O scholars of the Ummah: You are the heirs of the prophets and the trustees of the messengers to God’s servants, so carry your inheritance and be worthy of your trust as leaders of the Ummah on its path to returning as the master of the world. Carry it so that it may seize its authority from those who stole it from it, and uproot those borders that the West drew between its countries and return it all as one state as it was, and you and the Ummah pledge allegiance to a Caliph who establishes God’s rule among you, so that people may see it as a practical reality applied, and they enter the religion of God in droves. So how happy and joyful you will be then, and all this good is in your record and with it you will meet your Lord.

Let us stop the infidel West
From interfering in our lives
Under the auspices of the French organization Promediation, Sudanese parties held a workshop in Port Sudan, as stated on the Sudan Tribune website on 2025/10/5: (Spokesman for the Democratic Bloc, Muhammad Zakaria, said that the workshop "discusses how to hold the Sudanese-Sudanese dialogue, its parties, its venue, the role of mediation, and funding issues." He explained that the workshop will be followed by other stages with the aim of reaching a consensus between the largest possible number of political forces in the country, to achieve stability, stay away from conflicts, and negative tensions).
Accordingly, the official spokesman for Hizb ut-Tahrir in the State of Sudan, Professor Ibrahim Othman (Abu Khalil), said in a press statement: We in Hizb ut-Tahrir/State of Sudan, in light of this reality, clarify the following facts:
First: Islam has decisively settled the issue of the source of solutions to life's problems, making sovereignty for the Sharia alone. It is not permissible for a Muslim to take a solution to any problem of life except from the Sharia. Rather, it made that akin to faith. God Almighty said: ﴿But no, by your Lord, they will not [truly] believe until they make you, [O Muhammad], judge concerning that over which they dispute among themselves and then find within themselves no discomfort from what you have judged and submit in [full, willing] submission﴾. Therefore, the source of solutions is limited to Islam, and not the desires of politicians rushing for seats of power.
Second: Islam has obligated Muslims, when a dispute occurs in any matter, to refer it to the Book of God Almighty and the Sunnah of His Messenger ﷺ, not to colonial countries or their criminal organizations. Referring the matter to Islam is one of the constants of faith. God Almighty said: ﴿And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and the Messenger, if you should believe in Allah and the Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result.﴾.
Third: Relying on infidel colonial countries that hate Islam and Muslims, such as France, America, Britain, and Russia, and relying on the interventions of their criminal organizations, such as Promediation, the American Peace Institute, Chatham House, and others, is political suicide and betrayal of the Ummah. God Almighty says: ﴿O you who have believed, do not take as intimates those other than yourselves, for they will not spare you [any] ruin. They wish you would have hardship. Hatred has already appeared from their mouths, and what their breasts conceal is greater. We have certainly made clear to you the signs, if you will use reason.﴾.
Fourth: Islamic Sharia has limited the relationship with foreign countries and their organizations to the state, and has prohibited any individual or group from having a relationship with a foreign country or any foreign organization at all, as this poses a great danger to the entity of the state and the Ummah.
Fifth: Islam is rich in its rulings and solutions to all problems of life, as politics in Islam is taking care of people's affairs, internally and externally, and the state carries it out practically. It is the noblest of deeds, but rather it is the work of the prophets, as the Prophet ﷺ described it when he said: «The Children of Israel were governed by the prophets; whenever a prophet died, another succeeded him. There will be no prophet after me, but there will be caliphs, and they will be numerous.» They asked, “What do you command us to do?” He said, «Fulfill the pledge of allegiance to the first, then the first, and give them their due. Allah will ask them about what He entrusted to them.» Reported by Muslim.
Professor Abu Khalil concluded his press statement by saying: The Ummah today needs the system of Islam; the righteous Caliphate according to the method of prophethood, which establishes the religion, applies the Sharia, eradicates the influence of the infidel colonial West from our countries, and pursues the people of doubt who communicate with Western embassies and organizations, and makes life exclusively for the One God. For such a thing, let the workers work. God Almighty says: ﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.﴾.

