Koshi News: Speech of the Official Spokesman of Hizb ut-Tahrir in the Wilayah of Sudan
(The Quartet's Statement and the Missing Sovereignty)
The foreign ministers of the so-called Quartet, namely America, Saudi Arabia, the Emirates, and Egypt, issued a statement regarding Sudan, the most prominent of which was:
1- A three-month humanitarian truce to enable the entry of humanitarian aid, leading immediately to a permanent ceasefire.
2- Launching a comprehensive and transparent transitional process, concluding within nine months, towards the establishment of a legitimate civilian government.
3- The future of Sudan's governance is decided by the Sudanese people, through a comprehensive transitional process, characterized by transparency, and not subject to the control of any party to the conflict.
Commenting on the Quartet's statement, the Sudanese Foreign Ministry issued a statement on Saturday, Rabi' al-Awwal 21, 1447 AH, corresponding to September 13, 2025 AD, stating: (The Government of Sudan supports any regional and international effort that helps it end the war, but it does not accept any interventions that do not respect the sovereignty of the state and its legitimate institutions, which is defending the people and the land, as it refuses to equate it with the Rapid Support Forces).
Whoever follows the Sudan file, and the fierce international conflict on its lands, knows full well that this war is being managed by America to eradicate the influence of the British, and to tear Sudan apart by separating Darfur, and that all the political actions taken by America, or its tools in Sudan, are in order to eliminate any action that returns the British men to the scene, therefore, the Quartet's move at this time came against the backdrop of the movement of the British men through the African Union Commission, to return (Sumoud) to the scene again, where informed sources revealed that the African Union directed the invitation to the national forces supporting the Sudanese army, and to the (Sumoud) group, to attend the Sudanese-Sudanese dialogue meetings on the sixth of October / October in Addis Ababa, where the British men are active, especially in the African Union Commission, to re-float (Sumoud), and in the same context, the African Union Commissioner, Mahmoud Ali Youssef, met on Friday 12/09/2025, in Abu Dhabi, with Abdullah Hamdok, head of (Sumoud), and a prominent leader in the Sumoud coalition told Sudan Tribune that the meeting between Hamdok and Youssef “dealt with the role of the African Union in resolving the conflict, and the agreement on a credible political process led by the Sudanese under the umbrella of the African Union.” Therefore, America moved through the Quartet, adopting the roadmap dated 03/10/2025, which was presented by Sudan's Permanent Representative to the United Nations, Al-Harith Idris, to the Secretary-General of the United Nations, and America seeks to make the Quartet's statement, which is the roadmap presented by the Sudanese government itself, the basis for a settlement between the government and the Rapid Support Forces, when its cooking is completely ripe.
This is the political reality in Sudan, so where is the location of the word sovereignty in this absurd theater?!
We in Hizb ut-Tahrir / Wilayah of Sudan, clarify the following facts:
First: The Sykes-Picot statelets established by the disbelieving colonialist West on the ruins of the Ottoman Caliphate, including Sudan, are functional, colonized statelets, over which the colonialists are fighting; and their tools in that are the leaders of the armed forces, the rebel movements, and the overt or covert secular political center. These tools of the colonialist have no sovereignty over themselves, so how can their countries have sovereignty over themselves?!
Second: Misleading is the most dangerous weapon of the disbelieving colonialist and his aides, as they make the enemy a friend who interferes in every detail of the state and in people's lives, and they make the brother an enemy in whom the killing machine works, so the envoys and ambassadors of the enemies exploit the country's arena under the pretext that they are friends who care about the interest of the country and the people!
Third: How can a rational person talk about sovereignty in this country when its problems are discussed in all United Nations agencies, especially the Security Council, the African Union, the Arab League, IGAD, the Quartet, Sudan's neighboring countries, and the Alps Alliance, and no two heads of state or two foreign ministers meet without talking about Sudan's issues and problems, and then we talk about sovereignty, is there not among you a wise man?!
Fourth: With the absence of the Muslims' state; the Caliphate, the concept of sovereignty disappeared from our country, and it is only used by the tools of the disbelieving colonialist from rulers and politicians, to stand in the face of projects opposing the interest of their master, and then they invoke the concept of sovereignty as an argument for not allowing it to pass, and when the criminal project comes from their master, they pass it under the pretext that they are friends who care about the interest of the country and the people!
Fifth: The disbelieving colonialists, especially America, the first state in this capitalist world, are the ones who ignite wars in the weak countries, then they take the management of these wars as a tool to achieve their own interests, not the interests of the weak peoples, so colonialism is concentrated and countries are fragmented, therefore, no one calls for, nor allows the intervention of the disbelieving colonialist, or his functional tools from the countries of the region, except a traitorous agent to his people, therefore, any recourse to foreigners was political suicide.
Sixth: Don't international relations depend on parity and reciprocity?! So where is that in the dealings of our governments in Sudan with the countries that have envoys, whom they send to discuss with our rulers the finest details of our lives; from food, nutrition, medicine, education, the siege of Al-Fashir and everything?! For example, the Sudafax website reported on 09/10/2025 about a meeting between Kamel Idris and the British envoy Richard Crowder, “Crowder stressed that his country's priorities are currently focused on reaching a ceasefire in the city of Al-Fashir and ensuring the arrival of humanitarian aid to civilians without obstacles, stressing London's full support for the efforts of stability and peace in Sudan.” Our ears have become accustomed to hearing such news, and no one in the political center denies it, but some view it as a breakthrough and an achievement, but can Al-Burhan send an envoy to discuss with the British Prime Minister Britain's internal problems?! This necessitates our need for a truly sovereign state, not hypocrisy.
Seventh: America moves whenever it feels that there is a party contesting it in the Sudan file, so it issued the Quartet statement, then sent its envoy to the African Union, where the Al Jazeera Net website reported on 09/18/2025 “Musaad Boulos, Senior Advisor to the US President for African Affairs, affirmed that the Quartet mechanism concerned with Sudan is a platform supporting other initiatives, and not a replacement for them, stressing that the African Union remains a key party in the efforts to resolve the Sudanese crisis. During a joint press conference with the Head of the African Union Commission, Mahmoud Ali Youssef, in Addis Ababa, Boulos explained that the Quartet is working in parallel with other platforms, and has achieved positive results, especially after the announcement of the reform roadmap that included clear timetables.” It is conceivable that America will obstruct the invitation to the Sudanese-Sudanese dialogue, which the British men want to make a Trojan horse to bring their men in Sumoud into the political scene in Sudan, where the Investigator website stated “The head of the National Action Forces, Dr. Al-Tijani Sissi, affirmed that it is difficult for the national forces to participate in the preparatory meetings for the Sudanese-Sudanese dialogue scheduled to be held in Addis Ababa on the sixth of October / October, under the umbrella of the African Union. Sissi said that the Sudanese national forces have reservations about the invitation and the way it was presented by the African Union.” This is our country, an arena for international conflict!
O honorable people, in the political and media circles:
We need to resume our Islamic life, by establishing the Rightly Guided Caliphate, which purifies the political center of hypocrites and agents, and eradicates the influence of the disbelieving colonialist West from our country; its capitalist principle and its utilitarian mentality, to breathe the fragrance of servitude to God alone, and live a life of sovereignty in it for the Sharia alone, led by men who restore our pride and dignity, so we return as the best nation brought forth for mankind, so be, O brothers, for that from the workers, callers and preachers, for in that is the good of this world and the hereafter.
