We are confident in the victory of God, in the glory of Islam and Muslims, and in the return of the rightly guided, mujahid caliphate, fighting and killing the Jews, and conquering Rome as Constantinople was conquered and became a land of Islam "Istanbul"... All of that is in God’s promise and the glad tidings of His Messenger ﷺ, and it will happen with God’s permission... However, God Almighty’s tradition has dictated that angels will not descend upon us from heaven to establish a caliphate for us, and fulfill God’s promise and the glad tidings of His Messenger ﷺ while we sit idly by, but rather angels will descend to help us while we work with diligence, hard work, sincerity, and devotion... And then God will grant us victory and success in both worlds, and that is the great victory.

A Message to Our People
in Gaza
O steadfast ones stationed on one of the greatest frontiers of Islam: Know that what you are experiencing of tribulation and hardship is but the path of honor in this world and the degrees of elevation in the Hereafter. God has tested you with it to purify you and elevate your status. God Almighty said: ﴿Say, "Never will we be struck except by what God has decreed for us; He is our protector." And upon God let the believers rely﴾. He has written what He has written for you, not against you, so that you may increase in reward and steadfastness, and that your banner may rise high among the nations.
Know that no calamity occurs on earth or in yourselves except that it is written with God before it comes to pass, as He Almighty said: ﴿No disaster strikes upon the earth or among yourselves except that it is in a register before We bring it into being - indeed that, for God, is easy.﴾ Let your certainty be that what has eluded you was not meant to befall you, and what has befallen you was not meant to elude you.
This is an ongoing tradition in the history of the believers. No nation has been afflicted and persevered except that God has made them inherit the earth. This scene is not far from what happened to the people of Moses, peace be upon him, when Pharaoh said, threatening: ﴿We will kill their sons and spare their women, and indeed, we are dominant over them.﴾ Is this description not the state of your enemy today, who targets children and women and thinks that with his strength he is capable of overcoming you?!
The people of Moses said, having been exhausted by the tribulation: ﴿They said, "We have been harmed before you came to us and after you have come to us."﴾ Words expressing helplessness and prolonged pain, and here came the decisive answer from Moses, peace be upon him, carrying God’s promise and the glad tidings of victory: ﴿[Moses] said, "Perhaps your Lord will destroy your enemy and make you successors in the land and see how you will do."﴾ Thus, he taught them that the path to succession and empowerment is not opened except by patience in the face of tribulation, and that injustice, no matter how severe, will eventually disappear, and the outcome is for the righteous.
Today, you are saying in your hearts what they said, but the same answer is for you: Your Lord will destroy your enemy and will make you inherit the earth after them with your steadfastness, sincerity, and perseverance. So be patient and persevere, for God’s promise is true.
The Messenger of God ﷺ taught us to look at the tribulation with the eye of certainty, so he said to Ibn Abbas: "...and if they gathered together to harm you with anything, they would not harm you except with something that God has written for you," so what you are experiencing is in the hand of God, not in the hand of the enemy, and your provision, your lifespan, and your ranks are with God, not with anyone else.
Our people in Gaza: Today, you stand in the position of the prophets and the righteous, the position of steadfastness on the truth in the face of tyranny. Every hardship, every wound, and every martyr is an increase in the balance of your good deeds and an elevation of your status. God is with you, and His victory is near, so be patient and steadfast, and rejoice in what God has promised of gardens and degrees, and of glory in this world that can only be attained through steadfastness and sacrifice.
May God strengthen you, support you with His help, bind your hearts, make light in your steps, and show you a clear and imminent relief and victory. (Al-Waie Magazine, Issue 470).