To the sincere soldiers
In the armies of the Muslims
O armies in the lands of the Muslims: The Crusaders, with their gathering from Europe, attacked the lands of the Muslims and stayed in Jerusalem for years, wreaking havoc and fighting continued with them until the soldiers of Islam fought them under the leadership of Saladin, so he defeated them in a defeat they deserved, and then liberated it and drove them out of it with killing and humiliation.. And its people returned to it, glorifying and victorious..
Are you not, O soldiers in the armies of the Muslims, able to follow those who preceded you from the soldiers of Islam, so liberate Palestine and Gaza Hashem by crushing the entity of the Jews and removing it from existence, so that the people of Gaza, but rather all of Palestine, return to their homes, honored and victorious, preceded by the glorifications of victory, Allah is greater...?
Yes, you are capable, for you surround the entity of the Jews as the bracelet surrounds the wrist, but you need a sincere, truthful leader.. Is there not among you such a leader who will lead you to fight your enemy who has been struck with humiliation and misery, and he will not be victorious in a fight with you ﴿And if they fight you, they will show you their backs; then they will not be aided﴾? And then you fight them in a battle that scatters those behind them, so the gathering is defeated and they turn their backs.
Yes, you are capable, so rely on your Lord and resolve your matter and be among those of whom God said while they were fighting their enemy, saying: ﴿Say, "Do you await for us except one of the two best things [i.e., victory or martyrdom]? But we await for you that Allah will afflict you with punishment from Himself or at our hands. So wait; indeed, we are waiting with you."﴾.
If the rulers prevent you from fighting your enemy, then take them in every way and support God, He will support you, and the people of Gaza, but rather all of Palestine, will return to their homes victorious, glorifying, and subjugating their enemy, destroying his entity, not that they return and their enemy dominates the blessed land with the support of Trump and the inaction of the lowly rulers!!

The Jordanian regime's security services
Arrest one of the youth of Hizb ut-Tahrir
On 2025/10/8, the Jordanian regime's security services carried out a brutal arrest of Professor Khaled Al-Ashqar (Abu Al-Mu'taz), one of the youth of Hizb ut-Tahrir, from the door of the mosque as he was leaving prayer (in addition to his brother-in-law, his wife's brother, at the same time from another place); simply because he spoke with a mosque imam earlier about the conditions in Gaza and the need to support it, and what the Ummah must do legally to support it.
In response to this heinous crime, the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the State of Jordan said in a press statement: The intensification of the regime's repressive campaign against a word of truth that is proclaimed when revealing its shortcomings and harmony with the entity of the Jews and America and its failure to fulfill its duty to support the people of Gaza by deploying armies, indicates its insistence on moving forward in its subordination to the infidel colonial West and its injustice to the people of Jordan and the people of Palestine, and on its persistence in allying with the enemies of the Ummah and relying on them, when a word of truth shakes it in the face of its injustice.
He added: As you have known Hizb ut-Tahrir, it will not give up and will not be deterred by these arrests and the repression practiced by the regime against its youth and the media blackout it practices, it will not deter it from expressing its positions and the goal it is working for through intellectual struggle and political struggle, which is the resumption of the Islamic way of life by establishing the Caliphate according to the method of prophethood, which will send armies to eliminate the entity of the Jews and the arms of America and its plans for the region and restore the Ummah's pride and dignity.

Arrest of youth from Hizb ut-Tahrir
In the capital, Beirut!
In a return to the approach of arbitrary arrests, and the actions of security services without any legal basis, people - who were later identified as being from a security apparatus affiliated with the authority - on motorcycles arrested two young men from Hizb ut-Tahrir in the State of Lebanon while they were distributing a statement denouncing the continued aggression of the Jews against Lebanon and its people, on 2025/10/17 after Friday prayers from in front of the Imam Ali Mosque in the Tariq al-Jadida area in the capital, Beirut!
In response, a press statement issued by the Media Office of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the State of Lebanon said: Does Lebanon, with its new era under the leadership of the former army commander and an international court judge - who promised a state of law - maintain the methods of bygone regimes?! Then what frightened them about Hizb ut-Tahrir? Is it its denunciation of the aggression of the Jews?! Or its talk about the authority's path of normalization and surrender that America is managing?! Or its call to confront the campaigns of the Jews and America in Lebanon and the region?! Or is it an attempt to silence mouths despite the alleged changes in the authority's approach and its security leaders who claim to be working to create a state of law?!
He added: The near and far know that Hizb ut-Tahrir will not be silenced by these methods, and their experiences with it are a witness to that in Lebanon and elsewhere, and the party will remain confronting the aggression of the Jews against Lebanon and its people, and confronting any manifestation of normalization or surrender to the American project.
The statement called on the authority to stop this arbitrariness regarding saying the word of truth and political opinion, and demanded it immediately and urgently release the brothers Hassan Abdel Hadi and Salah Dawood without any delay or procrastination.

