A sincere call to all Muslims to abandon all their client rulers and turn their faces towards the Second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, and to work to establish it with their brothers, the youth of Hizb ut-Tahrir, who connect their night with their day working to establish it in response to God's command, proceeding in the way of establishing it according to the method of the Messenger of God ﷺ, wanting neither reward nor gratitude, but seeking the pleasure of God alone, and in that let the competitors compete.

Trump's Plan

Deadly Poison

A press statement issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Blessed Land (Palestine) regarding US President Trump's plan to stop the war on Gaza stated: surrender and disarmament, recovery of prisoners and the remains of the dead, and an occupation led by America and headed by Trump in the name of the Peace Council, appointed by the hater of Islam, Tony Blair, and implemented by the regimes of the region, these are the features of Trump's new plan that he announced and thanked the leaders of Arab and Islamic countries and his allies in Europe for responding to it, and announced that the leaders of the region are fully involved in the peace plan.

He also said: Gaza, which rubbed the nose of the Jewish entity in the dirt and revealed that it is a fragile entity that only needs a decision to eliminate it, and in order for the criminal entity to regain its prestige, it poured all its strength on the heads of the people of Gaza, and America and the entire West provided it with every deadly weapon, and the Muslim rulers helped it with everything they could of supply lines and sieges and other things in order to regain that alleged prestige, so Gaza was destroyed completely or nearly so, and its people were besieged in a siege with few parallels, yet the criminal entity failed to achieve its desired victory in a besieged piece in which there are remnants of life, so Trump's rope comes to save the Jews, and the Muslim rulers help him in that, with a plan to tighten the grip on Gaza, demanding that the Mujahideen accept it, and all this so that Trump can achieve for the monstrous entity what it did not achieve in two years, making the tool of implementation the regimes of harm in our countries, after they failed Gaza and its people for two full years, and the result will be handing over Gaza to Trump without any effort, but with the nation's money and soldiers!

He added: Trump is planning for Gaza as if it were his own property, then the client rulers rejoice at handing it over to him as if they have rescued its people, and they have woven with their master the threads of handing it over, and made it a global occupation project, an occupation in the name of reconstruction on rivers of blood and mountains of skulls and bones!! Then Gaza's surrender will be a prelude to normalization and the Abrahamic Accords so that the criminal entity can infiltrate the region as if it is being rewarded for its crimes.

The statement explained: Accepting Trump's plan is a crime for which the rulers bear the burden, but it is also a burden from which the Muslim Ummah will not escape unless it changes them and denounces their crime.

Then it is a burden from which the armies of the Ummah, which have been delayed in their duty, will not escape. If those armies had drawn inspiration from the heroism of Gaza and made up for their delay in liberating Jerusalem and its environs, and if they had responded to the calls for help from Gaza and its surroundings, Trump would not have found a place for his plan, nor would he have dreamed of a speck of dust in Gaza of Hashim.

The statement then mentioned: The opportunity has not been missed yet, even if it is delayed, for Gaza, with its men, women, elders, and youth, and with its mosques and minarets, is calling on the armies to move, to liberate Jerusalem with their movement, to prevent the rulers from normalizing on the skulls and bones of Gaza, and to restore the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the Blessed Land as it was, strong and inviolable, and even to make Jerusalem the heart of Islam.

He concluded with God's call to the believers: ﴿O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides not the wrongdoing people. So you see those in whose hearts is disease hastening into [association with] them, saying, "We are afraid that a time of misfortune may strike us." But perhaps Allah will bring conquest or a decision from Him, and they will become, over what they have been concealing within themselves, regretful.﴾.

O Armies in the Muslim Countries

Is there not among you a wise man who longs for one of the two best things?!

Is there not among you a wise man whose blood boils in his veins as he sees the crimes of the Jewish entity sweeping Gaza, demolishing homes and shedding blood in brutal massacres affecting the elderly, children and women?! Is there not among you a wise man whose blood boils in his veins as he sees people moving from place to place and Jewish bombers bombing them in their journeys?!

