darfur, explaining the American plan seeking to separate Darfur, through the borders of blood plan, by tearing apart the torn, and how the plan is moving towards separation as the south was separated, explaining that the believer is not stung from the same hole twice, so we will not allow the separation of Darfur as the south was separated by the right to self-determination. The head of the delegation stressed the importance of the unity of the nation and that it is one of the fateful issues, and that the nation cannot prevent the projects of the disbeliever except through the establishment of the Caliphate that unites it.
The Sheikh disclosed and clarified, after thanking the party, saying: That a visit on this matter related to the Islamic nation and its unity, these hours are not enough for it, and he said: The West plots against the nation and weaves conspiracies day and night, and he said frankly: What exactly is required of me? We said to him: To work to educate people to thwart the plan aimed at separating Darfur, and that people should know that there is no way except through the unity of the nation by establishing the Rightly Guided Caliphate.
The Sheikh concluded his speech by thanking the youth of the party, and said: That this is the first time he has met youth from Hizb ut-Tahrir in a visit to him, but he read about it, and recorded a visit to him at a book fair in 2012. Promising that what remains of his life will be in the service of the project of the unity of the nation, God willing, and said: "The covenant is with God."

Visit of a Delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Lebanon Province
To the Mufti of Sidon and its Districts
Within the framework of communication with political, community, and Islamic figures in Sidon, a delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir in Lebanon Province, headed by Hajj Ali Aslan, a member of the Central Communications Committee, Engineer Bilal Zeidan, a member of the Activities Committee, and Hajj Hassan Nahhas, head of the Sidon Center, visited His Eminence the Mufti of Sidon and its Districts, Sheikh Salim Sawsan.
The visit revolved around several topics, including the attempt to change the Islamic identity of the city of Sidon, the issue of Islamic detainees, the issue of gender, and the Abrahamic religion.
During the visit, there was an extensive discussion about these issues, where views were exchanged on the effects of these topics on the local community of the city of Sidon.
There was an agreement on the need to preserve the Islamic identity of Sidon, and to support the issue of Islamic detainees, and the importance of addressing initiatives such as gender and the Abrahamic religion that affect societal and family values was also emphasized.
This visit comes within the framework of Hizb ut-Tahrir's efforts in Lebanon Province to preserve Islamic values in society and enhance communication with Sidon's figures.

The World Bank's Recipe for the Oases of Tunisia
Crisis Management or Dependence Management?!
In a recent report prepared in partnership with Tunisian research institutions, the World Bank warned of serious risks threatening the oases of Tunisia as a result of the excessive exploitation of groundwater, climate change, and weak governance. The report highlighted the environmental and economic importance of these oases as "natural jewels" and "reservoirs of biodiversity."
The report also stressed that the future of the oases does not depend only on funding and modern technologies, but on reforming the governance system, noting the suffering of the oases from overlapping powers between ministries, local councils, and user associations, in the absence of effective coordination.
The report called for the preparation of integrated development plans to manage the oases, and to update the laws to suit their specificities, with the possibility of including them in the list of UNESCO's biosphere reserves.
Ar-Raya: History testifies that the World Bank's dictations have brought Tunisia nothing but more misery and dependence, from the experiment of solidarity in the sixties to the economic model based on tourism and services to the structural adjustment programs in the eighties and their disastrous effects.
The real solution lies in liberating ourselves from these failed approaches and adopting a strategic vision based on regional integration between the countries of the region and benefiting from natural resources within the provisions of the great Islam, which calls for reviving the land and preserving wealth, including water, and also calls for the unity of Muslims and their merging like a building whose parts strengthen each other, so that we can save our oases and other wealth and transform them from centers of dependence to models of development, sovereignty, and success.

A Savage Civilization Will Not Survive
Based on Oppressing and Enslaving Peoples
The enslavement of the subjugated peoples by the Western civilization, who own nothing, and who live in the trenches of need, has made it a machine that devours man and exchanges his blood for oil, and his dignity for stocks!
Will a civilization based on the oppression and enslavement of peoples survive? History has taught us that tyranny has only a respite, and that falsehood, even if it is beautified, carries within it the seeds of its demise.
Just as previous civilizations have fallen, this evil civilization will fall, and a new person will rise from its rubble, whose value is not measured by what is in his pocket, but by what God has bestowed upon him and honored him with from blessings. And the banners of dignity will be raised above the ruins of their black markets, and the system of Islam will prevail; to save tormented humanity from the tyranny of the filthy capitalism, and to spread justice and good throughout the earth.
This system that made Zakat a right to be taken, not a favor to be given, and Ribaa a crime, and justice a basis. And God willing, it will return with its approach to establish justice, save the oppressed, make all of humanity happy, and liberate man from the servitude of people to the servitude of the Lord of people, and that is not difficult for God: ﴿[They are] those who, if We give them authority in the land, establish prayer and give zakah and enjoin what is right and forbid what is wrong. And to Allah belongs the outcome of [all] matters.﴾.

The Nation's Duty is to Spread Islam through Da'wah and Jihad
Until it Prevails over All Religions
The task of making the religion manifest is not limited by borders, nor can it be defined within the secular international system. Islam came to be a global reference. It is the duty of the nation to spread it through Da'wah and Jihad, until it prevails over all religions. However, since the nineteenth century onwards - and especially after the destruction of the Caliphate - and with the spread of the nation-state system and the adoption of defensive policies, the Islamic nation was stripped of the spirit of offensive initiative. Meanwhile, the colonizers continued their invasion under the slogans of peace and stability, occupying their countries, as we are witnessing today in Gaza, where they slaughtered their children before the eyes of the world. However, the Muslim rulers are limited to guarding national borders and respecting restrictive treaties. Restricted by national defensive policies, they chose silence, and used Western political concepts, reshaping this negativity and decline as wisdom, interest, and political acumen!
The West is now seeking again to achieve its colonial goals under the banner of offensive warfare. Is the Islamic nation ready to cross borders, seek to relieve the oppressed, and return Jihad - not only as self-defense against occupation, but in its broader sense as a method for foreign policy - to the agenda?
Therefore, we must abandon the "balanced" defensive policies that focus on the economy, and revive the correct path by establishing the Rightly Guided Caliphate on the Prophetic method, for it alone bases its foreign policy on Da'wah and Jihad; so that Islam prevails on earth and strife disappears, ﴿And fight them until there is no fitnah and [until] the religion, all of it, is for Allah .﴾.