Is it not the height of betrayal and the utmost humiliation
to rely on Trump to save Gaza?!!
O Muslims... O armies of Muslims: Is it not the height of betrayal and the utmost humiliation to rely on Trump to save Gaza by putting an end to the war there, while he is the main supporter of the barbaric Jewish aggression against Gaza?!! ﴿And do not incline toward those who do wrong, lest you be touched by the Fire, and you would not have other than God any protectors; then you would not be helped.﴾ [Hud: 113].
Is the victory of Gaza not in the movement of the Muslim armies to fight the Jewish occupiers of the blessed land who cannot achieve victory and do not find a way? ﴿And if they fight you, they will show you their backs; then they will not be victorious.﴾ [Al Imran: 111].
Are there not enough armies among the rulers whom Trump gathered in his council, or even in some of them, to crush the Jewish entity and return all of Palestine to the lands of Islam? ﴿Fight them; God will punish them by your hands and disgrace them and give you victory over them and satisfy the breasts of a believing people.﴾ [At-Tawbah: 14].
O Muslims: The nation’s misfortune lies in its rulers. Since the caliphate was abolished about a hundred years ago, the Muslims no longer have a caliph to be feared and fought behind. «THE IMAM IS BUT A SHIELD, BEHIND WHOM YOU FIGHT AND BY WHOM YOU PROTECT YOURSELVES» narrated by Bukhari and Muslim... So the sanctity of the Muslims was violated, their lands were colonized, and the insignificant ones ruled over them, not repelling an enemy or preserving the strength of Islam, until we reached the point where the blessed land is occupied by those who have been struck with humiliation and misery and have incurred wrath from God!

Hizb ut-Tahrir/Tanzania
Organizes Sit-ins to Demand That the Nation Not Abandon Gaza
On 4 Rabi’ al-Akhir 1447 AH, 26 September 2025 AD, after Friday prayers, Hizb ut-Tahrir in Tanzania organized a popular campaign to remind the armies of the Islamic countries, its scholars, and the Islamic nation in general of their duty to save Gaza and not abandon it. The campaign included prayers in Dar es Salaam and Zanzibar, where the prayer was held in the Al-Rahma Mosque in Bjoroni, led by Sheikh Musa Kiliu, head of the Central Communications Committee, and Masoud Muslim, the media representative of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Tanzania. A prayer was also held in the Mbiyoni Mosque in Zanzibar City. Sit-ins and Friday sermons were also organized in various regions of Tanzania. The campaign sent a message to the armies of the Islamic countries to quickly mobilize for military intervention to liberate Gaza, Al-Aqsa Mosque, and all of Palestine, and to uproot the criminal Jewish entity.
The message reminded Muslim scholars to hold accountable the treacherous rulers of the Islamic countries, whose subservience to the Jewish entity has crossed all boundaries.
The campaign message also warned the nation against falling into the trap of silence regarding the issue of genocide in Gaza, because their voices will force scholars and armies to address this issue accordingly.
Finally, the campaign reminded Muslims of the obligation to work to establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate, which will fully preserve Islam, Muslims, and all our sacred sites.

American Insistence on Continuing
to Plunder Syria’s Resources
(Shaam News Network, Thursday, 26 Rabi’ al-Awwal 1447 AH, 2025/9/18 AD) The US Treasury Department announced in a tweet published on Wednesday evening that officials from the Treasury and the US State Department held a meeting with the Syrian Foreign Minister, Asaad Al-Shibani, to discuss ways to "responsibly and safely reconnect the Syrian economy to the global financial system."
Al-Raya: The capitalist principle is the root of the disease, the basis of affliction, and the creator of crises. It is what has led humanity to destruction, impoverished peoples, and plundered their wealth until wars and famines have increased, all in the service of the interests of colonial countries. Therefore, linking the country’s economy to the capitalist system and its financial system is destructive to it. Therefore, the new government in Syria, if it is as it claims, wants to advance the country, rebuild it, and steer it towards success, should rule by Islam and implement its economic system.
Islam came with a detailed and precise system for the mechanism of possessing money, how to collect it, and the mechanism of distributing it, because it came to take care of the affairs of its subjects and ensure a comfortable life for them. This is the task of the state in Islam: to take care of the affairs of the people, not to oppress them, impose taxes and levies on them, and neglect their wealth and capabilities for their enemies, giving them the upper hand in the country.
Therefore, there is no salvation for the people of Al-Sham and for all Muslims from these economic disasters and other disasters except by implementing Islam in all aspects of life under the second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood. So come forward to work with us immediately to establish it, O Muslims.