Is there not among you a wise man who realizes that obeying the rulers in submitting to the aggression of the Jews and not responding to it, this obedience is a disgrace in this world and a painful punishment in the Hereafter? Even those who obey him in disobeying God will disown him on the Day of Resurrection, and he will regret following them in disobeying God, but it will be too late to regret ﴿[That will be] when those who were followed disassociate themselves from those who followed [them], and they [all] see the punishment, and cut off from them are the ties [of relationship]. And those who followed will say, "If only we had another chance, we would disassociate ourselves from them as they have disassociated themselves from us." Thus will Allah show them their deeds as regrets upon them. And they will not emerge from the Fire.﴾ [Al-Baqarah: 166, 167].

Then is there not among you a wise man who longs for one of the two best things, so he leads the soldiers of Islam, and liberates Gaza of Hashim and the first of the two Qiblahs and the third of the two Holy Mosques, and the victory shouts resonate in its sides as Al-Farooq shouted them at the conquest, and Saladin at the liberation of Jerusalem, and Abdul Hamid at protecting the Blessed Land from the evil of the Jews... and then fulfilling the glad tidings of the Messenger of God ﷺ «You will fight the Jews and you will kill them...» Reported by Muslim in his Sahih?!

Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan

Organizes political speeches in Khartoum

As part of its campaign to thwart the plan to tear Sudan apart by separating Darfur, the youth of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan held a political speech in Khartoum, in the Al-Dukhainat Al-Awamra market area, on Saturday morning, October 4, 2025.

Sheikh Abdul Fattah Ahmed, a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir, spoke in it, beginning with verses and hadiths that speak of the unity of the Islamic Ummah and the unity of the Islamic state, as Islam stressed the killing of anyone who wants to split the nation, divide its community, and tear its unity apart. He said: When the disbelieving enemy conspires against the unity of the Ummah and its state, and seeks to tear it apart, Muslims must make this issue a fateful issue and take life or death measures regarding it.

Sheikh Ahmed explained the sanctity of this plan and urged the people of the country to stand strongly to confront it, and they are capable of doing so, so that Darfur does not go as the South went, and urged the sincere people of power and invincibility to preserve the unity of the country, and that God will ask them about that. He called on the people of the country to join hands with Hizb ut-Tahrir to establish the Rightly Guided Caliphate, which will cut off the hand of America and the disbelieving West from tampering with the issues of the Ummah.

The party also held a mass speech in Al-Wahda Market 6 in the East Nile locality in Khartoum, in which Professor Omar Hassan, a member of Hizb ut-Tahrir, spoke about the unity of the Ummah as a fateful issue, as he began his speech with the words of God Almighty: ﴿And hold firmly to the rope of Allah all together and do not become divided.﴾, explaining the meaning of the verse, then he mentioned that the Islamic Ummah was clinging to the rope of God Almighty, until the colonizing infidel came and destroyed the Caliphate and tore the Muslim countries into small states, and he is still plotting against the Ummah and breaking up the divided, so he separated South Sudan, and prepared the rest of the states for secession, and now America is seeking to separate the Darfur region. He indicated that the founding government is only a step on the road to tearing the country apart by separating Darfur.

Then he called on the Ummah to bear its responsibility to fulfill its duty, and to strive seriously to prevent the separation of Darfur as South Sudan was separated, and the audience interacted with the speech.

Concentration of the Jewish Entity in the Region

Is One of America's Most Important Goals

One of America's most important goals is to concentrate the Jewish entity in the region, because it is its base in the region and its arm with which it strikes without entering into direct wars as it did previously to concentrate its influence and prevent the liberation and renaissance of the Ummah and the establishment of its promised caliphate. It wants all Islamic countries to digest this strange entity from the body of the Ummah, recognize it, and consider it a project, and everyone forgets its usurpation of a dear Islamic land for Muslims, in which is the first of the two Qiblahs and the third of the two Holy Mosques, in exchange for empty promises to establish a demilitarized Palestinian entity called a Palestinian state, and it is not a state, but rather a self-rule over part of a part of Palestine.

Based on all of this, no good can be expected from these regimes for this Ummah, so it is necessary to be aware of this, and it is necessary to work to change them, as they are surrendered to the enemies of the Ummah, but rather servants to them, working to please them, supporting them, and keeping silent about their crimes against the Ummah.

