Koshi News: Press Release Attacks by (Tusaa Tawila) Will Only Be Eliminated by Applying Sharia Law under the Caliphate

Habiba Al-Amin, a journalist at the Koshi News website, was seriously attacked by individuals belonging to the "Tusaa Tawila" gang in the Transit area of Port Sudan, while returning from media coverage with a number of her colleagues. This is just one incident of many incidents of looting, robbery and murder, inside cities that are supposed to be safe, as in Omdurman and Khartoum, and now in the administrative capital, Port Sudan. These are cities under the control of the government and its security services.
However, criminals attack with boldness, as if they are confident that the government's hand will not reach them, and if it does, they are reassured by the weakness of the deterrent penalty, despite the magnitude of the crime committed.
No one disagrees that the spread of crime can only be deterred by establishing Sharia law. The Sharia rule is that (Hudud are deterrents and atonements); they are deterrents from committing crimes and forgiveness for those upon whom the Hudud is applied, atoning for the torment of the Hereafter.
Abdullah bin Omar said: "The Prophet ﷺ cut off (the hand) for a shield worth three dirhams." Narrated by Ibn Majah, and this is his wording, and narrated by Al-Bukhari and Muslim. And in a narration: "The Prophet ﷺ cut off the hand of a man who stole a shield from the women's row, its price was three dirhams." Sahih Abu Dawood, Al-Nasa'i and others.
As for those who terrorize the safe, and practice killing, rape, plunder, and robbery, by force of arms, as is the case with (Tusaa Tawila), the noble verses have come rebuking and deterring them. God Almighty said: ﴿THE ONLY RECOMPENSE OF THOSE WHO WAGE WAR AGAINST ALLAH AND HIS MESSENGER AND STRIVE UPON EARTH [TO CAUSE] CORRUPTION IS THAT THEY BE KILLED OR CRUCIFIED OR THAT THEIR HANDS AND FEET BE CUT OFF FROM OPPOSITE SIDES OR THAT THEY BE EXILED FROM THE LAND. THAT IS FOR THEM A DISGRACE IN THIS WORLD, AND FOR THEM IN THE HEREAFTER IS A GREAT PUNISHMENT﴾. If the government had taken the initiative and applied just one of God's laws, all criminals would have been deterred, but it seems that it is an honor it does not deserve, so we see it going around in circles, thinking that appointing a Minister of Interior, or deploying the police in the city center, or organizing security campaigns, would make a difference, but the situation is getting worse.
Sharia rulings are only applied under the state of Islam; the righteous Caliphate on the method of Prophethood, as it alone deters criminals and restrains them. As for democratic systems, they breed criminals, create crime, and foster corruption, due to the weakness of their penalties. They think they are more merciful to people than their Creator, and there is no sin after disbelief.
Will the people of power and strength in our country respond to the caller of the Most Merciful, and give victory to Hizb ut-Tahrir, to hold the Sharia pledge of allegiance to a righteous caliph, who establishes justice, spreads security, and deters criminals; their big ones before their small ones, in accordance with the words of the Prophet ﷺ: «Indeed, the Imam is a shield, from behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected»?!
﴿O you who have believed, respond to Allah and to the Messenger when he calls you to that which gives you life﴾.