Escalation of Violence Against Muslims in India
Under the Rule of Hindu Nationalists
(Al-Waie Magazine, Issue 470) During the summer of 2025, India witnessed a disturbing wave of sectarian attacks targeting Muslims by extremist Hindu groups, with implicit encouragement from the incitement climate sponsored by the ruling Bharatiya Janata Party. In the states of northern and central India, dozens of Muslims have been beaten and even killed by "cow protectors" under the pretext of suspicion of eating or trading in beef, which is sacred to Hindus. In a horrific incident in the state of Haryana in August, a village mob killed a young Muslim man (26 years old) simply because of a rumor that he had eaten beef. Cases were also recorded of attacks on Muslim travelers on trains, inspection of their food, and attacks on them if what the extremists believed to be beef was found.
Al-Waie commented on this phenomenon, saying: These incidents come within a broader context of the rise of institutional and societal Islamophobia since Narendra Modi and his Hindu party took power.
Government-affiliated media outlets promoted hate speech, and some local officials demolished the homes of Muslim families with bulldozers as collective punishment after any sectarian clash in what was called the "justice by bulldozer" policy. The matter culminated in the enactment of discriminatory laws in some states that ban the hijab in schools or limit halal slaughter, which fueled the feeling of marginalization. This environment has led to the normalization of popular violence against Muslims; in the name of protecting "Mother Cow," cold-blooded murders are committed. A report by Human Rights Watch indicated that government officials themselves are fueling hatred with extremist speeches against Muslims during election campaigns.

O People of Sudan
You Can Thwart the Plan to Separate Darfur
O people of Sudan: You are capable of thwarting the plan seeking to tear your country apart in its second version, through which it is intended to separate Darfur. If you were to rely on God as He deserves, seek His help, and do the following:
* Disavow every treacherous agent who has taken it upon himself to implement this plan, by forming a parallel government, or by inaction and handing over Al-Fashir to allow the Rapid Support Forces to complete their control over the entire Darfur region.
* Mobilize the energies of the sincere people of power and strength to thwart the plan and restrain the agents and traitors.
* Mobilize all the energies of the media, mosque pulpits, and others to expose the plan and its tools of implementation at home, and mobilize people to stand in its face.
* Mobilize the energies of the sincere people, free from any connection to the traitors, from the leaders of the tribes, the heads of clans, the thinkers, the opinion leaders, the leaders, the politicians, the lawyers, and all the dignitaries, to form an impenetrable barrier that protects the unity of what remains of our country.
Is this not in its entirety a tremendous force, capable of thwarting America’s plan, which is the deceit of Satan, ﴿Indeed, the plot of Satan has ever been weak.﴾, ﴿But they plan, and God plans. And God is the best of planners.﴾, and the Prophet ﷺ says: «Verily, he who lives long among you will see much اختلاف (difference, disagreement, controversy). So adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the rightly-guided Caliphs. Adhere to it and cling tightly to it with your molar teeth.» Narrated by Al-Irbad bin Sariyah, may God be pleased with him, and reported by Abu Dawood, Al-Tirmidhi, Ahmad, and Ibn Hibban.

﴿Fight them until there is no [more] fitnah and [until] worship is [acknowledged to be] for God.﴾
O Muslims, Arabs and non-Arabs: Your rulers do not move except according to the orders of Western embassies, and they do not give any weight to your blood or the sanctity of your sacred sites?! They all ally with your enemies at the expense of you and your countries. Have you not seen how some of them colluded in the siege of Gaza, and today they are rushing to approve Trump’s orders?! This is a strange and suspicious thing! And even stranger is your inability to overthrow their thrones and throw them into a deep valley!
O Muslims: What stops the Jewish war is your armies if they move in support of their religion, liberating the land, and preserving honor, not the decisions of the Security Council or the initiatives of Trump, his followers, and the rest of the criminals.
The duty today is to remove these client regimes, break the borders drawn by the infidel colonizing West between your countries, and demand the urgent movement of armies towards the liberation of all of Palestine, not patching up the occupation with partial solutions, and not settling at the expense of the blood of the martyrs on the table of God’s enemies.
O Muslims: The time has come for serious work to establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, for it alone unites you, liberates the blessed land, and eliminates the influence of America and the West in our countries.