Hizb ut-Tahrir/ Wilayah of Tunisia
Forum "The Liberation Project... in the Balance of Sharia Ruling"
On Sunday, 2025/10/12, Hizb ut-Tahrir in the State of Tunisia organized a dialogue forum in the locality of Kairouan entitled "The Liberation Project... in the Balance of Sharia Ruling," attended by a group of people from the country. Professor Abdul Raouf Al-Amiri touched on the period of time that followed the destruction of the Caliphate, and how the colonizer made a handful of politicians after filling them with his false ideas such as nationalism, the civil state, and democracy, and then placed them in positions that enabled them to implement those ideas that were the main reason behind the country's reaching what it is suffering today from dependence and backwardness. Professor Al-Amiri explained that Hizb ut-Tahrir has prepared a draft constitution derived from the Book of God and the Sunnah of His Messenger ﷺ and it is ready for application and implementation, and that the Ummah's duty is to apply it because it is a legal ruling that God has imposed on it, and it is the real, legal, and possible liberation project.
In his interventions, Professor Al-Taher Nasr touched on the fact that the West brought the politicians who took over the government to implement their legislation and ideas and to prevent Islam and its ideas and legislation from reaching power, and that Islam is a set of legal rulings that have addressed all of man's problems. In the end, he explained that the difficulties that prevent this system from reaching power can be overcome if men stand up for it and the public opinion is on it, and if the people of power and protection bring it to power, which is the legal method that the Messenger of God ﷺ has assigned us to follow.

O Muslims: Do not put your issues in the hands of your enemies
O Muslims: Your cowardly rulers have sold you for the cheapest of prices, and surrendered your issues to your enemies, in order to preserve their crooked, collapsing chairs, and your silence about them makes them continue in their error and betrayals. They are not ashamed of God, His Messenger, or you. They have conspired against the blessed land of Palestine and enabled the cowardly, vile Jews to occupy it, and they have remained silent about the killing of tens of thousands and the destruction of homes over the heads of their inhabitants in the Gaza Strip, and they watched the displacement of its people from their homes, and during that time they were calling for peace, and for the two-state solution - the American project - which achieves the interests of the entity of the Jews.
The time has come, O Muslims, to put an end to the betrayals of these lowly rulers, and reject them as one rejects a date pit, and work with Hizb ut-Tahrir, the pioneering party whose people do not lie, to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing the second righteous Caliphate according to the method of prophethood, so that your glory and dignity may return to you. Seize the initiative, and be the active and influential participants in supporting your issues, and do not allow your enemies to take over your affairs, so support God by working to implement His Sharia, He will support you and empower you in the land, and know that ﴿If Allah should aid you, no one can overcome you; but if He should forsake you, who is there that can aid you after Him? And upon Allah let the believers rely.﴾.

America is accelerating its plan to separate the Darfur region
O people of Sudan, America, which separated southern Sudan, is now returning to skin Darfur. If you deal with this issue in the same way that you dealt with the issue of southern Sudan, then its plan to tear Sudan into five states, drawing its borders with your blood and the blood of your children, is inevitable, and that is the clear loss in this world and the hereafter.
Know that peoples and nations have fateful issues towards which they take the action of life or death, and you, the people of Sudan, are Muslims, bearing witness that there is no god but God and that Muhammad is the Messenger of God, and the creed of Islam has defined for you your fateful issues towards which you take one action, which is either life under its shadow, or death in its cause, and among these fateful issues is the issue of the unity of the Ummah, and the unity of the state, where the Sharia defined the issue, and defined the action.
It is a pivotal moment in your history, so rise up as one man to foil this conspiracy and you are capable if you seek help from God and rely on Him with true reliance, and ask your sincere sons from the people of power and protection to return to you your authority that was usurped by the agents and hypocrites who serve the infidel West and its criminal projects, and that can only be by giving them victory to Hizb ut-Tahrir, which is aware of the conspiracies of the infidel West; its plans, its methods, and its men, and is aware of the great principle of Islam as a system of life, so rise, O Muslims, to obey God, and for the good of this world and the hereafter. God Almighty says: ﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life.﴾.

The solution to the problems of Muslims lies in removing the rulers of dependency
And establishing the Islamic state
The conscious view and what the Islamic Ummah has faced in the national, statelet creations of the colonizing, infidel West, of occupation, killing, displacement, looting, and humiliation, and above all else, the exclusion of the rule of Islam and disobedience to God Almighty, its cause is the absence of the Islamic state whose Caliph used to be protected by and fight from behind, and it is what Muslims must make their first fateful issue that restores their glory, dignity, and sovereignty over their countries and their will.
The solutions that America is putting in place for the Middle East are rejected wholesale, because it seeks to dominate blessed Palestine and all Muslim countries, in addition to its confirmed prohibition. And the saying of the weakeners and the subdued that we have no power over America and its tool, the entity of the Jews, has no basis in truth, ﴿Is not Allah sufficient for His Servant? And [yet], they threaten you with those [they worship] other than Him. And whomever Allah leaves astray - for him there will be no guide.﴾, the truth that must be understood is that the solution lies in removing the rulers of dependency and establishing the one Islamic state on the ruins of their thrones, and anything else is in vain and a departure from the legal solution and a prolongation of the suffering of the Islamic Ummah, as it is the central issue that is the key to solutions for the victory and empowerment that God has promised to achieve.
