On the Noble Hadith
"The Chapter of Hudud is Expiation for its People"
O Muslims:
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you,,,
It is mentioned in Sahih Imam Muslim in Al-Nawawi's commentary "with modification" in "The Chapter of Hudud is Expiation for its People"
And Ismail bin Salem narrated to me, Hushaim informed us, Khalid informed us from Abu Qilaba from Abu Al-Ash'ath Al-San'ani, from Ubadah bin Al-Samit, who said: "The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, took a pledge from us as he took from the women, that we should not associate anything with God, nor steal, nor commit adultery, nor kill our children, nor slander one another. Whoever among you fulfills this, his reward is with God, and whoever among you commits a transgression and is punished for it, it is an expiation for him, and whoever God conceals his sin, then his matter is up to God, if He wills, He will punish him, and if He wills, He will forgive him."
O Muslims:
Indeed, the subject of retribution in Islam is broad and comprehensive, as comprehensive as Islam is for all aspects of life. It is related to matters of creed, morals, worship, and transactions. Every violation of these matters has its retribution in the afterlife, and it also has retribution in this world, through a society in which God’s rule is applied to everyone, the rich and the poor, the ruler and the ruled. The believer knows that if he escapes worldly retribution today, he will not escape God tomorrow, for He is the owner of this world and the hereafter.
However, the nation is not living this reality today, because its rulers have turned things upside down. Whoever stays away from sins and adheres to the rulings of Islam is the one who is held accountable and deserves to have the hudud applied to him. The least that can happen is that he is put in prison and disappears into the depths of torture. He is a criminal against the regime that has opened all doors of corruption to him and he has not entered any of them, therefore he deserves punishment.
Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
