Ar-Raya Newspaper: The people revolted against the injustice and corruption of the Moroccan regime
So it confronted them with its repressive machinery!
Morocco has witnessed disastrous transformations during this decade as a result of the regime's involvement in toxic capitalist policies in response to the encroachment of Western capitalism and its multinational corporations and the programs of its international institutions such as the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank, which further darkened the situation and turned the disaster into a tragedy, which is the enthusiasm of the palace and its narrow circle in adopting these policies and the speed of their implementation because it is the first local beneficiary of them.
Thus, in the name of privatization, foreign investment, companies, currency floating, and drowning in a sea of debt, the country has turned into a private farm for Western capitalism and its companies, as well as the palace and its narrow circle, and all the country's wealth has been plundered and transferred to the private account of these parties specifically.
Under these toxic capitalist policies, complete and comprehensive control of the country's mineral wealth has been achieved. The pace of agreements, contracts, discoveries, exploration, extraction and marketing has accelerated, in addition to previous agreements and contracts, whether in the energy sector (oil, gas and oil shale), or precious metals (gold, silver, copper and rare strategic metals in technology such as cobalt...), and in other fields such as renewable energy (wind energy and solar panels), as well as seawater desalination to transform it capitalistically into a commodity for the growth of the gang's profits, and the pace of discoveries of oil, gas and new mines in Morocco by British companies specifically and Western companies in general, along with the Managem company belonging to the palace, has accelerated.
As for the country's agriculture, it has become the property of Western capitalism and the local narrow circle, and all policies related to the agricultural sector have become from the vision and design of Western capitalism; from the Green Morocco Plan (2008-2018), then the Green Generation Strategy that followed it (2020-2030), all of which are toxic and malicious plans from the dictates of Western capitalist institutions, headed by the World Bank, with which the country's lands have been transformed into farms for Western capitalism in which what the Western market needs is produced at the expense of the livelihood of the people of the country and their livelihood (export agriculture), and the people's crops, udders and water have been depleted and left to black poverty, and the regime followed in its corruption by handing over the sea and its contents to Western capitalist companies through the "Halieutis" fisheries plan announced in 2009. As a result of these malicious and toxic capitalist policies, idleness and unemployment spread in cities, villages and rural areas and the agricultural and fisheries sector, poverty spread and overflowed.
The harvest of the disaster revealed the scale of the terrifying devastation. Over the past ten years, the growth index has continued to decline, unemployment rates have risen, indebtedness has reached astronomical figures, the economic crisis has worsened, and the deterioration of people's livelihoods has intensified, and exorbitant prices have become a nightmare and a fright to people. Morocco has turned into a bankrupt country and one of the largest Arab and African countries in debt. Its debt has exceeded the 100 billion mark and reached $107.9 billion in 2024, according to the International Monetary Fund, and the debt for this year 2025 is estimated at about $130 billion, with external debt representing about $85 billion, which constitutes 85% of the gross domestic product, an increase of 3% over 2024. It is a terrible and frightening debt, and the last ten years have recorded the regime's sinking into the swamp of debt and its fall into the abyss of bankruptcy. One of the consequences of this astronomical debt was the dictates of Western financial institutions and complete submission to Western capitalism, through the adoption of a policy called austerity (enabling Western capitalism to acquire wealth at the expense of the poverty and impoverishment of people). The measures of this malicious and toxic policy included reducing and cutting management and operation expenses for the basics of society; laying off employees, workers and wage earners in the public sector, reducing wages, raising the retirement age, while raising the volume of tax deductions from wages, raising taxes on goods and services, raising subsidies on basic materials for people's livelihoods (wheat, sugar, oil, fuel...), liberalizing prices and leaving them prey to the capitalist market and the profits of its monsters and its black exorbitant prices, and liberalizing foreign trade from customs duties in service of Western capitalism and harming local trade, privatizing public sectors and public utilities (education, health, transportation...), and floating the currency to reduce its value so that the Western capitalist importer benefits, and burdening people with the exorbitant burdens and costs of education, medicine, housing, transportation, and all living costs and services, as debt servicing (the interest resulting from it) has become annually consuming more than the combined budgets of education and health, and the largest part of the state's revenues depends on taxes and borrowing. According to the draft state budget for the year 2024, which was estimated at 311 billion dirhams, of which 245 billion dirhams came from direct and indirect taxes, and as a result of these tragic conditions, poverty has worsened and become widespread. The shame of the regime's policy was compounded by collecting poverty and taxes on people and wasting money on malicious and toxic projects; stadiums, casinos and organized entertainment (organizing the African Cup of Nations for the year 2026 and the World Cup 2030), which resulted in exorbitant crippling prices, a predatory extortionist ghoul, and a deep abyss of bankruptcy for a failed and bankrupt regime!
This catastrophic and tragic situation was the cause of burning congestion and the fuse of an explosion, which translated into sit-ins and scattered demonstrations to complain in most parts of the country, and it was not long before it included all the capitals of the country, even its rural areas. The people revolted against the injustice, oppression, corruption and ugly policies of the regime, so it confronted them with its repressive machinery. In its bankruptcy and failure, all that remained in its hand was the stick of its repression and abuse!
O people of Morocco oppressed by the systems of colonialism: Know that your tragedy is not a dissonance, but rather a crack in the tragedy of a nation with the loss of its Islam and the control of Western infidel colonialism over its life through systems of local, predominant thieves. You are a case of the destruction and devastation produced by capitalist ignorance and its malicious and toxic monopolies in complete collusion with the treacherous regimes that are agents of the peripheral countries in the lands of Muslims. This black poverty, the grinding crises, the bankruptcy and the devastation are the malicious and toxic harvest of the West's deadly capitalism and its system that controls your lives through internal tools from agents of government and politics!
This capitalist ignorance that has filled the earth with evils, misfortunes, torments and human tragedies is the cause of your tragedies, and the systems of betrayal and shame are the bombs of your destruction and devastation, and it will not end with the affairs of mankind until it is completely destroyed or among the perished.
It is time for you to get out of this wilderness, and to break free from the delusions of the West, the darkness of its disbelief, the ignorance of its capitalism, and its tools of rulers of betrayal and shame. It is time for you to save yourselves, your nation, and all of humanity from this civilizational crushing, misleading wilderness, and heavy debris. You are from the best nation brought out for people, the people of the message and testimony, and it will only be by restoring your usurped authority from the West and its cronies first, and destroying its idols and idols, and blowing up the falsehood of its philosophy, system and systems, and implementing the Sharia of your Lord by establishing the order of your Islam by pledging allegiance to a man from you who judges you by the Book of God Almighty and the Sunnah of your Prophet ﷺ, and restores in you the biography of the noble and righteous Companions; a righteous caliphate on the path of prophecy, in which the rulings of the Qur’an are established after abandonment, and the Sunnah of the guided Prophet ﷺ is revived after death, and you resume your noble and dear Islamic life after a long period of interruption, and you carry the call of the great Islam as guidance to the worlds, so that you connect the earth to the sky so that the Lord of the earth and the sky is pleased with you. We call you to the light of God, so respond and answer, for in it is your salvation and your deliverance.
﴿Alif, Lam, Ra. [This is] a Book which We have revealed to you, [O Muhammad], that you might bring mankind out of darknesses into the light by permission of their Lord - to the path of the Exalted in Might, the Praiseworthy﴾