The work must be focused on unifying the Islamic countries into one state that rules according to what God has revealed, to become a global superpower as it was for about 13 centuries, standing in the face of America and expelling it from the region, and cleansing Palestine and Kashmir from the clutches of the Jews and Hindus, as well as cleansing the other occupied Islamic countries and supporting the Muslims everywhere, not remaining separate countries that deceive the Muslims by concluding agreements, whether defensive, economic, or strengthening bilateral relations.

O Muslims: You Need a Ruler Who Follows the Example of the Messenger of God ﷺ

O Muslims, and O armies in the Muslim countries: You need a ruler who follows the example of the Messenger of God ﷺ in his positions and policies, and does as the honorable companions did, may God be pleased with them, and those who followed them in goodness, a ruler who takes the positions of Abu Bakr, Omar, Harun al-Rashid, al-Mu'tasim, Saladin, Baybars, Qutuz, and Abdul Hamid, you need a ruler whose word, if he speaks, echoes in the sides of the earth, and the hearts of the enemies tremble from it, a word followed by an action that makes the enemies forget the whispers of Satan, so Trump and his like of criminals do not do what they are doing to you today, but rather they calculate a thousand times for your Caliph.

You need the Caliphate that the Messenger of God ﷺ gave glad tidings of; the Second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood that Hizb ut-Tahrir, the leading party whose people do not lie, is working to establish, so come to work with it and support it, to attain the glory of this world and the victory in the Hereafter, otherwise if you do not do so, your treacherous rulers will lead you to destruction and hand you over to your enemies, ﴿O you who have believed, if you support Allah, He will support you and plant firmly your feet.﴾.

Calling for Full Normalization with the Jews

Is an Explicit Betrayal of the Ummah

The recent period witnessed a series of statements issued by the Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel-Aati during his participation in international conferences, the most prominent of which was his affirmation of "the importance of Israel living in peace and integrating into the region," and "full readiness for normalization with Israel" along with Saudi Arabia and other countries, and his statement that "the only solution for the future is the establishment of a demilitarized Palestinian state living in peace with Israel"... These statements clearly reflect the approach taken by the existing regimes in Muslim countries; the approach of full normalization with the usurping entity, and even seeking to secure it and integrate it into the region, in a way that serves the Western colonial project.

Ar-Raya: The statements of the Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdel-Aati, whether about "integration," "full normalization," or "the demilitarized state," are not personal positions, but rather an explicit expression of the policy of the Arab regimes linked to the West, which are working to liquidate the Palestinian issue, and they are also an expression of the separation of these regimes from the creed and feelings of the Ummah. The usurping entity is a malignant body planted in the body of the Ummah, it is not permissible to coexist with it or integrate it, but rather it must be uprooted from its roots.

America and Strained Relations

Between Republicans and Democrats

The Trump administration, as stated by Homeland Security Secretary Christy Noem to Fox News on 2025/10/5, described the city of Chicago as a war zone, which is considered a stronghold of the Democrats. She said about its Democratic mayor, Brandon Johnson, "His city is a war zone and he is lying to get the criminals who are destroying livelihoods in."

Trump signed a decree on 2025/10/4 to send 300 National Guard members to Chicago in the state of Illinois to protect federal personnel and assets, so Dick Durbin, the senator representing the state in the Senate, said: "The President is not seeking to combat crime, but to spread fear." Chicago is the fifth city led by Democrats that Trump has ordered to deploy the National Guard, after the cities of Los Angeles, Washington, Memphis, and Portland. Trump called for the imprisonment of the Democratic mayor of Chicago and the governor of Illinois because of their refusal to deploy the army.

Support and rejection of President Trump's plans are divided on partisan grounds, as 23 states controlled by Republicans supported Trump's decision, while 22 states controlled by Democrats rejected it.

Ar-Raya: This indicates the intensification of the conflict between the Democrats and Republicans, which did not exist previously, as they used to exchange roles in running the country and agree on changing methods in implementing policies. This situation portends more conflict and division in the United States, which leads to undermining its unity and calls for secession, which are signs of America's decline and thus its fall, and perhaps that will be at the hands of the Second Rightly Guided Caliphate according to the method of Prophethood, which will be established soon, God willing.

