Kushi News: Relations with foreign countries are limited to the state alone, because it alone has the right to take care of the nation's affairs in practice.

Some media outlets reported news that a delegation from the coalition of parties and movements of eastern Sudan, led by Shiba Darar, and accompanied by a delegation of dignitaries, met with the Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki on Saturday, 8/2/2025 in his office “Baadi Hallu,” where the delegation discussed with him the current situation in Sudan in general, focusing on the challenges facing the eastern Sudan region. The delegation also stressed the importance of coordination with neighboring countries to support the stability of the country, and to confront the political and security crises.
Has the weakness and humiliation of the Sudanese government reached this level, or is it seeking to tame people to accept these distorted images, for a need in itself; these images, including the training of militias with regional or tribal loyalty in Eritrea?!
This chaos sponsored by the Sudanese government, politically and militarily, including the elevation of racist discourse in political circles, all of that only serves America's plan to tear Sudan into several small states; Darfur, then eastern Sudan!!
The Sudanese government must be careful, and stop this playing with fire, which will destroy the unity of what remains of the country and leave it a memory, and that is a great betrayal. Stop these political actions that target the unity of the country, stop the series of manufacturing local militias or those linked to foreign countries for training.
As for the issue of the citizens of the Islamic State; what is for them, what is against them, and their relationship with foreign countries, it is a legitimate issue, and Islam the Great has a clear statement on it; as it is not permissible for the subjects to do the work of the ruler, neither internally nor externally, except with a legitimate mandate, such as the Caliph of the Muslims, because he is responsible for taking care of affairs internally and externally, according to his saying ﷺ: «...THE IMAM WHO IS OVER THE PEOPLE IS A SHEPHERD AND HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR HIS FLOCK», and either to those whom the Caliph has appointed, from assistants, governors, and others.
When the righteous Caliphate is established soon, God willing, then no one will be allowed to meet with the heads of foreign countries, or to have a relationship with a foreign country. It was stated in the draft constitution of the Caliphate presented by Hizb ut-Tahrir to the nation, Article (182): (It is not permissible for any individual, party, bloc, or group to have a relationship with any foreign country at all, and the relationship with countries is limited to the state alone, because it alone has the right to take care of the nation's affairs in practice, and the nation and blocs must hold the state accountable for this external relationship).
O people of Sudan, is what we call you to better or this miserable reality in which you live?!
Isn't it time for you to work with Hizb ut-Tahrir; the pioneer who does not lie to you, to establish the second righteous Caliphate on the method of Prophethood? It alone preserves the entity of the state, and gives it prestige, so it does not allow any other country to interfere in its affairs, or open lines of communication with its citizens, as all of that is a great crime and a danger to its entity.
﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life. And know that Allah intervenes between a man and his heart and that to Him you will be gathered.﴾.
