With the Hadith
Procrastination by the wealthy is injustice
3- We greet you all, dear listeners, everywhere in a new episode of your program: With the Hadith, and we begin with the best greeting: Peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
Ibn Majah, may God have mercy on him, reported that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: "Procrastination by the wealthy is injustice, and if you are referred to a solvent person, then follow him." He, may God have mercy on him, also reported that the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: "The procrastination of one who can afford to pay makes his honor and punishment lawful."
The scholars said regarding his saying, peace and blessings be upon him: "The procrastination of one who can afford to pay makes his honor lawful," that he says "(He procrastinated against me)," and his punishment is that he is imprisoned for him until he is given justice.
Ibn Abbas, may God be pleased with him, said: [He is allowed to invoke against the one who wronged him, and the manner of his invocation is to say: O God, help me against him, O God, extract my right from him, O God, separate between me and him].
The Imams have reported that Aisha, may God be pleased with her, heard someone invoking against a thief who stole from him, so she said: [Do not be shy about him], meaning do not lessen his punishment with your invocation, and this is if he is a believer, but if he is an infidel, then unleash your tongue and invoke destruction.
Dear listeners:
All the rulers of this time have procrastinated against us, so who will imprison them? They have wronged us, so who will exact retribution from them for us? They have stolen from us, so who will punish them? Imprisoning the rulers, exacting retribution from them, and punishing them will only be done by the coming Caliphate, God willing, which will implement God’s judgment on them, which will heal the hearts of the nation. And whoever wants to punish the rulers for their crimes and evils must join the caravan of good that seeks to change them and eradicate them in order to establish God’s rule through the Caliphate, then let us combine the serious work to change them according to the rulings of Sharia with whatever invocations we wish against them, such as saying: O God, count them in number, kill them one by one, and do not leave any of them behind. O God, do not perpetuate their rule, do not raise their banner, and make them a lesson and a sign for the people. O God, make us hasten them to You, for You are the Avenger, the Almighty.
Dear listeners
Until we meet you with another Prophetic Hadith, we leave you in God’s care, and peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you.