Companies Supporting Jewish Settlements

In the Egyptian Market

Misr Window stated on its website on Saturday 2025/10/04, that the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights published in late September 2025, an update to the database of companies involved in economic activities within the illegal settlements in the West Bank and East Jerusalem, which were established on land seized from the people of Palestine. The update included 158 companies, including six major companies with a clear commercial presence in the Egyptian market, namely: Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, TripAdvisor, Motorola Solutions, JCB.

Ar-Raya: Every economic, political or security support for the enemy is a despicable subservience and an actual participation for it in its war on Muslims, and therefore the Ummah must work to establish the rule of Islam that cuts off the roots of this subservience, and unites its energies in confronting its enemies, not in serving them.

The presence of companies supporting settlements within the Egyptian market, gas deals with the Jewish entity, and supplying it with food and energy, all represent direct support for the warring enemy, and a clear violation of the provisions of Sharia. They reveal a reality of political and economic subservience that must be radically changed.

The Ummah must reject this reality categorically, and work to end all forms of support and cooperation with this usurping entity, not only through individual boycotts, but through serious accountability and changing the regime that sponsors and secures it, and establishing the rule of Islam that liberates the Ummah from subservience, and supports our brothers in Palestine with actual support.

O people of Sudan: How long will the conflict in Sudan and elsewhere remain fuel for international ambitions and their struggle with their malicious plans, interventions, and supplying the conflicting parties with weapons to completely control it?! Your women and children have been suffering for more than two years from this bloody conflict that only serves the interests of the West and its allies in controlling the fate of Sudan, which has always been coveted for its location and wealth, so it is in their interest to tear it apart and fragment it. The Rapid Support Forces' seizure of Al-Fashir is just another episode in these plans, as America wants to carve out the Darfur region and concentrate its influence in Sudan and eliminate British influence in it.

The Goal of Ortagus' Visit

to Lebanon!

In light of the American offensive against Lebanon and the region with the project of normalization and surrender, and the US administration's endeavor under Trump and his team to bring more rulers of Muslim countries into the Abraham Accords, the visit of the American envoy Morgan Ortagus to Lebanon and the usurping Jewish entity comes, loaded with political, security, and economic pressures, threats, and conditions on Lebanon, noting that this visit coincided with the visit of the Secretary-General of the Arab League and the Director of Egyptian Intelligence, apparently to serve the same direction.

In response to these visits, a media statement from the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Wilayah Lebanon affirmed the following:

First: The interventions of America and its followers in Muslim countries are to serve the interests of America and the Jewish entity, not to serve our interests, especially since America is the first supporter of the Jewish entity in politics, economy, finance, weapons, and media, openly and publicly.

Second: The envoy's visit is not a neutral visit, as some may imagine! Rather, it comes in the context of a clear American policy in the region that supports the Jewish entity and contributes to enabling it militarily and politically, and what the American envoy offers is only an imposition of hegemony, a consecration of subservience, and a diminution of sovereignty, which is a form of surrender and submission to the Jews, and this is what God refuses for the people of Islam.

Third: Accepting these dictates and signing any agreements that consecrate foreign tutelage is a betrayal of God, His Messenger, the Ummah, and everyone who fought or sacrificed to remove this usurping entity from Lebanon and Palestine.

Fourth: Dealing with the Jewish entity is a crime in the legal sense for the vast majority of the people of Lebanon, Muslims and non-Muslims, even in the positive law to which the Lebanese authority resorts, or human law in general, especially after the criminal entity committed genocide in Gaza, which it has not and will not hesitate to do in Lebanon and other Muslim countries.

Fifth: The American campaign and offensive on the region will not pass, and America will not succeed in its endeavor to shape the region as it desires, and if it has its project for the region, which is based on colonialism, plundering peoples, misleading Muslims, and even taking them out of their religion by calling for the (Abrahamic religion), then Muslims, in return, have their project promised by God Almighty; the project of the Second Khilafah according to the method of Prophethood, which has become very close, God willing, and this project is the one that will redraw the region, and even the entire world, anew, in fulfillment of the saying of the Messenger ﷺ: "Indeed, God showed me the earth, and I saw its east and its west, and my nation will reach what was shown to me of it." Narrated by Muslim, and the Jewish entity will be eliminated as the Messenger of God ﷺ foretold in his hadith: "The Hour will not come until the Muslims fight the Jews and the Muslims kill them..." Agreed upon.

