Kushi News: Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan held a political address
Following the increasing phenomenon of thefts, looting, and terrorizing of people in many cities of Sudan, Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan held a political address at four o'clock on Monday evening, 26 Muharram 1447 AH, corresponding to 07/21/2025 AD, in front of the Al-Haramain Hotel in the Grand Market in Port Sudan, in which Professor Muhammad Jami Abu Ayman, Assistant Official Spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan, spoke.
Professor Abu Ayman began his speech, explaining the importance of security, and that it is a basic need that a person needs in his life, and that Islam has revealed legislations and rulings, which if applied in the state, will guarantee the provision of security for society. The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: (Whoever wakes up safe in his home, healthy in his body, has the food of his day, it is as if the world has been brought together for him).
Then he explained how Islam was keen to combat crime of all kinds, especially thefts, looting, and highway robbery, etc., with the Islamic penal system, including the Sharia penalties, which the state applies to be deterrents and compensators, and he cited the hadith: "Implementing one ḥadd (prescribed punishment) on earth is better for its people than forty nights of rain," and how leniency in implementing the limits of God has emboldened criminals to corruption on earth.
God Almighty said: {Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world, and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment} [Al-Ma'idah: 33], speaking about the hadd of Hirabah and the importance of applying it to what is called the Nine Long Gangs, and if only one hadd was applied, the criminals would be deterred immediately, and these manifestations of crime would disappear from our lives.
The audience continued to follow the address with passion, until one of them carried the banner expressing his standing with the banner of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, wherever it was raised, according to him.
In conclusion, the speaker urged the audience to work to establish the limits of God on earth, for those who seek security and stability, and this can only be achieved if Muslims seek to establish the Caliphate state that applies the rulings of Islam and carries it to the world through da’wah and jihad, citing the hadith of the Prophet ﷺ: (Whoever among you lives after me will see much disagreement, so adhere to my Sunnah and the Sunnah of the Rightly Guided Caliphs after me, cling to it with your molar teeth).
