Victory and security will only be achieved by adhering to God's commands
The new Sudanese Minister of Religious Endowments, Bashir Haroun Abdel Karim, began by issuing letter No. (1) to dedicate the Friday sermon to supporting the armed forces and supporting the besieged areas.
He is a leader in the Sudan Liberation Army movement and a member of the leadership body of the Sudan Alliance. His appointment came as part of the new quota for armed movements in the government of hope headed by Kamel Idris within the framework of implementing the Juba Agreement for power-sharing with the armed movements.
The letter addressed to the Friday preachers stated:
Within the framework of the ministry's religious and national duty to support our valiant armed forces and the forces supporting them, and in light of the exceptional circumstances the country is going through and the internal and external targeting, we direct the esteemed preachers and imams in all mosques in Sudan, at home and abroad, to dedicate the Friday sermon corresponding to 8/1/2025 as follows:
The first part of the sermon: Emphasizing the heroic role played by the armed forces and the forces supporting them in defending the homeland and the security of the citizen, with a call to stand united behind them and pray for their victory and steadfastness.
The second part of the sermon: Remembering the affected and besieged areas by the Rapid Support militia and Abdelaziz al-Hilu, and the suffering of citizens from the siege and harsh humanitarian conditions in (Al-Dalanj - Kadugli - Babanusa - Al-Fasher), with a sincere prayer to God to grant them victory and relieve their distress.
Commenting on this, we say:
Firstly, the Friday platform is the platform of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, for speaking the truth and not for deception and misinformation. It adopts the issues of Muslims and has an opinion and direction in the calamities according to the rulings of Islamic law, guided by the revelation (the Book and the Sunnah), and not in response to the desire of the Sultan and the state. It establishes the call to live under Islamic political, economic, social and security systems, including the military aspect.
Islam has made it obligatory for the armed forces in the state to be one force, which is the army, including the police, to maintain internal security, and for the army's doctrine to be the Islamic doctrine, and its function is jihad in the path of God to carry Islam and protect the state's authority. It is not permissible for armies to be multiple, and for there to be armed forces with a regional, tribal, or ethnic orientation, as is the case today in Sudan, which is what causes tensions, security explosions, and wars. The Rapid Support Forces are the worst example of this, given what is happening now in the country. The multiplicity of armies exposes the security and stability of the country to threat and instability, and leads to disintegration, fragmentation, and division according to the plans of the Western powers lying in wait for Sudan and the rest of the Muslim countries (borders of blood).
As for what some cities and their residents are experiencing in terms of the siege by the rebel forces and the restrictions on them in food, drink, and services, and the abuse, killing, and starvation they are carrying out, the army and the state must work to eliminate this situation, remove the danger and domination of these rebel forces, spread security and reassurance, and enable people to live in dignity. This requires us to live under a principled state, not a functional one, that achieves the interests of colonialism and neglects the interests of the flock, a state that applies a system based on the belief of the people of the country, the belief of the great Islam, by pledging allegiance to a Caliph of the Muslims, who unites the various and diverse armed forces into one army whose doctrine is Islam and whose starting point is not regional, tribal, or ethnic, and whose function is to fight in the path of God and be the support of the political system (the Caliphate) in confronting the conspiracies of the Western countries coveting our country, seeking to tear it apart and fragment it by planting and nurturing tribal and regional movements and militias, and granting them legitimacy through agreements with the state and involving them in government and authority. The Nifasha agreement, which was engineered by America, is before us, and it resulted in the secession of South Sudan. What America is planning now through this war that it ignited between the army and the Rapid Support Forces indicates its intention to separate Darfur, God forbid, if the sincere people in the army do not wake up and turn the tables on the conspirators, and enable the rule of Islam represented in the Caliphate for which Hizb ut-Tahrir, the pioneer whose people do not lie, is working.
O people of victory: We call you to the glory of this world and the hereafter, to establish the great edifice of Islam; the Caliphate, through which we cut off the hand of the West that extends to our country, tearing it apart, plundering our wealth, and igniting fires and strife among the components of our people, the Second Caliphate that our Lord, may He be glorified, promised us and our beloved Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, gave us the good news:
God Almighty said: ﴿Allah has promised those who have believed among you and done righteous deeds that He will surely grant them succession [to authority] upon the earth just as He granted it to those before them and that He will surely establish for them [therein] their religion which He has preferred for them and that He will surely substitute for them, after their fear, security, [for] they worship Me, not associating anything with Me. But whoever disbelieves after that - then those are the defiantly disobedient﴾, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: "There will be prophethood among you as long as God wills it to be, then He will lift it up when He wills to lift it up, then there will be a caliphate on the model of prophethood, and it will be as long as God wills it to be, then He will lift it up when God wills to lift it up, then there will be biting monarchy, and it will be as long as God wills it to be, then He will lift it up when He wills to lift it up, then there will be tyrannical monarchy, and it will be as long as God wills it to be, then He will lift it up when He wills to lift it up, then there will be a caliphate on the model of prophethood. Then he was silent."