In conclusion, Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah Lebanon continues to adopt the task of repelling America's campaign and offensive of normalization and surrender on Lebanon and the region, and nothing will deter it from doing so, and we warn the Lebanese authority against following the path of normalization and surrender! And we call on it to seek refuge in its people to confront that, and not to play around with the matter under the pretext of borders or reconstruction and the influence of the international system, ﴿And Allah is predominant over His affair, but most people do not know.﴾.

Meets with a Number of Dignitaries from the City of Al-Ubayyid

A delegation from Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan, on Monday, November 3, 2025, visited a number of dignitaries from the city of Al-Ubayyid, the capital of North Kordofan. The delegation was led by Professor Al-Nazeer Muhammad Hussein Abu Minhaj, a member of the Hizb ut-Tahrir Council in Wilayah Sudan, accompanied by Engineer Banqa Hamid and Professor Muhammad Saeed Boukeh, members of Hizb ut-Tahrir.

The delegation met with:

Professor Khalid Hussein - Head of the Democratic Unionist Party, Jalaa Al-Azhari wing.

Dr. Abdullah Youssef Abu Seil - Lawyer and Professor of Law at universities.

Sheikh Abdul Rahim Jouda - From the Ansar al-Sunna group.

Mr. Ahmed Muhammad - Suna News Agency correspondent.

The meetings touched on the topic of the hour; the fall of Al-Fashir and the accompanying crimes of the militia against the people of the city, and the betrayal of the army leaders, who did not fulfill their duty towards the people of Al-Fashir and lift the siege on them, while they were capable of doing so throughout the period of the siege, and the repeated attacks on them, more than 266 attacks.

Then the delegation handed them a copy of the publication of Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah Sudan entitled: "The fall of Al-Fashir opens the way for America's plan to carve out the Darfur region and concentrate its influence in Sudan. How long will we be fuel for the international conflict?!" Their reactions were excellent and they called for the continuation of these meetings.

"Phoenix Express 2025" Exercises

A Chapter in Tunisia's Submission to American Hegemony

Tunisia's preparation to host the new version of the multilateral naval exercise "Phoenix Express 2025" during the month of November comes, which is the exercise that the US Africa Command has become organizing annually after the regime in Tunisia involved the country by signing with America, on 2020/09/30, a military cooperation agreement, which US Secretary of Defense Mark Esper described as a roadmap that lasts for ten years.

In this regard, a press statement by Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah Tunisia reminded that the party clarified when this dangerous agreement was signed that the matter goes beyond traditional agreements, as America is drawing up a huge project that requires 10 full years to complete, and that the roadmap, according to America's claim, is related to border control, port protection, combating extremist ideology, and confronting Russia and China, and this means, with all impudence, a diminution of Tunisia's sovereignty, but rather it is direct tutelage over our country.

The statement affirmed that Hizb ut-Tahrir in Wilayah Tunisia, despite the harassment, arrests, and military trials that our youth are subjected to as a result of their speaking out with the word of truth, reaffirms its call to dissolve this ominous colonial agreement that is intended to drag the country and the entire Islamic Maghreb and adapt them to the malicious American policies, and also repeated its appeal to the people of power and strength in Tunisia and all Muslim countries to pay attention to what the enemies of the Ummah are plotting against them and luring them to, and that the Shariah duty requires them to support their religion and repel the enemy lurking in their countries and their Ummah, and to exalt the word of God by supporting those who work to implement His Shariah and establish His state, the Second Khilafah Rashidah according to the method of Prophethood promised soon, God willing.

America's Disdain for Its Citizens

Leaves Women and Children Hungry

The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) is a federal program that helps low-income individuals and families and people with disabilities obtain electronic benefits that are used to purchase food and beverages, except for alcohol, and plants to grow their own food. Reports indicate that 42 million Americans rely on SNAP benefits to feed themselves and their families. 54% of adults who receive food assistance are women, most of whom are single mothers, and 39% are children, meaning that nearly one in five children relies on these benefits to ensure they don't go hungry. The federal shutdown also forced some states to find other ways to fund free and reduced-price food programs in their educational areas, so that children who rely on food during the school day would not have to live without food. As a result, the many food banks spread throughout the country post pictures of empty shelves and ask people to donate food and grocery store gift cards to meet the increasing demand for food.

Accordingly, the Women's Section in the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir said in a press statement: We may ask how can the richest country in the world ignore the fact that millions of its most vulnerable citizens will not find enough food? You may wonder where America spends its money, even during the shutdown? Well, instead of ensuring that Americans get enough food, they send billions of dollars to the Jewish entity to kill Palestinians. He is a ruler who sees building a luxurious celebration hall as more important than anything else, while other deputies find that their personal investments are given priority over the well-being of the people they are supposed to represent! As you can see, capitalist America has never been interested in caring for the affairs of its citizens, but was only interested in providing military and financial support to those who deprive children around the world of their right to security, food, shelter, and education, which are basic necessities. Therefore, it leaves children in America also suffering from hunger and insecurity, and lacking adequate education and health care.

"Every Muslim is inviolable to another Muslim: his blood, his wealth, and his honor."

To every Muslim, to every officer, soldier, and policeman, to everyone who owns a weapon: God Almighty has granted us reason to think with, and obligated us to use it correctly, so one should not act, perform any action, or utter any statement before knowing its Shariah ruling. Knowing the Shariah ruling requires understanding the reality to which the Shariah ruling is to be applied, so the Muslim must enjoy political awareness, so that he perceives matters as they really are, and is not carried away by the plans of the colonizing disbelievers who do not want good for us or for Islam, and who strive with all their might, cunning, and ingenuity to tear us apart, control our countries, and plunder our capabilities and wealth. How can a Muslim accept to be a tool in the hands of those colonizing disbelievers, or an executor of the orders of their agents?! Does he covet a little of the fleeting pleasures of this world, so he loses his Hereafter and is among the people of the Fire, abiding therein forever, cursed and expelled from the mercy of God? Does a Muslim accept to please any of the created, helpless humans while angering God Almighty, in whose hand is this world and the Hereafter?!

Hizb ut-Tahrir calls you to raise the level of political awareness, adhere to the rulings of God Almighty, and work with it to rule according to what God has revealed, so that it removes the hands of the colonizing disbelievers and their agents from you, and thwarts their plans in our countries.

Under this title, the Central Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir said in a press statement: Iran has announced the bankruptcy of the largest private bank in it, which is (Ayandeh) Bank, and this bank has 270 branches in Iran, after the debts on it increased to five billion dollars. The statement affirmed: The person responsible for that administrative failure that the Iranian president is talking about is the president himself, so why is the Iranian people hungry - O Masoud Pezeshkian - and you have oil, gas, and other wealth and minerals? Is it not a result of your foolish policies? Is it not due to your distance from ruling by Islam? The same can be said about the rest of the Muslim countries. The foolish rulers in them squander the Ummah's huge wealth, enable the colonizing disbelievers to access it, and deprive the Ummah of that wealth, then one of them comes to justify the reason for the hunger by saying that it is an administrative failure!

We ask the sincere descendants of the Ottoman heroes: What happened, O great army?! What is this humiliation and weakness?! Is it due to a lack of equipment and supplies?! How can this be, when you are the strongest army in the Middle East? And you rank eighth among the strongest armies in the world, while the Jewish entity ranks eleventh. That is, you are ahead of it in all respects, so how can you accept humiliation?!

The Jihadi army may lose a battle, but it will not lose a war; because the determination that ignited its leaders and soldiers is the same determination that created Badr, Hunayn, and Yarmouk, it is the same determination that opened Andalusia and made Muhammad al-Fatih determined to conquer Constantinople. And it is the same determination that will liberate Al-Aqsa and restore things to their rightful place.

We affirm that the national military doctrine has been lost and not preserved. It is a doctrine of weakness and failure, which diminishes the prestige of the army because it does not open the door to fighting in the way of God. It is a doctrine that made the military a job to receive a salary, so conscription became a heavy burden on the hearts of young people, who avoid it. It is a doctrine that made military ranks for boasting, so the army was emptied of its true meaning.
